Friendly staff, nice accommodations

The location was great. In and around many restaurants, shopping and attractions. The room was decently sized and thankfully cool with the heat outside. We paid for the breakfast to be included and it was only a short walk away to the restaurant and the food was plenty and good and the coffee delicious.

We did request two separate beds and we received two separate beds, just wish there was a bit more space between each bed.

One of the most beautiful hotel room views in Florence!

After initially booking a general room, I got in touch with the hotel and they were able to upgrade us to the purple room with the view of Brunelleschi's dome. I cannot recommend this room enough - WHAT A VIEW! After ten hours of travelling, we were exhausted when we checked in but the view out of the window absolutely took my breath away. I believe we paid around 100 euro a night, and for the centrality of the location it was such a bargain. The room was beautiful and the staff were so friendly. We had a lovely stay and I will definitely be returning. Thank you for a gorgeous stay!

Good location and size but nothing else.

The location was amazing and the unit was huge! Steps away from the Duomo and could have easily slept 6 people!

No sign outside to indicate the property location. No indication on the reservation, notes, or communication on how to find the lobby area which was NOT as you enter the property. Asked for our room not to be entered/cleaned but they still did.

Loved our stay here. everything was perfect. room was nice, comfortable and clean. Infact very spacious. bathroom was also clean and spacious. the room had all the facilities including tea station, biscuits, water loved this gesture. moreover the receptionists were really sweet and helpful. the location was perfect literally everything was on walking distance. would definitely recommend this place 👍

It's amazing you can get a 100 euro hotel next to the duomo. Brunch (included) is down the block which is not a big deal. Rooms are large and clean. Shower is nice and hot.

The sole criticism would be it doesn't have a lobby but it is billed as a BnB.

Everything is great!

The staff is very friendly. The space is big, especially the toilet is very modern and spacious. No problem with the internet. My kids really enjoyed the bath tub. Location is amazing and is near with everything including train terminal, restaurants, attraction places, and shops. All are within walking distance. Breakfast is delicious. We also are allowed to keep the luggage before and after check in which is very helpful.

Nothing at all. Just for a small improvement in future, the room is a little smelly maybe you can consider putting something fresh smell in the room and toilet.

Great location close to the Duomo

Very close to the Duomo and also a short walk from the main train station. The room was very simple, yet comfortable.

I included the breakfast, however I would not recommend doing this. It's served in a restaurant a few minutes walk from the hotel (which was fine) however the quality of the breakfast was average. For the same price there are loads of lovely bakeries and cafes super close to get a great breakfast. The pillows were so flat that I needed 4 for a comfortable night's sleep.

Great apartment in heart of city

Location amazing, right in heart of city and next to the cathedral. Air conditioning fabulous, clean towels regular, Staff very helpful. Apartment had all you needed(except an iron). Everything in walking distance, ATM at door of apartment building. Train station 10min walk away. Would recommend.

Lovely stay, would recommend, and would stay again

Great location! Nice sizeable room with airconditioning and a little kettle set-up in the room. The lady at the desk was so kind to give us some food and sight-seeing suggestiond. Breakfast was only a 5 minute walk and consisted of straigt-forward buffet staples.

It does get a bit stuffy (probably little air vents), but nothing an open window can't fix. We didn't have the nicest view from our purple room, but we did not mind. One thing to mind is the electricity in the room only works when the key card is in place, so keep track of what you put in the fridge at what time.

At the end it was a good stay.

The hotel is located in the heart of Florence so everything is close. The stuff was friendly and open to us. The room was wide.

It was a little bit noisy at night and also I feel like the cleaning could have been improved (the room itself feels a little outdated but I guess that s how the hotels look in the center). Also the breakfast location was at a 5 min walk from the hotel, not inside of it like usual
