Really cool, interesting “design” based on the Titanic. We thought this was really fun. Great communication with the hosts and all the necessary amenities were included. Fun to have arcade machines that actually work. Also easy to regulate heating.
The shower water pressure is horrible, just a treacle of water—you can barely wash your hair with it. There was also a lot of dust in the rooms and some other things were a little unclean as well. There is also no double lock on the door which left us feeling a little bit unsafe.

location was brilliant and the house had everything we needed.
shower wasn’t great and could do with some extra pillows. but neither of these affected our enjoyment

Beautiful home, very reasonably price, perfect for 5 adults.
We had some issues with heat and hot water BUT Darren was very helpful in working with us.
3.7
Location wasn’t too bad. 10/15 minute walk to the cathedral quarter
The beds. The bed in the four poster had a poor mattress and lots of slats seemed to be missing which made for very uncomfortable nights sleep. There were a lot of bugs in the bathroom. The shower was extremely poor with hardly any pressure which made showering tough. The bath also wouldn’t run so couldn’t choose that option

We liked the 1st class bedroom. The decor was nice and the bed was comfortable. The tile work in the kitchen is beautiful, and I liked the cozy sitting room with the fireplace and TV. The TV had a lot of good channel selections. I liked the walking access to the maritime area and the Big Fish.
The 2nd class bed was old, lumpy and uncomfortable. One of the bedside lamps did not work. There needs to be portable fans to move air around. When you enter or leave the apartment you are on a very busy, noisy street. The overall cleanliness of the apartment really needs work. Dishes and utensils were put away dirty. The bathtub was not clean and the shower door was broken. There is no public transportation near the apartment that we could figure out.

I loved how central it was an within walking distance to everything. I also loved the arcade games in the living room

Location was a 20 minute walk into Belfast.
Owner did reply to texts. There had been a cursory attempt cleaning
I am sure the owners are lovely but this house is most definitely not! It was so bad that we only stayed one night and left the following morning. The Booking.com information about this place is very misleading. We experienced the following:
1. The location was awful, busy road, rough area, litter everywhere in the streets nearby. (I understand this is not the owners’ fault but information needs to be more accurate).
2. The house is in poor condition although a lot of effort has gone into the whole Titanic theme. The outdoor courtyard was very drab and unloved.
3. On arrival we had no hot water but owner did tell us how to fix it-boiler seems to be leaking (see pic). The water tank was very loud too.
4. The house was FILTHY. I mean, really filthy and run down. Whilst the sheets had been washed, they were really old and stained. There were stains on walls, hairs on the floors, dirty windowsills and a drawer with a hairball and someone’s nail clippings in it!

Honestly there was little to recommend it. The bedroom that features in the booking.com pictures is very attractive and nicely furnished. Unfortunately its very noisy as looks out onto a busy road.
There were two abandonded pairs of sliders and a cuddly toy under the bed and a half used loo roll under the bed I slept in.
It took 40 minutes to get the correct entry code from the owner. Every surface was sticky and it was generally dirty.
Situated on a busy main road and next to a pub it was very noisy. My sheets didn't smell clean and had some hairs on them.
There was no heating or hot water and although we tried to adjust the Hive control we couldn't get any hot water. The front door has no chain or way to secure it from the inside and the back door has no effective lock.
We didn't stay for the second night we'd booked and left as fast as we could the following morning.

Within a reasonably short walking distance of the city centre but lots of main roads and motorways to cross so perhaps not suitable for those with young children. Parking space easily found round the corner of arriving by car. Adequate living space inside the house for our group of 6. McKenna’s bar next door was ideal for a few drinks in the evening, with friendly staff.
The house is badly in need of a deep clean and some TLC. Strong foustie smell throughout the property, someone else’s socks and empty cans of cola found in one of the bedrooms, inside of the fridge wasn’t clean, feet and/or socks ended up dirty just walking around on the floors, stained sheet in the main bedroom, REALLY loud and noisy plumbing that rumbles through the walls, internal front door doesn’t close over, broken blind left in the wardrobe of the main bedroom - place just generally a bit tired and grubby.

We did enjoy our trip to Belfast and this was a great location as our base. The whole house could do with a deep clean. There were old socks in one bedroom under the couch. A broken blind was left in a wardrobe. There were bits of broken glass on the floor in the sitting room. We had to clean the table in the dining room, and the table in the outside area.

Very great property idea. My kid who loves titanic loved the place.
Was a rough neighborhood. Didn't feel unsafe in any way but it was dirty.
3.7
Authentic Northern Ireland home centrally located near the Titanic museum. Warm, cozy and comfortable. There were excellent restaurants around the corner and a short walk takes you to the city center!
Be careful getting in and out of the shower.

