Die Lage ist top. Die Aussicht ist top. Man kann gut runter schalten vom Alltagsstress. Sehr nobel eingerichtet.
Frühstück war ok. Wir hätten uns nur ein bisschen Abwechslung gewünscht.

Amazing stay we have ever had..
the view was breathtaking
the hotel was so beautiful, room, balcony, staff, view, pool, thecity,
We spend wonderful days and defintly want to come back again!!
only one thing was the breakfast unfortunately
didn't have many options just basic things to eat
If the breakfast get better the place will be completed 🥰

Then views were amazing, the staff are very helpful, and the rooms are a good size.
Hotel is situated above the "highway" on the hillside. The location makes it impossible to walk up to the hotel from town, even though it is close. And with the taxis being a rip off, it made for a fairly expensive return trip.
The breakfast is awful, no variety and really not much to eat really.

A wonderful hotel with excellent staff. Good quality fit out and breathtaking views from the balconies, bar and restaurant. Food was excellent. You won't be disappointed.

The hotel is awesome and the new additions lovely. Its views and pools are outstanding. It is quiet and very much a place to relax and unwind. The staff are friendly and helpful and the addition of a host during the day a welcome addition. Great library and love the pet cats.
The lunch and dinner food is excellent and the cocktails awesome. A wonderful place to have a pre or after dinner drink. The cleaning team are awesome and nothing too much trouble. A nice location with friendly people, who are mainly British.
The breakfast was average at best. In the past it was the highlight of the holiday with fruit plates, homemade honey and yogurt and personal service. As someone who cannot eat eggs, it is limited. A wider range of fruit, berries, bread, pasteiries and fruit juices is necessary.
The pull out bed needs a mattress topper as it is too hard to sleep on for any lenght of time. The room . 102 needs a fridge wtih a freezer compartment in it. The lighting in the toilet and shower needs addressing as it is impossible to see in it at all.
There is little to no pool side service, and no way of calling for staff, other than going downstairs where the staff locate themselves. When food is requested and taken to pool side, the empty plates are often left sitting in the sun. First world problems, I know.
The hotel would benefit in atmostphere from some live music on some evenings.
Wifi is poor and intermittent. The hotel did check this but it would not be good enough for people who have to work.

Lovely location, all the staff are very helpful and friendly, room was very clean, with fantastic sea views. 2 lovely swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds, Location is a short taxi ride from the town, but don't let this put you off, as the reception will order it for you, it only costs £2 and the taxi arrives within 5 minutes. I would have no hesitiation in recomending this hotel.

I truly enjoyed my stay in this charming hotel! The hotel is close to all needed infrastructure, as well as to its own beach. But what really makes this place unique is it's magnificent views, literally from each & every view point!
I'd like to send my special thanks to Irmak and Serdar, who took care of us when we needed it the most :)

The view was incredible. Lots of space to relax. We actually came here as a relaxing holiday after the madness of getting married and it was perfect. Very relaxing. Friendly staff and guests.
Coffee could be improved (tasted like instant). Breakfast wasn’t amazing, specifically the yoghurt was more like cottage cheese, stale cereal, and not proper bread. But don’t let this out you off. The breakfast view is spectacular!

The location and the bar !
They have some plumbing issues that ruined sleep and zero wifi in the new rooms !

Great location, beautiful rooms friendly helpful staff. Amazing views. Restaurant food excellent. Will definitely be back.
Wifi was very bad practically non existent around pool and in rooms.
Breakfast sufficient but basic.
Hotel is quite high up on the side of steep mountain walking in to town doesn't take long but walking is a challenge. Taxis back and fore are a must.

Amazing staff & Views, room was great and spacious and clean.
The views from the bar and reasturant are stunning.
Pool area is very quiet and staff are always on hand to help if needed.
Breakfast was a little basic, my partner struggles with a milk intolerence so the food & drink was very limited for her.

