The hotel is very creative. There was no physical reception. Room doors and doors can be opened via email links, which is very secure. The room's skylights can also be operated electronically.
The structure of the room we live in is a little bad, its bedrooms are on the second floor, just separated by a wall. It is not suitable for living between friends, and privacy is weak. And the living room has no Windows facing the sun, its light mainly comes from the roof skylight, which leads to the upstairs bedroom has a pure transparent glass floor. It looks scary, and it always feels like a security risk.

Ci é piaciuto molto tutto in particolare location e cura nei dettagli, atmosfera, letto molto comodo, e la lounge bar fantastica. Lo consiglio proprio.

Amazing courtyard, very nice rooms and facilities. Great location too, central but not the usual places
No elevator - understandable as old building

Very good location. Very clean. Beautiful rooms and garden.
I would have preferred a reception rather than entry codes. Staff was very helpful though when our room code didn't work. My sister got locked outside the main door at 7am , if she hadn't her phone, she would had been out there for a while!

Nydelig sted, sentralt, men stille og rolig. Fantastiske rom, høy kvalitet.

The location was amazing. The studio apartment was so spacious and the light filled windows were stunning. Comfortable and stylish. Beautiful bathroom and access to the gorgeous garden and laundry was amazing.
We genuinely loved everything about it

This gorgeous property is within walking distance of many restaurants and sites, yet is not in the bustling (and loud) night life area. Short walk to Prazzle Michaelangelo for the Florentine skyline and sunset a must.
No complaints at all. One morning we woke, opened the veranda door, and enjoyed the singing birds and someone nearby playing the cello. It was fabulous.

The decor
The location
The communication from the team
The convenience of it all
The ajoining venue always seemed to be closed
Would be a nice extra to have somewhere to purchase drinks etc.

Skulle kunna bli ett mycket exklusivt hotell om det fanns bemanning, bar och restaurang.
Tidig utcheckning, ingen bagageförvaring, ingen servering

The space was beautiful with a lot of common spaces to relax and spend quality time with family. The location of the hotel was perfect, a short walk from Piazzalle Michelangelo and Ponte Vecchio. Highly recommended!

Location was great and beautiful atmosphere and clean. There is space that you can spend time outside of room like lounge terrace.
There is stairs and it could be problematic for some people bringing up heavy luggage

Lovely spacious apartment which was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Nice location.
We had booked the stay explicitly stating 2 beds for 1 night. We discovered there was only one bed and asked for the front staff to help us arrange for setting up the sofa bed (no linen etc). They almost refused the request on the basis it was “not booked” and made a unnecessary fuss about having to call housekeeping to set it up and how it might be too late (despite being in business hours). Then they did eventually advise that it was only possible if we paid the fee for an extra guest despite there only being 2 of us. We had no choice but to pay. This treatment was disappointing and soured an otherwise nice stay.

The location was fantastic on the other side of the city lovely and quiet but still had everything we needed. Federico was outstanding to deal with and so prompt on replying to any questions I had prior to arrival. The courtyard was stunning and water was provided.
Could not fault it.

A lovely ancient property renovated to a high standard and in a perfect location for access to all the sights. Tucked away just far enough not to be caught up in all the hustle and bustle.

The glass floor panels were fun, the spiral staircase was great, really comfy beds.

Location was brilliant - slightly out of the hustle and bustle but only a short walk from it across the Arno.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Building - communal areas and apartment was beautiful.

The hotel is located in a unique palazzo that used to be a monastery - just across Arno from Uffizi and close to Palazzo Pitti. Our room was quiet and very comfortable. The garden behind the house is charming. Breakfast is really tasty and the staff helped us organize a parking for our car.

The photos on the booking.com website suggested that the room was slightly bigger with a sofa bed, as this was what I though I had booked. But the room we got was fine.

Location and structure
The walls is very thin and you can hear the room next to you as if you are staying with them. It’s not nice specially when they are taking a shower or in the bathroom or having sex.

Excellent property and location that enabled you to experience a little what it would have been like to live in a typical wealthy Florentinian house.
No complaints at all. The property was clean, the bed comfortable and the linen, towels etc were lovely.
Cold bottled water free and always available.

Brilliant location. Fab businesses nearby. Wonderful old Tuscan property stylishly converted in to apartments. Secure entrance and beautiful private garden. Helpful staff and great to have a breakfast option.
All great! Be useful to have a mirror in the living area and a shelf/cupboard in bathroom for toiletries.
