Friendly staff.
Bathroom .
Noise level from other rooms.
Bedroom more like a prison cell.
No car park security.
Not what I expected from Ibis Budget brand.
Usually good quality.
€93 per night is high for the experience.

Very nice room big enough for 3 people (there were 4 beds). Big parking place and good breakfast. The hotel is not in central position but if you are driving you can’t get inside the city anyway (we parked at the Parking Rotonda).
Nothing

Very clean, good breakfast, practical, friendly and professional staff
Tiny bathroom, electric vehicle (EV) charging not free as in most other hotels we stay, EV charger difficult to use and placed at a location of the property that didn't feel safe

Breakfast was actually fine. A good array of food- not hot food but cereal, juice, coffee, jams, breads, even cheese and meat. It was functional for the price and plenty of parking.
It was like a dorm room. Pretty dumpy. Tiny. Depressing with the green color it’s painted. Just functional for the price. Very utilitarian. Nothing nearby.

Nice, good stay. Not luxurious but solid. Good breakfast, nice personal.
No info on how to charge the car, could be improved (I missed asking at the counter in time.)

it was dark and dingy lit, there was a musty smell as you walked into the front door. the window opened onto a street with no security.

the room was very roomy and the bathroom was adequate. We loved the opportunity for my son to be in his own space with the bunk. Convenient parking and location.
4.5 / 5.0
Spacious and comfortable room. Easy to check-in and good breakfast
They gave us a double room instead of triple.
3.5 / 5.0
Check in with the kiosk was easy. It was a lot cleaner and bigger than most of the other Ibis budgets we'd been to.
Beds are a bit hard, and the location was a bit far for walking distance to the center, but if you have a car it's fine.

standard Ibis budget... we had the room on the base floor, so no extra workout as they don't have elevator. rooms and bathroom were ok. Location convenient if you have a car. free parking
where to start? So many things:
- When we have arrived at the hotel, front desk receptionist gave me my code and explained this would be my key to all the areas from the hotel. She said that there is no reception attention after 9pm. No further explanation regarding Wi-Fi, emergencies, breakfast…
I went to my room and my son smelled pee on the coverture from his bed. I have asked to same receptionist to change it. She changed it for a duvet and even asked me help to do it. Ok… so far, just a minor incident. By night I decided to charge my phone. Less than 5 minutes later, I heard a small explosion noise and all the lights from our room were off. I smell something burnt and noticed it was the plug from my phone. Went to reception to look for an emergency number, but couldn’t find any. Got back to my room and forced ourselves to sleep, as it was all dark.
Early in the morning, went to reception and talked to the same lady. She didn’t seem to care much. Just asked me if I have plugged any device… I said I could not find the emergency number and she pointed me to a black phone on the wall (with very small letters written call to police, ambulance or firemen numbers). I said they wouldn’t be any help to my case, and then she pointed to another phone, hidden behind a check in machine on the entrance. Of course that it was missing a clear signage… everyone has mobile phones nowadays. There should be a sign on reception with this number. She kept repeating “this is an Ibis Budget, it is all the same” as if I was obligated to know it, or as if I shouldn’t expect any better.
Of course my charger was broken, I could have damaged my Iphone (I was lucky it didn’t) we have had a terrible experience and I didn’t even hear one apology from her. She actually laughed at my husband’s face when he went to her to complain. Enough to say I am super disappointed.
Have written an email to managers with this claim - 2 weeks so far and didn't receive any feedback.

Very simple furniture, and it’s outside Aix

Comfortable and clean
The requested baby bed was put in the wrong room the first night. We arrived very late and didn't want to ring anyone to ask for it, so we didn't have a baby bed the first night.

It’s ibis budget you know… Nothing special but definitely enough for stay a few night
