Very nice place to stay near the beach

Excellent location, 1 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the main street and restaurants. Helpful staff. Very clean, cleaning and towels change every other day. Sandy beach with sunbeds and a part of the beach free. Great value for the money.

Rather small room and shared balcony.

The trip before this one I was in a hotel near the Rose Garden Rooms it was lovely but if I wanted another trip to corfu soon, it had to be cheaper so I opted for the Rose Garden Rooms just opposite my old hotel and was very pleased with what I found. Cheaper, clean and very close to the beach with its bars and restaurants. The lady in charge was great. unfortunately I found the toilet was broken but she got it fixed within 2hrs excellent 👌 It was very rustic..like staying on a farm at home.. cosy and nice. Loved it...will stay again.

Proximity to shops,bars,restaurants and beach 200yrds. Great!!

smells, drain noises, no tv, bad internet, broken tiles, noisy fridge, noisy air con, noise of other guests, very badly run down property, it needs refurbished immediately, I’ve been coming to Corfu for several years and this was the worst I’ve ever stayed in, we booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1

Great value for money

The location is probably the best aspect of this accomodation. Only 100 meters from the beach, quite and calm, almost no traffic around the house. Our host was always ready to help.

Great place

We really liked the: - closeness to the beach (3 minutes) - front porch - cleaning every two days - performant air conditioning - lady there (we love you) - communication with the host via booking messages We loved that they were able to arrange for a taxi to bring us from the airport and to take us back (45 Euro per trip, so 90 Euro in total).

We didn't like the: - beds; two single beds form one large bed - price of the taxi trip (not the fault of the accomodation) - noisy Italians (also not the fault of the accomodation)

I stayed here in 2019 and again july 2022,the room and bathroom and facilities were very clean.There is a fridge,kettle and dishes,cutlery,enough to have breakfast or make a snack.Lovely balcony with table and chairs and clothes line.Room and change of sheets and towels every other day. Fantastic location 2 min walk to beach,and 5 mins to centre of town.Great supermarket 5 mins walk also.You can use the hotel pool opposite for €5,the sunbeds in the garden at sea breeze are free,just buy something from the bar. The owner is super lovely and friendly,and i thoroughly recommend you try Pesce fish restaurant which they own,grilled king prawns are amazing 👏 😀

Right on the beach

The rose rooms is on the beach near to a lovely little cafe so if your looking for a beach holiday this is the place for you .

Lovely room, great host, amazing value for money, right by the beach

The host was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The location was great, 2 min walk to the beach and the area was really quiet. There was a terrace and a garden and air con. It was amazing value for the price.

The fridge in the room was quite noisy so I would suggest bringing ear plugs if that might bother you

It's a very clean The owner lady speaks very good English and is very friendly It takes a minute to the beach, which is looong and mostly sandy. Supermarkets, bakery and the bars of Moraitika accesible in only couple of minutes by foot A pleasant surrounding for a vacation

Furniture something outdatet No kitchen facilities, so it's impossible to prepare a warm breakfast/meal

We had a very pleasant stay at the Rose Garden. Location was perfect for walking to the bitch and town! Very nice host, we had a very good care. Clean room for two and very quiet in the evening.
