Over all it's ok

I did not have breakfast here. However, there is a cafe where one can order. The hotel is a very good hotel. The staff is well behaved. The location, for me, was little inside the city. The location is in an educational hub. Family friendly. Generally I can not connect with any hotel easily but this was different,

Decent budget stay

The hospitality from the receptionist and staffs, neat clean rooms for a budget price and decent food

This time it let me down from the previous stay experience at this property. Food was great last time and this time it was just okay. Also the complimentary breakfast didn’t had any options to choose and also I don’t understand how can they serve only one piece of plain paratha per person. If you can’t provide proper breakfast then please don’t offer it. This problem was not there during my last visit. Also the family room we booked had a very tiny bathroom. And there was issues with health faucet which was placed very far from toilet seat. How one can use it if it’s not reachable !! Isn’t it responsibility of Homestay to have a prior look into such things before giving the room.

Clean, comfortable, cosy, value-for-money

The staff was helpful, provided extra blankets as it was very cold, room was clean, could make tea in the room as they provided the kit, room service called twice to remind the last order time for kitchen so we didn't have to stay without food at night.. This was a very thoughtful gesture. The breakfast service on the rooftop restaurant was good too.

The room could've had a better view, but we were staying for only one night so didn't care much about it. If you're going to stay longer, ask for a room with balcony on higher floor.

Home away from home

Good location near laitumkrah market. Very friendly home owner and staff who went out of the way to help us out. Really loved the galilee cafe staff which is the restaurant in the hotel.

Except the room location rest other facilities were satisfactory

1. Emlin is always smiling and helpful. She tried to attend my requirements quickly. Other stuffs are very nice too 2. I tried simple bread and omelette in complementary breakfast. Quality and taste was good. The dining area on top floor has an open area too which is beautifully maintained. 3.The location is excellent, a little down the lane off the main market road, in a calm and quiet residential area.

1. I booked a standard double bed room over booking.com. While booking it was not mentioned the room is in the basement. So natural light, ventilation and outside view are limited. 2. The underground location hampered network connection severely. Though on request I was given free wifi access, still signal strength was weak.

Superb

We liked the staff behaviour and the facilities.

We loved our stay in the inn. It's small but we'll maintained, is located in a quiet and calm place and gives a homely vibe. We loved the arrangement of the two beds in two different rooms and the balcony let us enjoy the chilled weather outside.

Need better service as well as caring approach towards the customer , it can't sum up with only room

The location of the cafeteria which was at the top floor

1. The room was not ready when we did arrive the location. 2. They were not able to provide tea when we did ask for the same after reaching there. 3. The cable service was not working , hence couldn't watch TV when we did ask for it, we were informed that on Sunday, their office is not working, hence they can't recharge the cable subscription. 4. The Kitchen is located in open area, hence the smell comes out when they cook food. 5. They don't have adequate staff for managing the service. 6. The crockery where they did serve Tea were not usable, the sign of crack were visible.
