Gran hotel. Excelente desayuno!
Great Hotel, excellent breakfast!!
Good location in the center of the city.
Very well recommended.
We stay there for a couple of days in April 2023.
Books stores and coffee shops around the corner.
Great breakfast could start at 630, but other than that, it's
all good.

Clean
I had thought breakfast was included, however when I went to the dining room and gave my number they said I needed to pay… I was a little embarrassed and decided to go out for breakfast.

The location is pretty central and convenient, on a quiet street, the room was big and the bathroom had a bathtub, there was a refrigerator in the room, the cleaning service was very good. Not noisy. Helpful staff.
Some staff members did not speak English at all, so it was somewhat of the challenge; the linens and the towels were very old, though very clean.

it was cheap. best I can say

Great breakfast. Nice staff. Toilets were too old, they had to change our room because of malfunction. They were repairing something which woke us up with noise one morning.
Too few electric outlets in each room. The AC didnt worl all the time.

I enjoyed the experience, everything was great

Lot of noise in the morning (works in the building)

You are relatively close to the center. Breakfast is standard buffet type. Lady cleaning the room was superb. Metro station is close (5 minutes). If you will stay here, please do not forget to visit the Museum of holocaust (15 minutes walking distance) and, especially, Museum of the water (Museo de las aquas) located just 5 minutes walking distance. It is superb superb, even for those who do not speak Spanish. Generally it is high ratio between the rice and facilities. It is a good hotel for those who need to overnight in a clean quiet room and will spend most of their day outside.
This type of hotels cannot be changed too much. If they add something they will increase the price, I am afraid.

Everything! The staff was friendly and quickly solved all off my problems. Also the room was nice and comfortable without noise. They cleaned the room every day. Finally the internet worked well. I will definitively come back!

Good location. The receptionist made efforts to fix what didn't work.
The breakfast room was simple but good prepared and with a fair variety of food
The room I have been given was not cleaned after the previous visitor. I received another room, this one clean, but the air conditioning was out of order (38° outside!!). The safe had wrong instructions, so the receptionist had to come up and get phone instructions to find out how it works...
There is no lobby

The only good thing to mention in here is the location but there is nothing else to like. I will not return to this hotel and do not recommend it either.
The hotel is very basic and old, building, room, furniture, everything. The breakfast, limited in options, is served in a room behind a book store that very much resembles a Salvation Army setting.
The hotel charged my credit card, provided to hold the booking (as "indicated" by Booking) well before my arrival. For those not familiar with the economical chaos in Argentina, charging a foreign credit card results in a very unfavorable exchange rate and the guess ends up paying twice as much as if you pay in local pesos after exchanging your dollars in the street. By the way, I could not find a phone to contact Booking to report this situation.

Good value for central location. Was clean and comfortable.
No place to meet visitors really.

The room itself is well decorated and clean.
The facility in the bathroom is very very old. I almost slipped in the bathroom. And the toilet is very hard to flush.

Location
Size of the Bed.And they provide almost nothing!
4.1
The room was large, with two beds (one single one double), a closet, desk (a bit loose though), TV, small fridge, safe and a fan + Air-conditioning. The bathroom had a small bath (not really big enough for somebody who is 1,93m), toilet and bidet.
We included the breakfast, and this was nice: orange juice, milk, coffee, tea, croissants (grease and sweet), some cottage cheese, homemade jam and cereals. Because we asked we found out that you can order scrambled eggs, but they don't indicate this anywhere. And although they were slicing cheese and ham in the kitchen, they didn't want to give some of that. The hotel doesn't do the breakfast themselves, and apparently it is another company doing it for them (next door). This would be something to improve. otherwise the breakfast good. Some days they even had donuts or other pastries!
The area in which the hotel is in is not very interesting, not many nice restaurants etc. Going west at night would even be dangerous according to the receptionist.
They indicate on Google that they speak English, but only one of the receptionist in the two weeks did. He was fluent. The rest didn't understand anything, which was a pity.
The view from the window was nothing but a wall unfortunately.

Rooms were medium-big.
The towels, the bedsheets and the blanket were dirty, we asked for them to be changed in the reception multiple times but the staff only came once and only replaced the towels.
The room had a bad smell everytime we flushed the toilet..
The breakfast was lacking to say the least, you have to ask for eggs, there is no butter and the selection is very dull, no ham/meat of any kind, no cheese of any kind, no vegetable milk.
Generally the hotel was not in the high level we thought it would be and the reception which was very nice ended up not being the most helpful.

We were well received by Alexis, who speaks English really well. The room is quite spacious and had a double bed and another bed, a desk, a small fridge, a TV and a closet with a big enough safe, but no view (we looked towards a wall). Bathroom is ok as well, with a toilet, bidet and a small bath (I only fit in half). The room had an airco and a ventilator, which is nice!
The breakfast is not like in the foto's on booking. You have to ask for eggs, which is not said anywhere (but in my contact on booking it was said that you could, that's why I did). There is no ham or cheese with it (even though they were slicing it for people coming for breakfast from outside the hotel.
Also there is quite some plastic use still in this 'green' hotel. The soap for your hands is still 'single use' and wrapped in plastic, as were the spoons/forks to our room from the restaurant we got at night.
So two improvements, but otherwise a great hotel and great value for the money in our opinion
