The pool was absolutely stunning - we loved sitting at the bar in the pool and having a later afternoon cocktail. The staff were incredible - so helpful and kind!

The location was good.
The description of the hotel does not match the reality. Several issues:
1. I had booked a deluxe room. The bed was actually just two single beds joined together and the bed sheet did not cover the whole mattress, so some of the mattress was exposed. I had to ask for extra bed sheets and then cover the mattress myself.
2. information for the hotel on Booking.com said no pets allowed. However, during the stay there were 2 dogs that were walking around the hotel. The main issue with this was that the dogs were allowed to walk around during breakfast time and I saw the waiters playing and stroking the dogs. The hotel said one dog belonged to the owner so then I can only assume the other dog was stray/from outside.
3. information for the hotel on Booking.com stated that there was a buffet breakfast. However, this was not the case. The choice of breakfast was just either Turkish or English, and was not a buffet.
4. position of the air conditioning unit in the room was bad. It was directly above the bed, so the air blows directly on to the bed, so during the night we had to sleep with the air conditioning off.
5. i had a swim up room, which has direct pool access. The issue I found was that guests were allowed to use the pool 24 hours a day. On 2 different nights there were guests making noise in the pool very late at night and this disturbed my sleep. One night I had to call to reception to ask for the guests to keep the noise down.
I raised the above issues with the hotel and I did receive a response at first. However, after I replied the hotel then ignored several of my emails chasing a response. I then contacted the hotel on whatsapp but again my messages were ignored. Very unprofessional from the hotel owners.
I asked for some compensation for the issues i had faced but was simply ignored.

Everything! The staff is warm and helpfull, the breakfast is delicious with a vast variety of food, the room is cousy and has an intresting design. The entire design of the hotel is very well thought, everything is functional, usefull, pleasing and beautifull. I recomand the hotel, for sure I would chouse it again!

Overall the whole hotel was excellent. clean tidy everyone was respectful and the guest was to each other. Small amount of room = small amount of guest so you didn’t need to reserve a sun bed. Breakfast was nice and cocktail was nicely made.
nothing you can really do about it. but 5am call to pray was annoying for me. The rest of the time It didn’t bother me.

Came here before twice so must of liked it but this year was different . Different staff , owner aint there to run place so completely different experience this time nice pool and decent food

No Internet for 2 days . Was giving super box day 3 but by then i had to buy a turk telecom card and top it up. You dont expect that for 75 to 90 a night what they charge . Was asked by reception when I left to leave a good review never had that before . Reception never answered phone completely different experience this time . Think that be my last visit to this hotel had 4 days here from 3 week holiday had option to extend as was available, but decided to move hotel . Get the owner back on site he knows how to manage that place well. Got unlucky with bed aswell was sinking down the middle.

The rooms are very large and comfortable with everything you could possible need even a coffee pod machine maker. The big surprise was we were ungraded to time penthouse from the swim up room pure excellence and above.

We liked big waterpool, large balcony with table and chairs. The hotel is in a quite place what was very necessary for us. Very comfortable shower, two bath basins. There was a coffee maker in the room. Nice view from the room. Decorated territory of the hotel.
Also we liked the breakfast service.
The staff is polite and professional.
Definitely would like to come again.

Amazing boutique hotel with a chilled vibe and homely atmosphere. Beautiful surroundings, large clean pool and great food. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Perfect place for holiday, especially with the pool access room or the penthouse with jacuzzi - we stayed in both.
If you plan to work, wifi is not strong enough to work comfortably at all times. And the breakfast could do with more variety.

Everything was perfect! Staff is really friendly and helpful. The hotel manager helped us with the transfer (which I really appreciate as I was going to take a taxi, but she organised everything and dealt with the problem literally in a minute). The room was cleaned properly, with new towel figures everyday (not an important point, but I really liked it). There is a capsule coffee machine in the room so if you cannot live without several cups of coffee everyday - you'll be fine there. A/c in the room worked well, it was great for cold nights (we were visiting Oludeniz in April so that was essential). I liked the breakfasts a lot, the food was delicious. The room with the pool access is totally worth the money - even though I was there in the off-season. The location is also excellent: it takes only 5-10 minutes to get to the beach, but at the same time the hotel is sufficiently far from night restaurants with loud music - so you can sleep at night.
I do not often write reviews, but couldn't not do it in this case - the hotel made our vacation nice and easy. Hope to visit it in summer!

