vista incantevole, struttura pulitissima e tranquilla, proprietario disponibilissimo, parcheggio privato, colazione ottima e genuina, sala colazione molto accogliente.

strada per raggiungere la struttura un po' tortuosa, google maps non fornisce le corrette indicazioni per raggiungerla, piuttosto una volta giunti seguire i cartelli segnaletici.

Wir hatten 2 schöne entspannte Tage auf dem Hof, weg vom Touristenrummel des Lago Maggiore

Die Lage ist sehr schön, trotz Nähe zur belebten Touristenattraktionen ruhig und beschaulich. Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch die Gastgeber war herzlich und sehr zuvorkommend.

Man muss sich auf eine etwas beschwerliche Anfahrt einstellen, besonders das letzte Stück, was für uns aber kein so großes Problem war. Auf dem Gelände ist der Weg von den Zimmern zum Frühstücksraum eine kleine Herausforderung (nichts für Menschen die etwas schlecht zu Fuß sind). Die Zimmer nach hinten sind nicht so sehr zu empfehlen.

Everything was above our expectations and that represent owner, his family and the personnel way to run a touristic location beside fruits cultivation. Congratulations!

Very nice agriturismo at a beautiful and peaceful location, nice view on Verbania. It is a the ideal location if you are travelling by car to go hiking in the mountains or to go to Lago Maggiore. The breakfast was very nice. Having a pool in the summer is also great (though I did not use it as I stayed in spring).

Gorgeous views, cute place and friendly staff

cute property nestled away on the hillside. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good too - fresh croissant, toast, coffee. The view was stunning too and the rooms were nice and big. nice that they made produce from the apple orchards too.

The road to get into the property is unpaved and full of potholes so it’s a little bumpy and scary. Our mattress was very uncomfortable and we both slept poorly and woke up with sore backs.

overall, it was a nice place to stay but could have been improved by small things, such as a fridge or possibility to bu

really nice surroundings and nice pool area.

apparently, restaurant is only open Thursday - Sunday which we were not informed on until we came there, meaning we had to go with the car to the city to have dinner each night. this should be clear in the description. further, there was no fridge or anywhere to buy something cold to drink and also not possible to get a cold glass of water during the day.

our stay was enjoyable & a nice contrast being up in the hills from where we stayed on Lake Como.

Be careful ! I have reserved a room with 4 beds for 2 persons and apparently booking have only reserved for 1 person. At the check-in, the woman said « no problem, there are 4 beds in your room, it’s just a problem with booking» but at the check-out she said : you need to pay twice because you are two !!! So we had to pay 200€ for 1 room whereas booking displayed only 100€ !!! The legal minimum would have been announced at the check-in. The woman wouldn’t know anything. We will never go back again.

Basic rooms but a great place!

The location, staff, pool and breakfast were all great. We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed ourselves. From the Agriturismo, driving up the mountain towards Alpe Pala, you're within 15 min at the edge of the Parco Nazionale Val Grande. A magnificent place for hiking and enjoying the autumn forest. Driving down the mountain, you're within 15 min in Verbania with lots of opportunities for shopping, nice bars and restaurants.

The rooms are clean, spacious but a bit basic. It would be nice to have more chairs/seats and a small table to sit at in the evening.
