The breakfast terrace was very nice.
we arrived quite late (ten at night) and they were OK with it
we reserved the big room and because of their mistake we received the small room

Very friendly hostess in a small but beautiful family hotel. Location is strange as the village of Bourg of Montjovet has had the ill-fortune to be forgotten into shadows of a railroad, highway and hydroelectric facility (literally way below them at the bottom of the valley with roads surpassing on high bridges. Yet, there was NO noise inside those thick-walled rooms. None!
Room was a beautiful upgrade modernization of a classical Aosta house.
Location is kinda gloomy driving in but much better than it originally feels.

Amazing hotel in old town - so authentic and with great atmosphere. The room is really cosy, warm, and super-clean. There is an amazing restaurant nearby, where we had dinner. Breakfast in the hotel is simple and nice - pretty enough. In general, I'm sure that we will back there in the future

The bed was comfortable with nice pillows. The people are all very nice. Good wifi.
Parking is at city center. Breakfast is all Italian pastry and fruit, no protein that Americans prefer.

I was able to communicate in French with the owner, rather than English. Good arrangement for dinner with the restaurant down the street.

Great place to stay when heading to the south of France. Check-in was smooth, spacious 2-level room. Everything was clean and cozy. Very nice view when having a tasty breakfast on the shared terrace overlooking the mountains. Also, there's a nice small local restaurant at the end of the street to have dinner.
Air conditioning would be very nice to have, although there's a ventilator in the room. Everything else was great.

wonderfully charming establishment with a very friendly host. nice breakfast. beautiful rooms, cleverly restored for great comfort while showing a bit of their history. simply charming and quite unique experience.
quite frankly the thing I liked the least was the location. the quiet, tiny village in this very narrow valley sounded good on paper to enjoy some nature and rest from the busy city life, but turned out to be cut out of any remarkable outdoor activity or particularly spectacular view. you're surrounded by mountains but you see very little of them and you need to drive out of this valley and up to adjacent ones to reach any hiking trails. the tiny village is nice and quiet, but for your day activities you need to drive for 1-2 hours and I was hoping for more "nature at your doorstep" kind of experience.

We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. We had an amazing dinner at a quaint restaurant down the street, arranged by the bnb. Our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely recommend!
