I am based in the Rep. of Ireland. The UK postcode does not bring you to in front of the house you are staying. It cannot help Hosts and Guests. I wish there was a way around this!! I had to ring all my accommodation numbers for the duration of my time in NI. Thankfully our hosts were fantastically patient...... I did not know the localities where we were staying, whatsoever.

Nothing!
The outside was dishevelled and filthy looking! There was a foul smell in the room and bad mould on the wall. There was coffee stains down the walls. Smell of sewage in the bathroom!! No soap or body wash left. This was definitely not work the money we paid!!! Not happy at all

Accommodation was in a lovely quiet area. Easy to access with code number. We didn't mind the hill walk home from town, there were interesting things to see.

Nice spacious clean room and the location was great. Handy if you’re staying in Derry for one night and are on a budget.
Not the property owners fault but there was a couple in the room below us that was arguing all night and getting violent as we could hear things being thrown about. was a bit scary as things could have escalated and there wasn’t any management in the house.
The shower wouldn’t work for us it was stuck on boiling hot water.

The format of the bedroom as it was easy to be able to view the TV and also it didn't feel like it was on top of each other as it had enough space in the room as well as the space of the bathroom which allowed the appropriate amount of movement.

Little information was given to us. I did not mind the check-in with a code but was not informed about where to locate the keypad. All the information referred to keys but keys were not involved at all.
The room was small so had to step over luggage. Parking is street parking so you have to hope you find a spot.

There was no breakfast included. There were loads of problems with the bathroom.

We gained quick entry and the owner was responsive to a special request. The room was clean. Parking was available on the street in front. The location was quiet.
There was no heat in the room. There was hand soap but no bath soap or shampoo. The bed was a sponge; when I sat on it, it fell in. The water in the shower wasn’t hot and my husband didn’t even take a shower.

lovely place and really handy location to the city centre
nothing!

Bed was comfy and nice decor.
The lock to the room was faulty and very difficult to lock.
The shower cubicle door was hanging off and the shower was very difficult adjust the controls. The curtain pole wasn’t attached properly and bathroom window didn’t shut. The appearance from the roadside of the ‘b&b’ isn’t very welcoming. The sign Is hard to see and the gate is very scruffy!
The noise from the rooms is very loud even though the other guests were being quiet.
This isn’t a b&b it’s more a room with en-suite!

Great location - 5 minute walk from university campus where we were going to an open day. Also easy walk from riverside and city centre. Clean room and comfortable beds. Quiet area. Bottles of water, orange juice and biscuits in room was nice addition.
Missed having guest information in the room as it was being updated.

Other guests making a racket at all hours and standing near front door smoking and talking till all hours of the morning really loud. Needs to have a smoking area away from house.

The facilities which were first class. Bed extra comfortable.
If I was being picky, just the gate. It needs mending and is a distraction to the rest of the property which is excellent.

Good value and decent location
Thought breakfast was included, it wasnt. No information book or staff at the property. Needed a bit of maintenance (curtain rail broken for example)

The bedrooms were small but fresh and well decorated. The bathrooms were modern and elegant with excellent showers! Beds were very comfy
The garden gate and hallway could perhaps be spruced up a little but otherwise a very enjoyable stay

The rooms are neat
No working wifi, no stable Netflix, the bathroom was not functioning

Clean and cosy room close to the city centre. Well equipped (kettle, tea and coffee, hairdryer, lots of towels)
Very comfortable bedding.
Two bottles of water and some snacks in the room, it was a thoughtful attention.
There is a keybox outside the house to check in at any time.
The sound-insulation of the room is not pleasant at all. You can literally hear everything the guests in the other room on the same floor are doing at all times.
I was a bit disappointed not being welcomed physically by anyone and never meeting any host. It thus felt a bit impersonal.

Had issue with washbasin, No shower jell
