Location was the best thing about it. Ella on reception very good. Guy serving breakfast good.
Small room. Grouting in Shower needs replacing or defiantly cleaning. Maid didn’t do room first day. Second only changed towels and emptied bin. Dud not make beds. Complained after first day. Room says City Veiw. Was a brick wall. Not happy. Do Booking.Com customers get worst rooms ?

Location, and helpful staff. As well laid out.

Clean and tidy room, great location. Gave us a free drink to compensate not being able to check in on time.
The red carpet in the room was wet in some areas, due to this some of our clothes are now stained. We struggled when room wasn’t ready at 2pm as we had no sleep from the night before and were hoping to be in the room by 2. Couldn’t check in until 3:30pm. Aircon didn’t work and when we asked the overnight receptionist if he could help with this, he said there was nothing they could do. It was very hot in the room and we unfortunately had a terrible nights sleep because of this.

The location of the hotel is wonderful- on the Riva right by the sea
I asked for a quiet room on an upper floor - I got a noisy room on the ground floor with a view of a garbage pile (see attached pictures for the view out of the room). If you don’t want that, avoid room 105. If you want to pay 150 euros a night in May (not the peak season yet) for a view of a garbage pile, this place might be right for you.

This Hotel is on the Riva (promenade) at Split and perfectly situated for touring the historic parts of the town. The Hotel has a large promenade restaurant and bar area, with a sumptuous restaurant area inside. Our suite was exquisite, with comfortable lounge area, bedroom and showroom. The staff were superb - breakfast was served with quiet dignity, the restaurant was luxurious with a varied menu and the bar had many good beers and cocktails.
We could have stayed longer! We will go again. From here you can catch ferries to all the spectacular and historical places of Croatia. It is a perfect place to base your Croatian holiday.

Location was superb, nice relaxed bar and lounge. Staff were fine, housekeeping was particularly good. Place was spotless.
No fault of the hotel but could have done without the local church bells waking us up at 7 am. Only other issue was the lack of tea making facilities in the room. Although drinks are always available downstairs I am like a bear with a sore head if I don't get my cup of tea first thing. Having asked the question in advance, we took a travel kettle, so problem solved!

Breakfast is in the public shaded area on the promenade. Because of this service was slow. On our second day we had breakfast along the promenade.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great varied menu, and prompt service.
The room was a good size, light and airy with powerful shower and very comfortable bed.
In the description of the room, it said we had a patio/terrace in booking .com which none of the rooms have.
It did not affect our stay.

Location is fantastic!! Directly on waterfront, stunning spot.
Hotel looked nice inside but was out for most of the time (you have to eat out here!).
Staff friendly. Room adequate if a little tired; but this isn't a place where you stay inside and place reflects that.
Well stocked mini-bar
Overall, decent / good quality for a 3 star, probably more 3.5
Breakfast experience not good - fixed, limited menu, waiter service...slow, waited 15 minutes first day, went next door from then on; not a big deal but worth a mention.
TV - the most complicated set up (involving 2 remotes and an unintelligible guide) that I have ever come across - even the hotel guy who came to sort it took ages!

Location was superb - between sea and old town.
Nice bathroom. Inexpensive tasty burgers and good beer.
Range of set breakfasts. Limited choice. No self service. Had to eat outdoors. TV was difficult to use: 2 remotes needed to operate it and even then didn't always come on. Small single room.

Friendly welcome at the reception and at 2 p.m. we could stay in the room with a beautiful view of the promenade and the harbour. Very good bed for a good night's sleep, soundproof windows and a good (rain) shower and well functioning airconditioning. Also a bricked-in safe in the wall with a key that you don't come across often, usually those safes are fixed in a wardrobe with a few screws. Highly recommendent for a city-trip.
Nothing at all.

the location was excellent. close to the port, old town on the doorstep and waking up with a sea view was lovely. breakfast was ok.
was a little noisy at night as above a restaurant which didn’t really bother us, but one night some local men were sat at the restaurant table at 3am making a lot of noise. the restaurant was shut.

We loved the location, right in the heart of Split. But it was very noisy at night and sometimes hard to sleep. That being said, I'd stay there again for the convenience. Especially if you're taking any boat tours. It's right by the harbor.
Just the noise at night.

Great location. Large room. Fun little courtyard with several local cats off the bedroom. We brought them leftovers and became friends.
This hotel has a mgmt problem. When every single staff member is miserable, it's not the staff. It's the management. What are you doing to make everyone hate their jobs so much? They did their jobs, but the certainly weren't happy.
Breakfast was awful. Not a buffet. Nothing but variation of eggs and bacon on the menu. No fruit, no potatoes, nothing we wanted to eat. We asked and the waiter said, 'oh no, we don't have fruit here.' We went to a market and bought our own breakfast foods, so much for the 'included' breakfast.

The location is perfect. Situated on the Riva and easy for walking everywhere. The rooms were comfortable and clean, we had an inner courtyard view so it was quiet and no noise at night. We had breakfast outside looking at the lovely view, there was a good choice and it was cooked perfectly. The restaurant inside the Hotel is lovely and full of character which is based on a ship (reminded me of the Titanic movie)
This is not really a negative that impacted our holiday but i would say, the corridors are looking a little tired and the lift is small.
