great location within walking distance to Hasting st, clean, as advertised

a few more basics for cooking, a new frypan is needed one was that old and buckled, some champage glasses and some decent teatowels. the driveway into the rear parking was very tight to enter, had to have a couple of goes to drive in,

Kitchen was new

Bed sheets seemed old, dusty, hair inside when I pulled them out to sleep on lucky I could wash and dry them but no door on laundry space. Bathroom shower door was very close to toilet, cupboard doors hit fire alarms, traffic noise is very constant and echoed inside even with double windows. No heating in second and third bedroom

The location was very good .clean but very dark not much day light getting through and only one toilet, kitchen was great but very small supply of the essentials

Excellent location have stayed here many times. The only thing I didn't like about unit 7 the most uncomfortable lounges otherwise everything else is excellent!!

The location was good and check in process was easy

The place was very run down and a few basic changes would really increase the enjoyment. The curtains were very thin and there was a pool light on that shone through into the bedroom all night. All the doors creaked and could do with an oil. The couch was small and uncomfortable

Perfect short stay

The communication before, during and after our stay via email was exceptional. Made check in and check out super easy. Property was perfect size for us … 4 adults and 1 child. And location was great for the short stay we had. We’ve been to Noosa many times so knew our way around easily and got everywhere we needed to on foot!

We did arrive a little early to the property (30mins) and thought we would try for an earlier check in but it wasn’t possible. This was completely fine but the gentleman I interacted with at check in was very abrupt and a little rude! Also if you have a large car (we have a lifted 4wd with a rooftop tent) the car parking space doesn’t accommodate. The roof is too low. We did however luck some parking on the road right outside. However in high season I imagine this would be a struggle.

Happy with our stay

It was a perfect little apartment for our holiday. We were slightly disappointed that there were not any cooking essentials in the kitchen (oil etc) however we purchased some and left it there for the next person to use. The wifi also was not very good at all however it had great access to the pool, easy parking and only a 10 minute walk to hasting street. Would highly recommend.

Great stay, just a short walking distance away to Hasting St and parking included is a plus.

Spacious place, close walk (15min) to Hasting St. Spacious rooms.

Maybe to install a second cooling unit into the room with queen bed, as fan can be disturbing during night. Other than that nothing.

Great place to stay, really lovely courtyard. Great kitchen, everything was great. Nice location.

Wifi wasn’t working while we were there (hopefully it is fixed now). Hot water service was very small.

The property needs a proper deep clean and a bug bomb.

The Villas was spacious.

There was an issue with cleanliness. Pieces of trash were in various places around the apartment (sticking out from under beds, hygiene sticker stuck to laundry basket and ashes from ?cigarettes over balcony). The beds appeared neat but when pulled back there were a few hairs on the sheets before we slept on them. We were also bitten by something in the beds.

It was definitely a bit dated & there are limited facilities, slight lack of details/comfort etc.

Not what we expected unfortunately

Location is good, only 15 minute walk to Hastings Street. Clean.

Quite ran down, in urgent need of renovation works or maintenance. I guess it is what you get in Noosa for this price. :/

Villa appeared was clean and tidy but first impressions last and

Location was good and in walk distance to the “main drag”

The reception when we arrived was a poor indication of the villa it was messy and pretty gross to be honest, it was not a great first impression of the villas. The villa it self was nice and clean. There was quite substantial road works right outside that made it tricky to navigate in and out of the villa by car and foot.
