About this villa rental
This charming 3 bedroom villa is a short walk away from the amazing Trou aux Biches beach and Mont Choisy beach. It is part of a complex of 4 with a private front garden (includes parking space) and shared back garden & swimming pool (pool area not fenced, children are to be supervised at all times).
Located in Mont Choisy, you will have easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, bank/ATM, Diving centre & public transport. A short drive north to vibrant Grand Baie and you will find hypermarkets, more cafes, restaurants, bars/nightlife and shopping malls.
All three bedrooms have double beds, bedside tables, fans. Two bedrooms with wardrobe/drawers for storage. Master bedroom with en-suite (bathroom and toilet).
PLEASE NOTE - Air Condition is only available in 2 bedrooms (Master and bedroom 3).
The living space includes TV/CD-Radio, dining table and open plan kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dish washer,refrigerator, gas stove top, microwave, mini oven, kettle and complete set of kitchenware. Also available for your use is the washing machine and ironing equipment.
All bed linen and towels are provided. WIFI available FREE of charge.
Housekeeper services will also be available once a week for stays of 6 days or more.

A very pleasant villa 3 minutes walk from the sea with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The swimming pool was a big bonus. Bus stop a short distance away. A lovely garden where one can observe beautiful species of birds. We spent a very nice month here.

The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood, and about 15 mins walk to Mont Choisy public beach access. Bus stops at about 10 mins walk, supermarket 2 kms away,
The place was as advertised. It included wifi, washing machine, linens and towels, simple kitchen with all the essentials, shared swimming pool that was regularly maintained, parking. The cleaning services once a week met the minimum requirements.
Overall the villa was good value for money and we recommend for a comfortable stay!

Awesome Location!
We stayed one month in this lovely property and couldn't have been more happy. Short walks to the best two beaches on the island....Troux Aux Biches and Mont Choisy. You will be delighted to try the restaurants practically next door at REFRESH and La PESCATORE. Cup of Noe for artisanal coffees, pastries, baguettes and breakfast can't be beat! Short drive into Grand Baie for more delicious restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets. The home felt private and safe and had everything we needed. The host, Eileen, was absolutely fantastic and helped us with suggestions and checked in with us to make sure all was well. We didn't have any issues at all. Housekeeping was provided twice a week which was a definite plus. All in all this home was delightful in every way and we highly recommend it!.

Guter Platz für einen schönen Urlaub
Zwei wunderschöne Strände zu Fuß erreichbar. Aufgrund der Westlage atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sogar eine Grundausstattung von Kaffee, Tee, Gewürzen, Putzmitteln etc. Ingrid ist eine wunderbare, warmherzige Vermieterin, die sich hervorragend gekümmert hat. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit.

Eine ruhige Oase im Norden Mauritius
Wir wurden von Eileen, sehr freundlich empfangen, die uns zuvor den Weg zum Haus gezeigt hat und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Sie hat uns mit allen wichtigen Details versorgt und bei Fragen ist sie sehr reaktiv. Der saubere Swimmingpool ist der Hit, direkt am Haus, und je nach Wunsch kann man entweder auf der Pool- oder auf der Terrassenseite sitzen, Badetücher für den Pool stehen zusätzlich zu den normalen Handtüchern zur Verfügung.
Das Haus ist gut ventiliert, Ventilatoren und/oder Klimaanlagen stehen zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, könnte vielleicht etwas mehr gepflegt werden. Wir haben die Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten genossen, sowie vom Restaurant in direkter Nachbarschaft und vom neu eröffneten exzellenten Restaurant "Refresh" am Eingang zur Strasse. Wir hatten ein tollen Aufenthalt im Norden und dies größtenteils dank unserer Unterkunft.

Maison agréable près de la plage de Montchoisy
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est proche de très belles plages et à proximité d'arrêts de bus et de station de taxis.
Le contact par mail avec Eilen avant notre arrivée a été très facile. Jeannine nous a accueilli sur place et a organisé notre transfert aéroport.
La maison est en tous points conforme au descriptif.

This was our second stay at this villa. Thank you for your kind hospitality, what a wonderful experience, we've had, from the day we booked the villa until we left! Two fantastic beaches, Mont Choisy and Trou aux Biches are a few minutes away by foot, you simply can't ask for more! About ten minutes drive are two large shopping and dining areas. The location of this property was ideal for us.
As a family of four, we felt at home from day one. The property was fully equipped with everything we needed. The owners have paid careful attention to every item in the villa ... and they've got things right. When we needed assistance, our requests were dealt with promptly. For our comfort, the maid who attended the property 3 times a week made sure we were not disturbed during the housekeeping tasks.
We are already thinking of going back for our third stay at this villa.

Joli maison et bon accueil
Description conforme a la réalité. Excellent accueil de Janine qui met de suite à l'aise seul bémol nous étions 2 jeunes couples donc gras matinée mais la femme de ménage passe entre 9h00 et 9h30. Sinon rien a redire je recommande cette adresse n'hésitez pas.

Notre séjour à Mont Choisy s'est passé très agréablement, nous avons apprécié le logement qui correspondait à notre attente. La propriétaire ainsi que Janine et Margaret ont été très bien. Mme Grassy lorsque nous avons eu besoin de la contacter à répondu rapidement à notre demande.
Le logement est agréable, propre, ensoleillé et nous avons aimé avoir la clim, bien que nous n'étions pas encore en été. La plage, les bus, sont proche. Nous avons pu faire de belles balades.

Maison très agréable mais modif a faire
Nous sommes restée 1 mois dans cette maison très agréable, nos enfants nous ont rejoints pour 15 jours. La description de l'équipement n'est absolument pas conforme.- il n'y a pas de piège à moustiques.- papier toilette non fourni, seulement 2 rouleaux.- lessive non fournie.- Il n'y a pas de clim dans la 3e chambre.- il n'y a pas de sèche linge,simplement un séchoir à linge.-Il n'y a pas d'alarme sécurité.- Dans la cuisine, pas d'eau chaude au robinet pour faire la vaisselle.-fenètres et portes très vétustes,une seule porte neuve qui donne sur la piscine.( l'ensemble a rectifier et la maison sera très agréable ).-Nous n'avons jamais vu la propriétaire EILEEN,de plus le jour de notre départ,nous n'avons pas vu la gérante??les clés ont été déposées chez le voisin. ( Malgré cela notre séjour a été très agréable.
