The location was beautiful.
Pillows were yellow, mattresses were stained, mattress protector had what looked like spots of blood on it, mirrors were covered in what looked like toothpaste, rubbish from the previous persons was left in the dining room/living space, lamp shade covered in weeks of dust, same goes for the tv centre, microwave seems damaged so unusable IMHO, light fixtures were not properly attached, a smoke alarm was missing in one of the rooms, neither of the remotes worked one of them was melted.

Fantastic view and ideal location. Quiet area with no traffic but facilities and local shops within walking distance.
Main bedroom bed could have been more user friendly … low mattress with elevated stiff frame surround.
Vinyl floor throughout was very practical but some carpet in lounge would have provided more warmth & comfort.

Close to the sea and town. Lovely bungalow with all amenities. Sufficient parking and a lovely decked area outside overlooking the sea
I think a few things tidied up (paintwork etc) and some fresh bed linens could really excel the property to 4*+ other than that it was great and we would love to return

Location was great and 5 minutes away from all local amenities and beach etc
The cottage itself was not extremely clean for the price your paying for the week.. rust all over bathroom radiator.. damp up one of the bathroom walls, rust on the very bath plug, spider webs everywhere & windows very temperamental as they are very old..holes in the curtains in the bedroom with the bunkbeds and the ladder not attached properly to the bunkbeds also which almost caused a fall with my youngest boy..ain front door lock very shaky made me uneasy to use the front door going in and out as I did not want the lock to come off completely

The holiday house was just 5 minutes walk from all amenities. Our wee dog loved his home from home. House was lovely and clean. It also had a lovely seating area over looking the sea and beach. Will be back in a heart beat.

We couldn’t get the TV to work but there was enough to keep us busy without it.

Fabulous location and views. Very comfortable beds.

All the facilities you could need for a great self-catering stay including a coffee machine and beans. Open fire ready laid. The patio doors give you a great view over the bay and hills and the decking area is a great place for outdoor dining -if you get the weather. Lots of sun front and back. A short walk takes you straight to the beach and another gets you into the village.
Double bed a little soft for me.

A cosy, warm and deceptively spacious property with outstanding views over the beach and countryside. Check in was so easy. We had snow during our 4 night stay and our daughter had never saw snow on a beach before. There are many walks which can be enjoyed in relative isolation. I cant comment on the takeaway or restaurant.....I brought all I needed with me. This was a break to recharge the batteries after a hectic year and, after 4 peaceful nights the job was done. The deck is a fabulous space, even in winter, for bird watching.....the extremely territorial Robin's has us captivated by their antics, at one stage there were 6! There are linnets, sparrows, finches, doves, huge gulls, redwings and even a bull finch. Late night star gazing is also highly recommended.
The fact that the property is dog friendly makes it all the more special.
There is nothing that I didnt like about this property

Lovely cottage with everything you would need for a stay away from home. Lovely view of beach and golf course. Quiet location yet near the centre.
