Awful as hell

The room is in the basement. It smells as an old wardrobe which hasn’t been cleaned for many many years. There’s almost no hot water. You have to spur water in you, switch if off, wash yourself, and turn on water again otherwise you’ll be washing in icy water. The staff does nothing, just walks around the bar and watches football. When you need help, they never do help you.

One night stay before early flight

Was fine for a one night stop before an early morning flight. Cheap Uber to airport.

Our room had double glass doors that opened onto the communal kitchen, meaning we had to have the shutters closed the whole time otherwise anyone using the kitchen could see in. We also had trouble locking these doors but did manage in the end, otherwise anyone could have got in our room. This also meant we had no natural light in the room as there were no other windows. Room and bathroom could definitely be cleaner. No mirror in room.

El pésimo recibimiento y la falta de información por parte de los encargados, nos enviaron al Google para buscar los Toures de la ciudad 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️, no nos informaron nada.

Location is great close to metro and center. Lovely helpful staff. Clean room. Ok for the price

The shared bathroom was clean upon arrival but after a few hours was not. The walls are super thin so it can get really noisy.

Buono ma si può migliorare

Posizione comoda, vicina alla metro. L'accoglienza è stata piacevole. Struttura nel complesso pulita.

La vasca perdeva acqua e il bagno si allagava dopo ogni doccia. Non c'è una vera e propria cucina ma solo alcuni elettrodomestici (microonde, frigorifero, bollitore, tostapane)

La ubicación genial. Tiene la línea de metro rosa y la verde que van al centro y a la estación de oriente

La cama súper incómoda, la habitación no tenía ni un armario y el baño no lo limpiaban muy a menudo o el resto de huéspedes no eran muy limpios. Recomiendo poner algún ambientador en el baño así huele bien todo el día porque en ocasiones olía fatal. El sitio no está mal si coincides con huéspedes que sean limpios y poco ruidosos porque tienes que compartir las estancias comunes con ellos.

Clean room in safe area with public transport

The single room was lovely and clean with fresh linen. The room had all the furniture as in the photos and was big enough for me. Kitchen had the essentials needed to prepare a meal. The young gentleman that helped me with check-in was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies that I bumped into in the apartment were also really lovely and warm. The neighbourhood is safe, with lots of supermarkets and restaurants to choose from. Also very close to the red and green Metro lines.

Noise travels easily in the apartment, so I could hear everything going on in the kitchen and corridor and people didn't keep to the quiet hours. Although, the shared bathroom was clean when I checked in, keep in mind that it is shared with other people who might not keep good hygiene etiquette. My pillow was also not comfortable. Overall, it was okay for 1 night.

The place to be in Lisbon

Sem dúvida a melhor descoberta da minha vida de viajante ! Perto de absolutamente tudo para quem anda de metro, taxi ou carro. Carlos e Sandra e o Staff são super atenciosos e bons profissionais e sobretudo o quarto muito confortável pelo preço pago. Outra bonita descoberta o bar por trás do Hôtel que é sem duvida o ponto alto do Hôtel, cheio de arvores e assentos bem confortáveis fui um lugar super agradável para estar à beber um "fino" depois de um dia de muitas descobertas. Obrigado ao Carlos & Sandra e Staff e até um dia com muito prazer

O Terraço do Bar tem um potencial enorme que deveria ser mais trabalhado à nivel decorativo e do aproveitamento do espaço. Gostos são relativos claro e minhas criticas serão sempre construtivas. Sem esquecer de não ter gostado de faltar tempo para provar a pizza do Restaurante do Hotel, fica pra próxima com muito prazer.

Da localização central e do quarto acolhedor e com vista para o exterior.

O WC poderia estar mais limpo. A porta da cozinha que dá para o exterior não fechava bem e estava a chover para dentro de casa.

Super week-end à Lisbonne !

L emplacement de l hébergement était pratique, à proximité de tout et surtout des transports en commun, le personnel était très agréable et disponible.

Il faudrait qu'il y ait peut-être juste un WC en plus pour l ensemble des chambre, cela serait plus pratique.

They didn’t have a lift, so if you have a huge luggage it is a NIGHTMARE! The staffs are not that helpful or friendly, they did not really help me with the luggage and offer me any help( and they put me in the highest room,on 4th floor) . The room without the window is hot, and it is super noisy you can hear everything. The facilities are old and the mansion itself is old. There is very few place to charge and there is no hanger. In all, this is my worst staying experience in my life:(

The bed was a good size.

We were on the top floor in one of the middle rooms. There were no windows, yet there was a fan, although, it was only circulating hot air. It was extremly uncofortable on the last night. We decided to stay out, rather than sleep because of the heat.

Reasonably priced, clean, good location close to metro

Close to the metro line, staff are super friendly and helpful while checking in, bedroom,bathroom and shared facilities are clean, outside garden area was nice to sit in.

Could have used a second fan in the bedroom as it was quite warm but the one we had managed fine

Well located, good price for a single in that location. Very clean Brazilian guy in the reception is very friendly and helpful

Too many stairs to go up carrying luggage, my room was in the 5th floor, thankfully the boy from the reception helped me out Room was very hot as it didn’t have any windows

Okay for a short stay, for young people or road travelers.

Nice location, very clean, white sheets and towels, mutual areas cleaned daily. Fridge, kettle, toaster, dishes, microwave in the common space. Common area in the back yard of the building. Grocery stores are very close.

The room was tiny, no closet (no hangs), no TV, no AC (there was a fan). The doors of the rooms aren't soundproof, so it was impossible to keep quiet enough. 4 rooms share kitchen and bathroom, and there is one small table with 3 chairs. If all the rooms are occupied, there's a chance you don't meet the shower for a day. Definitely not worthy of 90 euros per night!

Good location, just out the center. Nicely located and overall pretty good

The shower was very small, and there was only 1 shower in the entire complex.
