About this apartment rental

Elegant flat has been completely renovated respecting the characteristics of the place, maintaining the characteristic exposed stone, the tuff, which enhances the historicity of the place.
The accommodation is located on the first floor of an old building in the heart of the historic center and overlooks one of the most beautiful and historic streets.
With the renovation, materials were used in respect of the historicity of the place, the beams were left exposed and the Sardinian ceramic bathroom recalls the colors of the sea.
The living area and the master bedroom have a large window, the second bedroom is a typical alcove of the place.
All the rooms are available to guests.
The apartment has all the comforts: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, small kitchen appliances and wi-fi.
Sanitized apartment. To clean this apartment, products with high sanitizing power are used Alcohol 70% bleach, ammonia

Change of linen on the seventh day.

Alghero has a door-to-door waste collection service. The guest must follow the rules imposed by the municipality, correctly delivering the waste in the appropriate containers made available, according to the timetable of the calendar present in the house. Before Check-out the cooking area must be clean and the garbage disposed of correctly.

This tidy and modern apartment, in Alghero’s Old Town, is steps from the beautiful Sardinian Sea and many wonderful patio restaurants. The narrow street in front of the apartment building frames a gorgeous cathedral tower at one end, while the other direction features a modest church of the same era. A perfect location for walking by the water, for shopping or passing the day in a cafe.

The apartment was just what we needed size wise, bedrooms and bathroom facilities were as described. Located is perfect for a holiday or short break.

Totally unsatisfactory 1. We were not happy with the Apartment and it didn’t meet the VRBO description & VRBO photographs, nor our expectations. 2. When we arrived at 7pm, there was female underwear hanging on the Building front door, which was left open. this was still hanging there two days later. 3. No Safety or security - We asked the host Allessandra for a key to the Building main entrance door, she said there is no key for us and that the door is left open. That was a significant safety concern for us. 4. The shower only had enough hot water for one person the next morning. 5. The shower head did not work, the button was seized. 6. There was only one bedside table and the bed so small. 7. The Via Principe Umberto street is not as per yours or the VRBO description.

Une semaine en famille vraiment top. L’appartement est idéalement situé. Au cœur du centre historique avec ses magasins, ses restaurants…. Mais dans une rue calme. Appartement très sympa avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer une semaine idéale. Le clou du spectacle c’est l’accueil, la disponibilité, le sourire la bonne humeur d’Alessandra!! Elle parle plusieurs langues. Grace a elle notre séjour a été d’autant plus appréciable. Merci 😀

Die Wohnung hat voll und ganz der Beschreibung entsprochen. Perfekt für ein Paar. Sehr sauber und bequeme Betten. Die Lage in der Altstadt könnte nicht besser sein. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war von Anfang an hervorragend. Jederzeit wieder. Für unseren nächsten Besuch in Alghero wollen wir auf jeden Fall wieder in diese Wohnung

Appartamento molto carino, ottimamente rifinito, dotato di tutto quello che serve e pulito , conforme alla descrizione. Zona del centro comodissima ai servizi e comunque in una via molto tranquilla. Gentilissima e disponibile la signora Antonella. Consigliato anche a famiglie con bambini.

Ce petit appartement situé dans la vieille ville est charmant et près de toutes les commodités, restos, boutiques, etc. On a pu laisser notre voiture de location dans un stationnement gratuit au port pour toute la durée de notre séjour. Magnifique plage à proximité. Très bonne communication avec Antonella. Nous recommandons vivement.

Schöne Lage, mitten in der Altstadt. Parken am Hafen kostenlos, dann 10 min zu Fuß. Restaurants und Cafés, kleine Läden, alles zentral um die Wohnung herum.

It was amazing place to stay in Alghero!!! Antonella is very friendly and helpful person . Apartament is really nice, clean, comfortable for 4 person, the location is amazing and you can find there everything what you need . My family is really happy that we could stay there 10 days .

Alghero is a beautiful city and great for exploring the surrounding area. Antonella gave us so much information and tips that we didn't even feel the need to use our travel guide. The apartment is very well furnished and has everything you need for a nice vacation. It is located in a calm little street in the historic centre. Only a few steps away you can find a lot of good restaurants, bars and shops and not to forget the promenade with a beautiful panorama of the sea. We had a great time and highly recommend this accommodation!

My husband and I loved this place. Walking distance to many beautiful sites. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. If I needed to comment on anything I did not like, was the distance to the parking lot for our rental car. However, do not let that stop you..the place is still great!

This is an ideal apartment for couples or a couple with a small child. The apartment could not be better located, it is very well equipped and well looked after. The communication with Antonella was excellent. We would definitely recommend this place and if back in the beautiful Alghero we would stay here again.

Spent some days with kids there, we loved it all. Very well equiped and clean, everything in the apartment was in very good condition. Antonella and her colleagues have been very helpful and relyable. If you like to stay in the historic center in a small but cosy apartment, this is a good choice! Clemens (Vienna)

We stayed at this apartment for 6 nights in total, we were two adults travelling with a toddler (19 months). The apartment was smaller than it appears on the pictures, but perfect for our needs (it would probably be too small for four adults or more, but for a family with older kids it's great, with bunk beds in a separate bedroom. The apartment is tastefully furnished and renovated to a high standard, and its location right in the middle of the old town of Alghero is perfect for exploring the city as well as for exploring dinner places and bars around. Antonella, the proprietor, was very helpful with any questions we had. There were only a few minus points which, however, did not distract much from the overall experience: the kitchen equipment was ok but could be complemented here and there (one working knife was too little, and there weren't enough dishes to actually fill the dishwasher). The second bedroom doesn't have any windows and, as a conseqeuence, does not get much air - so the door needs to be kept open at night, wich wouldn't give adults enough privacy. The apartment is also a bit dark, but that's natural in this part of town. Finally, we really would have needed more than one key, as the key also operates all of the electricity in the apartment, and sometimes you want to head out and return at different times without using the bell, or perhaps run the dishwahser while you're away. But all in all, we a had a great stay and would consider returning to the apartment.

Buongiorno We rent the appartment for two weeks. Very nice and clean appartment in centro storico Alghero. Everything was good; good bed, good kitchen, good shower and a big good fridge. Near to the beach, bars and restaurants. Next time Alghero I take this casa again. Nice beach, nice see and nice Alghero Ciao

best located, modern and convenient apartment

really nice apartment in the heart of Alghero old town - exactly as written in the internet description. The apartment is very clean and has almost everything you need, we only missed WLAN. The owner is a very friendly and uncomplicated person who makes your stay as convenient as possible, gives you all information you need as tourist and it was no problem to contact her if necessary. There are many good and economic restaurants near the apartment, it's not far to the beach and free parking is possible outside the old town. We enjoyed trips to Bosa and Grotta Nettuno/Capo Caccia where the landscape is incredible. We can really recommend the apartment, the town an the island.

We liked the stay very much - the apartment have all we needed and it was palced right in the middle of the nice olde city. we were there for 2 nights we could have used 3 before we left for Costa Paradisio.

Location and amenities of the apartment really can’t be faulted. It’s cosy yet comes equipped with everything you need such as cooking gear, utensils, air con etc. Our only observation was the lack of a couch/somewhere to relax in the kitchen/dining area, but that really wasn't too much of a problem. The apartment is really very well-located, within walking distance to an abundance of good restaurants, some even on the same street. Beaches and suitable parking is also nearby (within walking distance). We parked in the massive port car park as most of the parking within is free with no time limit which we found very convenient and stress-free. Antonella provided some very good options for dining and things to do in Alghero and further afield. Had a great stay!
