Good place to stay

Location, good view, clean apartment, convenient communication with owner, haven’t met him, but got all responses to my questions very quickly. If you are ready to “climb” to the property like we did then it great place to stay, metro very close, beautiful panorama view places are close.

Great location and cute little patio area to gather on!

The location was great! We needed to be at the train station across the street early in the morning, so it worked out perfectly. It was a little cute property with a great view of the Parthenon!

The stairs were a killer with all of the luggage we had!

Gostamos e pretendemos voltar.

Excelente localização. Tivemos um pequeno atraso no check-in, porque eles tiveram um problema com os hóspedes anteriores que deixaram danos na acomodação. Eles conseguiram solucionar o problema e nos trataram muito bem, demonstrando presteza e responsabilidade. Parabéns!

Local agradável e bem localizado, anfitrião atencioso

Ambiente bem espaçoso, com equipamentos de cozinha, ótimo banheiro, quartos espaçosos, anfitrião muito atencioso e gentil. Localizado perto de uma estação de metro.

Great location, easy access to all attractions, restaurants near, and mniami ice creams - kids have to go there at least

Easy access to town centre, well equipped, we loved our morning coffee outside .very polite and friendly host -Kevin ;)

Our family was happy with everything, nothing to complain.

Third time in Alfama, the best place to be if you are looking for quite and Great location

Top top location, quite place which is not regulary in Alfama. Great view and Great terrace. Well decorated apartments. One od the best stays ever

Great option in Alfama to relax

Loved the location in Alfama. Quiet area within walking distance to a lot of areas including Baixa and Chiado. The courtyard area is fantastic for just spending some time with friends and family. Provides a beautiful view of the Pantheon. Apartment itself was as expected and provided our family of 6 with what we needed.

The place had a nice design, especially the loft, very cozy feel. Terrace was really nice especially in the evenings. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Host was very nice and accommodating, helped us order taxis for our early morning flight.

Bathroom is very small. The shower head was broken and couldn't stay up right. This made it very difficult to shower in an already tight space. Water heater made noise. No car access (except for taxis), which is especially challenging if renting a car.

Very good

Alfama Terrace is easy, but not "too easy". A very good solution for a weekend, even for families (we were five!), in the popular district of Alfama. All the comforts are there and Kevin, the host, was really kind and helpful.

All in All we enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The location is hard to beat!

Kevin was there to give us the keys and walk us through the apartment. He was very polite and friendly. I had a little trouble sleeping in the bed because I have back problems but Kevin gave me extra bedding for the futon and that helped.

Construction going on in the complex and street noise at night. The A/C units had a hard time keeping up as it was pretty warm outside for May.

Location is perfect, in Alfama, close to St Apolonia station. There is a view from the terrace on the Pantheon and blossoming jacaranda tree:)

On the one hand the terrace is great, on the other it means that you hear everything in the apartment and other guest coming back at 3 am and partying there can be pretty annoying (there is no street noise though).

Very good

Situated right in the heart of the old town Alfama. Fantastic spot to stay in, old and historic. Very clean, comfortable apartment with modern bathroom, very comfortable bed, sofa and Tv which has Netflix and excellent wifi. Kitchen amenities everything you need fridge, cooker, washing machine and even a coffee maker. The only negative is that during the cold months, a portable heater would be good. It was heavy rain while we stayed a few nights and a heater would have taken the chill off. Also one set of towels for a week while we couldn't get them dried if we washed them mid week because of bad weather was a problem. Would be good if another set was provided to guests mid week, luckily for us we bumped into the owner 2 days before we left and asked for another set which he promptly provided us with no problem. There is a nice terrace, but unfortunately we couldn't use because of wet weather, so hopefully next time we will come when it is better weather. There are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants dotted about too.. Oh the property is located by walking up a few steep hills and stairs so perhaps not best if you have mobility issues. I would highly recommend these apartments and will definitely be returning.