Lovely air conditioned room with everything we needed. The view from the hotel and from our room was great - especially at night with all the lights in Kalkan! The staff were really helpful and friendly.
Would recommend getting a taxi back if you go into Kalkan because the walk back is extremely steep and is a struggle in the heat.

Hotel, location and staff were fantastic. The Breakfast was ideal - there were choices every day, you dont need much breakfast as the lunches at the hotel were amazing and dinner was fabulous, as good as any restaurant in the town or even better. Also we did some Yoga at the hotel too, that was magical.
There wasnt anything that I didnt like at the hotel at all. If I was to be really picky then the Wifi was a bit poor but I feel that the infrastructure in Kalkan isnt anything like we expect here in the UK.

Absolutely everything
WiFi and 4G were very slow and sometimes non existent

Beautiful pool and comfy bed
Hotel isn't finished, breakfast is awful, bathroom smelt because of the plumbing, restaurant area had lots of water leaks and damage, stairs had no rails and didn't seem safe.

I am almost reluctant to write a review about this gem of a hotel in case its get really busy and the prices go up. My wife and are are more villa people than hotel people but the Mediteran Hotel with its large spacious rooms and apartment like facilities has all the benefits of an apartment with all the benefits of a much larger hotel.
This is a family run hotel by a family that care about their guests. The hotel is at the back of Kalkan to the north of the coast road and boasts the best panoramic views of Kalkan bay. The restaurant has not only one of the most romantic views in town, the food is as good, or better than most of the restaurants in the main town. It is worth a trip if you are not staying at the hotel just for a cocktail in the bar at sundown just for the views.
Since our last visit (we booked a villa in during Covid) the hotel used that time to upgrade all of their rooms and build a new block of new rooms. The upgraded rooms are truly luxurious and I hope when the new block of rooms opens the increase in guests does not affect the personal service or crowd the facilities. The new block has its own pool so I do not believe the quiet, relaxing atmosphere around the existing infinity pool, overlooking the bay, will be affected.
The family that own the hotel also own the most popular beach club in Kalkan. A stay at the hotel provides complimentary sunbeds at the beach club and preferential treatment from the family staff.
I cannot rate this hotel highly enough because they deserve it, but I would rather other people did not book it so that it always has space when we want to go!
I cannot think of anything I dislike about this hotel, the staff and family that run it.
4.0
The rooms are clean and comfortable, but overall this is a very cold hotel. Another villa, hastily constructed on a crumbling city infrastructure, to accommodate the rapid development of Kalkan. They do the absolute bare minimum, and get away with it because they have 4 (maybe more??) pools (note they don’t have a place for everyone to shower before you get into the pool). Google Maps took us the wrong way up a very steep road, and when we called the hotel for directions and assistance, they said they couldn’t help us. There is no one to welcome you when you check-in and tell you about the amenities, and if you have an issue with your room (for example one night when we got back late we had no towels to shower), there is no phone in the room to call for help. The wifi didn’t work once in our rooms, and we were there for 5 days. Breakfast is very basic and is strictly served between 8 - 10 am, which is a bit ridiculous when you are on vacation. The shower floods the entire bathroom when you use it. The prices for cheap beer are double what they would cost at other hotels. They also asked us to pay our hotel bill at the beginning of our stay, which was very weird. Most of the real estate in Kalkan is owned by Brits and it shows. It all feels very colonial. We thought Kalkan would be quieter than Kas, but it was the opposite. The hotel is pretty far from the city center, but every night you have to listen to loud party music coming from the main restaurant area. We spent most of our time in Kas, which was pretty inconvenient as it is a 40 minute drive on a very windy coastal road.

The staff were outstanding! the hotel is beautiful and everything is very clean. The food was excellent!
a shower outside near the pool area would be good. it is quite steep to walk into Kalkan centre but taxis are easily available.

stunning hotel with lovely staff and good location
the bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the hard floor. I like a firm mattress but this was too much and could do with a mattress topper
