All was well

3 couples stayed. Loved having bathrooms in each room, even though the nights are cool we couldn’t open the windows in on the top floor where it was the warmest, because there were no shades and it allowed bugs in, we had 3 fans in one room but only 1 worked. The bedroom in the lower level was the coolest but still needed a fan, also the shower curtain was not clean, you can see the buildup from the bottom of it, it’s old and it didn’t fit the tub, there’s a good size space if you tried to fit it to prevent water from getting on the floor.
Lots of dishes but with 6 people only 4 wine glasses. Other than these recommendations the unit was very cozy.

The place was confusing to find but the property manager was very responsive and helpful calling me back right away and staying on the line until I found it. We enjoyed our stay very much. The layout worked perfectly for us ( 3 adult couples) one bedroom and bath for each couple on different Floors. We found the place convenient, well stocked and attractive.

The space was wonderful. All three bedrooms were en-suite. The only issue was that some of the days got hot. We knew that there was no A/C, so we shouldn’t have been surprised. There were box or stand up fans in the bedrooms, which helped at night. The early evenings were the hot times in the condo.
All in all, it was a great place.

My husband and I came for a week long ski trip. Location was very convenient to downtown, but still very quiet. We are very picky about beds and this location had probably the best bed of any VRBO we have stayed in. Communication with the property manager was excellent 👌. My only suggestion would be to stock some salt, pepper and sugar in the pantry but they did leave us some coffee and donuts for the first morning so that was much appreciated. Overall great place to stay. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was WAY larger than we expected and we were impressed with how much space we had. My singular complaint was that the unit does not have AC but that was my fault for not realizing that before we booked. They provide tons of fans and given that, even the summer, Jackson nights are pretty cool it wasn't a major issue. There is heating so temperature would be a complete non-issue in colder months.

The home was perfect for my family. The bathrooms in each bedroom were great. Though there really is not a view of the Tetons as described when i was info about this place. New carpet is definitely needed throughout the home and some painting on the front porch. The address definitely needs to be worked on. You need a sign that says Grand Vista. The whole home just needs a little updating.

this was a nice property. served our needs well for the four nights we needed to attend a wedding. Our only complaint was that the neighbors were very loud!! until about 2 am and the other neighbors left the outside light on all night so the master bedroom let in too much light. Room darkening curtains in there would help!!

The property was clean and met our needs. It was unusually warm during our stay and without an AC having to leave the windows open but the blinds down we didn’t get very good circulation. There was a fan provided so we appreciated that. Finding the property late at night which is when we arrived was difficult as the door had one address and the Eve had another. The number we needed on the eve was unlit and could not be seen at night. Since the front bedroom faces the parking lot there was a lot of light in that room at night, might suggest room darkening shades. Overall we were quite pleased with our stay

We enjoyed our stay in Jackson. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Two minute ride into town.
Our stay was enjoyable. Management was responsive to any need. Close to town center, two minute ride into town.

When paying a premium price, we expect great or premium lodging!
Sent this to the management property for improvements.
1. Upon arrival, on Saturday, the master bedroom toilet was leaking when one of us stepped in water on the floor; maintenance was present within 20min to fix the leak.
2. After returning from a 12h tour the next day (Sun), the 2nd BR toilet likely ‘ran’ the entire time we were gone as the flapper didn’t work to fill the secondary tank. Unless the flapper was manually held down, the fill tank would keep running. It was nearly 8pm on a Sun night, so we asked it be addressed on Monday morning, which it was.
3. Lack of maintenance / non-emergency items:
a. Kitchen:
i. Both burners on the right-side of the stovetop cannot work as the burner covers do not have the proper inserts/slats so the element cannot engage.
ii. Coffee pot works, but not the auto-timer.
iii. The steak knives were plentiful but dull; most exceptional was the masking-taped handle on a chef’s knife (which promotes bacteria growth and seems unprofessional).
iv. Dishwasher – even the second time; silverware did not come out clean and 20% of the dishes needed further washing.
v. Nice touch to give a 4oz bag of local coffee grinds but without filters – it was less special.
b. Living Room:
i. It was 81 degrees in the condo on the first day; quite uncomfortable without A/C; all but one day was comfortable (despite the reviews previously that it was cool enough without an A/C).
ii. Stairs/Living Room carpet, especially, needs cleaning.
c. Basement BR:
i. Bathtub drips unless adjusted a few times
ii. Shower curtain needs to be changed or extensively cleaned
d. Garage:
i. Appreciated being able to park there – no remote control offered
e. Front door:
i. The door handle does not latch/engage – the only way to lock it was the lock associated with the key panel (knob on inside, keypad on outside).
4. The lack of brooms, a vacuum, minor cleaning supplies was noticeable (commonly provided in the previous four VRBO units we’ve stayed in over the past 8 years).
5. Positive mentions:
a. The basement bed was firm and comfortable
b. There was enough dishes for up to 8 people
c. Walking distance to Snow King Resort (where I had friends staying for the week)

Great vacation close to Tetons
The property was in a good location, easy walk to town and drive to the Tetons. The property set up was well, enough room for my 3 boys. There was no access to a grill. The carpets were dirty. But overall a very nice place

Nice Layout with 3 separate bedroom suites
We are 3 older guys who appreciated each having our own bedroom/bathroom.
The location is just outside of walking distance to town for most people .. but a short drive to town and we never had a problem finding a parking space near the main streets.
Although we ate in town most of the time, we found everything we needed in the kitchen.
The only thing holding this back from 5 stars is that the furniture and carpeting are a little dated and the outside entrance looks very worn and in need of paint.
However, overall we enjoyed our stay and would try to rebook this home if the 3 of us come back to Jackson Hole.

Good condo in a pretty good location
We stayed in the summer, very near the Snow King ski resort, and obviously did not use that for skiing.
Great location with respect to downtown Jackson (a short walk) and great location for driving to the Grand Tetons. The condo does not have A/C, so an August stay was quite hot. Condo was safe, comfortable, and had very clean linens and towels, but is likely due for an update of carpet and/or appliances. The street was relatively quiet around us, save for a few loud groups in the late evenings.

Perfect location
The property is as described, with a great location to town and parks. The only negative comment is couch could use an upgrade .

Ideal location
This location was ideal for easy access to activities in and around Jackson Hole. Easily walkable to downtown and quick to get out of town to adventure around. The carpets and some furniture could use an update but otherwise this was a great place to stay for family adventuring in Jackson.

Run down townhome
This townhome is badly in need of updating. The furniture is worn out, the faucets are worn out, and the woodwork, trim, and tile are damaged. It was not particularly clean. Lodging quality of a below average college apartment. Although this is a busy market, I felt it to be very overpriced. The Outpost staff was responsive to my feedback and provided a nominal refund.

Adventure Awaits!
Good location to enjoy the beauty of the Tetons and Yellowstone. Accommodations were clean and well supplied for basic needs. My only criticism is that the faucet in the kitchen needs to be fixed before it breaks. Easy access to all the parks and restaurants.

Good communication with management co and easy check in. Unit was much more dated that appeared in pictures. Filthy carpet, should be replaced. Had an oscillating fan on counter that looked like it hadn’t been dusted in years! What does the cleaning crew do?

Good Location - needs update
Mostly good property. Fairly clean, good location... some updates over years I guess....
Rugs throughout need updated. Wish we would have known one bedroom is on basement level... not ideal for adults... Sofa is terrible.... all things we can deal with spending so little time in condo though.