Convenient for Titanic experience.

Cosy apartment, lovely atmosphere, walking distance from the city center, very close to the motorways.
3.7
Comfortable and great location just a ten minute walk into cathedral quarter, good value for money
Hot water wasn’t on so had to contact owner no instructions on heating controls or hot water. Not very clean, especially the bathroom which we had to clean ourselves it was that dirty. Lots of dusty surfaces
3.7
location is really handy for both titanic quarter and city centre, however it felt a little dodgy.
the titanic vibe is nice.
owners responded to queries quickly
it wasn’t particularly clean, especially the bathroom. The twin room is small and the beds in there were a little uncomfortable.

it was good
one bed room is big other are too small

Location is ideal. Close enough to walk everywhere yet enough out of the city that it wasn't loud. Lovely and cosy house, comfortable beds as well
Nothing the place was ideal

Location was great. Good titantic theme throughout the hse. Easy access , check in and check out. Communication with host was excellent. Beds were comfy.

Good location with 2 pubs close by. Liked the Titanic theme throughout the property. All clean and comfortable for our mini break
Would have liked a late check out but was unavailable.

it was 2 doors down from The American Bar!

Name and location
It was filthy, stinky and dated. It has only one lock on the entry door. There is no double glazing. The furniture is collection of old, tacky stuff from old people junk yard. There are PLASTIC flowers in tacky, mismatching vases.
3.7
The location was perfect for traveling with a rental car. Easy access on and off the motorway and lots of free parking on the streets nearby. The Titanic theme was consistent throughout which added interest to the place. The kitchen was well equipped for self catering. The heating was good and lots of hot water. Owners were very responsive.

great location. home was clean and functional for a short city break.
This I feel is a little unfair as overall it was a great wee stop over but My friends and I did find just silly things that would need identified. shower was poor and some fixtures and fittings have seen better days. just need to look at the detail.. IE no over proof cook ware. no tea towels or oven gloves. Maybe little touches like a coffee machine and a bigger toaster.Broken lamp in back lounge. maybe look at putting TVs in bedrooms. Bath Mat is desperately needed as almost killed myself getting out of the bath.

Beds comfortable shower OK
Smell in house, general cleaning below expectations,
fridge ice box so frozen fridge door did not close when investigated bag of ice must of been there for a while. If owners are paying cleaner, they need to check property before people arrive. Had to plug bare aerial into tv socket due to aerial connectors missing and channels not loading which is not something I should have to take time to do. Not an 8.5.

We liked the layout of the flat. It was decorated in Sailor style and had some interesting pictures and decorations.
The beds were clean and comfortable and there was a nice round table that seated all 4 of us.
Not far to go to the City Centre and to the Titanic Museum.
On our first impression the flat was clean, but after a more careful look we could see that e.g. the washing machine or microwave were not as clean as they should have been.
There was no clothes horse for drying the clothes that shouldn't go in the tumble dryer. So we did what the owner suggested and ended up having wet clothes hanging on clothes hangers on the furniture all over the house.
The back yard could do with tidying and decorating in order to be a bit more inviting for sitting outside.

Location great, easy walk into town

We liked having the property to ourselves, having a house rather than rooms in a hotel. We travelled a group of 4 friends so this was ideal. The location was only 20min walk to centre and all on flat surface. There was an asda and other convenient stores in walking distance which was handy for food and drinks etc.
Beds were really comfy.
We landed at 8am on Friday morning. We asked if it would be possible just to drop bags in once previous guests had left, to save us pulling cases around until 4pm check in. The owners asked what time and when we said once other guests had left, they just didn't reply. They also left their mobile number and we text once landed and never got a reply. I guess hotel would be easier as they would store bags, instead we had to pay extra to store these at a premier Inn.
They key code wasn't sent until nearer 9pm by email, luckily the cleaner was just finishing up before 4pm, so she gave us new code or we would have been stuck with no way to get in.
The layout of living room areas small, was okay for 4 people but for a larger, sociable group not much room in lounge to all sit together.
There is a pub next door which is fine if up late but if looking to sleep it's a wee bit noisy.
The property was clean on surface but under furniture etc was dusty, the tiny garden space the ashtray was still dirty and full of cigarette ends. Could not sit outside as it needs a good clean. There was mail in kitchen drawers and clothing etc left in cupboards, not sure if belong to owners, but they should be removed.
3.7
The Titanic theme really added to our stay. The kitchen was very modern with new appliances.
We thought the patio area might have been a little more welcoming. Could have done with a clean. Saturday night the pub next door did get a little noisy but we knew what to expect so it didn't bother us too much but it might do for other guests.
