Bien ubicado y seguro pero con condiciones de Hostal.

Ubicación adecuada, cerca a todo y al Metro. habitación regular asi como el baño.

La limpieza y el arreglo del cuarto.

Excelente ubicación, falta mantenimiento.

Excelente ubicación, muy buena limpieza, personal correcto. Falta mantenimiento (una mañana no había agua caliente, el placard tenía el estante suelto y se caía, a la cortina le faltaban ganchos, etc.) todo el espacio es reducido y el baño diminuto. Camas limpias y cómodas, buena calefacción, buenas toallas y almohadas.

No me dieron un celular al que llamar, no atendían los teléfonos, el avión llegó temprano y aunque la empleada me estaba esperando se dificultó mucho el acceso, en mal momento por el cansancio acumulado.

Location of the Hotel was very close to Sol, the main Hub from where most tourist spots were easily accessible.

Great central location

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was great. The room was perfect for me. The location was really nice and the convenience for the gym, a barber shop and food choices was really nice. I would stay here again.

I enjoyed everything about my time at this accommodation. The staff really was nice. People were very helpful.

Value for money hostal in a central location within 10 minutes of The Puerto del Sol.

Nicely decorated rooms and one of the few hostals with tea and coffee & biscuits and a kettle. Good location with only a 5 minute walk round to Plaza Santa Ana with its selection of bars and restaurants and only 10 mins from the Puerto del Sol. Its about a 20 minute walk to Atocha railway station but the local metro at Anton Martin is only a couple of stops from Atocha.

It is located in a great area in the city center where you have access to many shops and convenience stores and the rooms are rather clean.

The walls between the rooms are extremely thin and you feel like there is nothing in between, it was annoying to hear everything from the room next to us so if that is important then you might consider looking for some other places to stay.

A nightmare. No respect for the customers at all.

The person who welcomed us at first was nice and they kept our luggage until we could check in.

We found bugs in the room and the bed just as we came in (see picture). The person in charge was unapologetic and defensive. We decided to leave and the person at the reception said we would get our money back if we claim through Booking. We did, but then the receptionist refused to answer their calls, pretending not to speak English when she spoke English to us. Unacceptable and dishonest, as we didn’t even used the room and accepted to leave quietly in front of the other customers. Needless to say, nobody answered the messages I sent as well.

Doesn't worth money paid, would try to not stay there

Shower was good, a little slippery. Wifi worked perfect, there was a kettle and a fridge. Location is good.

Biggest problem is the cardboard walls: some neighbor (probably who is constantly living in the building) knocked agressivly to our door because we put a video on the phone at 11pm... This is not relaxing at all. Another problem was a room itself - it feels claustrophobic: the small window faces the toilet of the neighbors, the room was small and stuffy.

A nice room with a bidet ☺️

Friendly staff, provided iron quickly, provided nice cot for my son, overnight front desk, there is a bidet in the room toilet which is much appreciated by an Arab guest😃

Nothing special but enough for a short trip

Location, very close to city center, most of the things are reachable by foot, also the main train station. Enough for a 2-day trip. Price. For this price it was nothing special but totally enough for our purpose.

It smelled extremely of chlorine everywhere which should mean that it was cleaned but it could be cleaner. Windows to the inner courtyard which was loud and window to window to the opposite room.