Cant ask for something more so simple, calm and relaxing. Just a stroll away from the beach, restaurants and shops. The staff here are warm and welcoming. The Breakfast options are delicious and so is the Food on the menu. Great place for some nice clicks as well. Just go ahead and book your stay !

The breakfast was tasty and was served without delay. Also, they have different types of breakfast. The hotel grounds were spacious and beautiful, with a good view of the mountains.
Not all staff spoke English, but this did not prevent them from helping and providing good service.

Internet was very bad (almost impossible to use), and it is a little far from the beach, but other than that the hotel was very beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

I liked everything and I suggest to people to come in this hotel . Is well located at 5 minute walking from the beach front but in quite position so in the night is possible to sleep without hear loud music from restaurant and places at the beach front . Super friendly and competent staff! The bartender knows what he's doing, we did enjoyed all the drinks he mixed; all were excellent!
Pool access from the room is amazing even though you need to trade this off with some privacy as you can't really chill in the room with all the curtains open which ok for us.
The location is quite good, super easy to walk to the center and the beach.
The plants make the place looks so picturesque with the pool and mountains, it was a super chill atmosphere overall!

Very comfortable, clean, and quite place for a nice stay. Pretty close to the sea - max 10 minutes of walk. Many restaurants and bars around. Breakfasts are very good and big, you can pick whatever you want. Staff is simply amazing. Emre, the bartender, has awesome set of coctails: gin tonic, and moscow mule were amongst our favorite ones. Azat - the receptionist, helped us a lot. Highly recommend to anyone.

There is nothing to say but it was an amazing vacation for me for a long time since pandemic started. The location is great, not in the crowds but just 10 min walk through central street and bazaar to beach. Special thanks to hotel staff from management to housekeeping who made me feel staying at my own house, plus tremendously quality service you all need. Rooms are super clean and with amazing pool view. Ilker, Ramos, Emre, Maksim you guys are the ones who made me call i have a new home in Oludeniz now. Thanks a million La Boutique Maya!

The room was very comfortable, I loved the sun bed on my balcony and the fact I could get down in the pool directly from my room as the swimming pool was simply perfect and always clean. The views from the room of the surrounding mountains were beautiful, the staff super nice, and the breakfast was pretty good as well. The hotel is in a good location, the beach & corniche is only a 10 min walk away, and you have plenty of shops and restaurants on the way. Overall, La Boutique Maya is a perfect hotel for your holiday in Oludeniz!
The wifi isn't that great as it keeps disconnecting, especially when you move from the room to the loby/restaurant.

The hotel is amazing, staff is very friendly, nice deluxe rooms with jacuzzi, good breakfast and good choice of drinks and food in the restaurant. 5-7 minutes walk from the beach, bars, shops and it is good that hotel is situated not on the Main Street, so it is not noisy and very calm. There is a small parking nearby, but it is not hard to find a place for a car in the streets also. Great swimming pool with a bar. There is Russian speaking staff, even though English was enough for us as well. Helped us to organize a great spa experience! Very much recommended!!!
It would be good to have more information about the breakfast - it is set menu, but we did not understand what exactly we can order, maybe good to print some options as a menu list. Otherwise, amazing boutique place with warm atmosphere and great people!!!
TV did not work. We don’t watch it, but it would be good to make sure it is working for next guests :) also there was no phone in room 129, we asked several times, but the issue was not fixed. It was not very important to us, but if we had phone in the room, we might have ordered more good and drinks in the room service ;) otherwise it was not comfortable to go to the restaurant each time to order. I think it makes sense to pay more attention to these small things, but otherwise the whole experience was great! Thank you for our lovely time in Oludeniz! We will be back!
