Location
Was a renovation project… in progress and downstairs was a building site complete with builders in the morning. The bathroom was new but bizarrely stank of smoke and the shower massively disappointing delivering hot and then cold water several times a minute!
The TV had a bad case of measles. Five black spots on the screen.
The bed was against the window, our heads level with the windowsill and with curtains open, no blinds, we were on display to the occupants of the building opposite.
The bed had a massive dip in middle and only one pillow each and during the night we could hear the occupants of adjoining room turn over in bed.

The location was very convenient. Bathroom was exceptional however I did find a strand of curly red hair which did not belong to me but whatever, it happens. Free luggage storage was nice
The stairs were extremely short and narrow and I did fall and slip once. Be careful when going up the stairs. You are able to open the balcony and there is a ladder. Would have been nice if the area was cleaned as it was very mossy and unable to climb the ladder to see the view.

The location is great, and the parking place close the flat.
Clean place.

Location is fantastic very close to the old square. Everything is within walking distance with the old square, the new square around the corner and the train/bus station is very easy to walk to.
I've travelled a lot and I understand the old European building do not have AC and that's no issue. It would be nice if they had any fans just in case it's 35C just like it was the weekend we stayed and being on the 3rd floor it's a long way up the stairs but at least you'll get a good workout !

The paid breakfast
First of all it,s not a hotel as the tittle states.
It,s an airbnb without reception.
Narrow stairs smelling of mold,
the staff was not so friendly.

The location was great !
There was no staff there , check in was at another hotel down the street . Waited 2 hours on the room to be ready after we checked in. The stairs are very narrow and hard to haul luggage up and down safely. The bed had no headboard. Very small room but the bathroom was very nice and Modern

Very good location. The room was renovated and comfortable. It was big enough.
Everything was good. Little on the pricey side for the amenities it had (or lack thereof).

We stayed two nights at the hotel Leopold. Everything was perfect - very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, calm street, helpful personnel. It is very well situated as well - not far from the train station and close to the hystoric centre. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel Leopold, and I hope we'll be able to return there one day for our next visit to Bruges.

The location was good. The staff pleasant . We were able to do laundry there. The bathroom was brand new which was a saviour to the hotel
The stairway was narrow and needed new carpet. Very difficult to bring bags up and down. Had to check in aT the hostel. No parking available at all to stop and check in Had to park at the train station and taxi to hotel. When enquiring about parking the staff should say park at train station first

The location is absolutely perfect in the middle of the centre in Brugge, nearby public parking. The room we had was small, but completely adequate for the 2 nights we stayed considering the price/quality. The bathroom was modern and the bed was small but comfortable.

Beautiful city.
Hotel at good location
Walls are pretty thin and some trash from the previous client was forgotten in the room.
The key didn't work at first and needs to be inserted in a specific way to open the door.

Good location
The stairs were very steep to get to the room.

The room was cosy and had everything we needed for our stay. You can see the roofs of the cathedral from the window, which was so lovely at night when it was illuminated. Bike rental is only one minute away and we rented them to go to cute near town Damme and further to the coast. You can leave your luggage before check-in at the hostel just around the corner. Everything is reachable on foot.

For such an affordqble stay, we were not expecting such a nice and comfortable say, let alone whilst being at the heart of the historical center. A quite and cute room with a modern bathroom.
We quickly noticed that the boiler was having some issues working properly. The water took a while to warm up, and was occasionally jumping from ice cold to boiling hot.

The location is exceptionally good. The building has the Bruges vibes :)
Wifi was very-very poor in room 8, but that's really the only negative.

The location and the tradition style of the hotel.
The bed was not comfortable and the windows are passing the rain water to inside. we found a lot of water coming from outside to inside the room (the windows are closed).
No coffee machine as expected. it exist a one but it is broken.

The locations is perfect if you are traveling by train
Small room that was previously a one room now devided by plaster, depends on what room you get but this one very small and we could here everything from the other room, the bed unter the sheets was all in stains same with the pillows.

The place was clean and very homely. The staff was helpful and made good dinner recommendations. Overall the experience was very positive.
Tea and coffee were available for free but water for tea wasn't warm enough. We went to another location by the same organization and were able to have warm water and other facilities there, so it wasn't a problem.

clean and comfortable however expensive. no staff on site and stairs up to the small apartment that were deadly.
poor breakfast facilities for the price. bars and restaurants below kept us awake with all the noise.

This hotel was in a great location overlooking a main square with restaurants, tourist information and shops. The room was reasonably priced and the bathroom was the highlight very modern with a powerful shower. The bed was very comfortable we had a good night's sleep.
It was slightly inconvenient having to check in/out at a Hostel around the corner. The room was very hot (however a fan was provided).
