Amazing hotel in the middle of Arusha that is a great starting or ending point of any safari. Great food, architecture and design with amazingly spacious rooms. The staff was very welcoming and they provided us smooth airport transport.
The bathroom has no ventilation switch so after shower it stayed humid all night.

Great food, great staff, great garden
Room cleanliness not up to the standards of Sheraton
6.0 / 10.0
Calm atmosphere amid the chaos of Arusha. Clean. Good entrance area. Nice staff.
Poor value for money. It's the most expensive place we stayed in Tanzania, but also the worst. For the cost, I would expect there to be soap in the soap dispensers, to have bathrobes, better furnishings, a better coffee/tea station, more bottled water, a tastier breakfast...
After coming from safari, if a mid-range camp in the middle of the Serengeti can have more luxury touches, I expect more from a hotel in town

Staff is fantastic, however Lesorian is a standout member of your team.
Shower heads need to be cleaned of lime deposits to allow better water flow.

the suite was spacious and tastefully furnished.
nothing.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was good.
The room was very impractical. The "wise men" who installed the electricity didn't foresee that someone with a converter might come, so they put switches right next to the sockets, thus making it impossible to charge mobile phones. With heavy suitcases, we had to go down two large stairs from the part of the hotel where we were put. The view was desperate, the outdoor pool cold.

The staff were superb. The location excellent, right in the middle of town yet with green and leafy gardens.
Very limited access for handicapped guests

Everthing apart from the service
The reception staff are good, but the waitress they took forever to bring the food, the WiFi network is weak
8.0 / 10.0
Location is great, staff friendly. I liked that there was no buffet at breakfast (great move during a pandemic).
Shower water pressure could be better. Having a balcony is nice, except when it overlooks a busy street with cars and motorbikes hooting every 10 seconds. Mask wearing wasn’t mandatory :(
