This is a fantastic apartment in a beautiful location & I would highly reccommend

The apartment was extremely large, modern & well equipped and the host Borislav was very responsive & helpful. The location was fantastic, in the centre of Perast & with beautiful sea views from the terrace.

Perast is wonderful, Kula Durisic is a top 10 amazing place to stay, clean and well equipped and in the perfect location

We stayed in the ground floor apartment. Every day we woke to views of the sea and mountains. There was no through traffic allowed in the village so it was quiet and pedestrian friendly (there is a private parking space available with the apartment so we could have access through the village). The accommodation was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The hosts had great communication. 10 out of 10 We would love to stay here again in the future.

Excellent apartment!

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, they awaited us with a wine and cake - which was very delicious. :) The entire apartment is well equipped and spacious. The rooms are comfortable, and the view from the terrace is very wonderful. It has own parking space, which is rare. The whole of Perast is fabulously beautiful, and this is perhaps one of the best places here.

Rustic apartment with perfect view

Whole apartment is beautiful, recently refurbished in rustic style, very comfortable with big terrace and perfect view. It has two bathrooms and a lot of amenities. Location is in the heart of Perast and with your own private parking place (the only one apartment in Perast with its own parking). Hosts were super kind and allowed us to stay longer and keep the car in their parking for almost whole day.

Beautiful inside and out. . Comfortable beds , immaculately clean. Beautifully decorated. Well stocked kitchen with basics like sugar salt, oil vinegar etc. Glorious views . Cannot fault this appartment. Warm and welcoming hosts .

Perast is a beautiful town, on a beautiful bay, in a beautiful country. This apartment puts you right in the middle of

You won’t get a better position in Perast and the patio-balcony is brilliant. The size and view of the balcony makes it the place you’ll spend most of your time when home. It is right in the middle of it all, yet feels secluded and private. kitchen is great, as is the whirlpool bath. Met the owner’s mother on arrival who had left some treats - very welcoming.

Furniture is old fashioned and bed a little uncomfortable.

The only minor thing would be that the landlord may consider to change the curtains of the main bedroom to curtains that could block out the bright streetlight at night.

The only small critic I have are the white lights. I personally prefer yellow lights for a relaxing environment.

Fabulous apartment

The most perfect apartment in the best location. There are two apartments in the property, whilst we had booked the ground floor we were instead given the first floor apartment which came with the terrace - such a great spot to sit and relax. The apartment had two bedrooms and was very comfortable and well equipped. There was also a paddle board for us to use. Perast in the best place to stay on the bay, just stunning with lots of fabulous restaurants, and this apartment was right on the water for swimming and views. We were also able to check in early and there was the most delicious cake waiting for us! Would highly recommend.

Wonderful!!!

Hosts were very friendly and resourceful. They did everything possible to make our stay as pleasant and memorable while having great respect for our privacy. The apartment was clean and very well equipped especially for a longer stay. Wonderful terrace with an excellent view of the bay.

Lovely homely stay with beautiful views.

We had a great 2 week stay at apartment Kula. The view and location are perfect and the flat is well equipped for cooking etc. Boris’s mother met us at the property and there were some delicious treats and fruit for us. The apartment was easy to locate and park at which is so helpful in Perast! We were also working remotely and the WiFi was fast and good. I’d recommend this as a base for exploring Montenegro.

Room with a view

The location the view from the balcony was just beautiful . Apartment is spacious & spotless . We were met by the owners mom & she could not have been more welcoming .. She made us a pavlova & had fruit , bread & wine for us such a warm welcome . Perfect family break for us with a 2 year old .
