Good central place in Alicante

Very convenient flat with good facilities. Bedrooms at opposite ends of flat so my friend could listen to the radio while I was sleeping.

A comfortable stay in a convenient location.

The property was fairly spacious, if a little dated. It was fairly comfortable and it was clean. It was situated in an area which gave access to both the old town and the modern part of town as well as the beach.

Some of the furnishings could do with a little updating.

Nice apartment in great location suitable for family trip.

Great location. Near all the sights, close to shops and restaurants. It is in walking distance to the sea as well. Apartment has everything you need. Communication with Kate was easy, without any issues.

Apartment does not have much sunlight, but that is probably on purpose, because of the summer heat. At night the street can be quite noisy.

Lokalizacja mieszkania jest najlepsza z możliwych! Wszędzie jest super blisko :)

Tuż przy apartamencie jest piekarnia z przepysznym pieczywem :) Można kupić również świeże warzywa i owoce :) Blisko są również sklepy spożywcze, więc szybko i bez problemu można kupić z rana produkty na śniadanie

Minusem noclegu był nietypowy dla nas Polaków sposób ubrania pościeli - nie były to klasyczne poszewki a jedynie materiał przypominający dodatkowe prześcieradła, którym owijało się kołdry. Nie spotkałam się z taką formą do tej pory i nie wydało mi się to do końca komfortowe, ale dowiedziałam się, że to normalne w tych rejonach, więc nie można tego nazwać słabym punktem apartamentu :)

Jó elhelyezkedésű, 4 főnek tökéletes, tiszta, jól felszerelt szálláshely, kiváló ár-értékkel.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés. közvetlen a belváros mellett. Többféle tömegközlekedés 1 percre, köztük a repülőtéri transzfer busz (C6). Sok kis üzlet, szupermarket, pékség, vendéglátó hely, központi piac, bank stb. A látnivalók és a tengerpart sétatávolságra. Az utca kis forgalmú, este csendes. A szálláshely tiszta, jól felszerelt, megfelelő méretű 4 fő részére. Két darab kulcsot kaptunk, így egymástól függetlenül is tudtunk mozogni.

A zuhanykabin szűkebb az átlagnál. A bútorzat színe, stílusa nekünk kevésbé tetszett, de ez ízlés dolga. Aki autóval érkezik, annak nehéz parkolóhelyet találni.

Omtänksam och trevlig ägarinna. Vi fick en karta över Alicante. Rikligt med schampo, toapapper. Vattenflaska i kylen. Pulverkaffe, salt, socker och te fanns som vi fick använda. Hiss fanns. Priset var bra.

very good value for money

Ekaterina is a very good host, very responsive and helpful. She offered oranges and lemons from her garden. The apartment is very well located in the city center near the central market, castles, etc. It is exactly as in the photos and very clean.

Furniture and bathroom slightly dated. The windows and wall were not providing sound insulation so the noise from the street can be easily heard, but this did not prevent us to sleep.

Rodzinny pobyt ze zwiedzaniem miasta i okolic.

Obiekt spełnił moje oczekiwania, pomieszczenia przestronne i czysto utrzymane. Lokal zlokalizowany na pierwszym piętrze kamienicy z windą na klatce schodowej. Łazienka z prysznicem i kosmetykami. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie potrzebne akcesoria i sprzęty do samodzielnego przygotowywania posiłków. Sypialnie z wygodnymi łóżkami. Lokalizacja apartamentu w ścisłym centrum miasta w strefie płatnego parkowania, w odległości 10 minut pieszo można znaleźć darmowe całodobowe miejsce parkingowe. Trochę trzeba poszukać. Bliska odległość do promenady nad morzem około 5 minut pieszo, jak również do marketów. Targ Mercdo 2 minuty od obiekt. Bezpośrednie sąsiedztwo wielu restauracji, kawiarni na sąsiednich ulicach. WiFi w obiekcie ok.

Mieszkanie trochę chłodne, pobyt w połowie lutego, ale na wyposażeniu są dostępne grzejniki elektryczne oraz klimatyzacja.

Good option for family for short stay to explore the city.

We liked location very much, easy to reach everything. There were everything what can you need in the kitchen (salt, sugar, tea, pepper and etc.) and bathroom ( shampoo, soap). The host waited us at the agreed time. Near is the bus stop to airport, many cafes, market.

The apartment is a bit old but we had a lovely stay. Air conditioning isn’t great only in the living room and not strong enough but we managed. Great location and host!

Kate is a great host. She was very responsive and helped us with a late check-in. She also provided us with some useful tips on how to get around, and she was there for us during the whole stay. Very great experience

Perfect calm place to stay

We loved everything about this place. Location is absolutely perfect, there are restaurants and cafes on every corner, its just one block from the city Market and few minutes by walk down the hill to thw street with mushrooms. In the apt is everything and balcony where you can enjoy breakfast with a view to calm street its balcony with a glass windows so even rain will not stop you ;) The host was very nice :)

Property was spacious and located in a very central area with nearby supermarkets and public transport. A leisurely 15 minutes walk would have you down in the port and beach areas of the city. A huge choice of outdoor restaurants and quirky eateries catering to all culinary tastes ! Immediate area around the apartment felt safe and secure and also offered a varied choice of restaurants. The main city market is quite close and offers a huge choice in all local products. We would have no hesitation in returning to this apartment for another visit.Host was very responsive to any queries or problems 24/7. Recommended.

Good location, easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Our host Kate was friendly, helpful. Apartment was classic Spanish, which we like. We loved our balcony. V comfy beds Spacious apartment

Good location but some few points to improve

Very sympathetic owners! Nice to see some coffee in the kitchen ! To avoid buying just for 1 night. Good localisation next to the market!

The mattresses are very very very hard and small, I would say that they are not for adults but children (individual mattresses) and i am only 1,67m! All the sheets on the bed don’t look or smell very clean. The balcony is small so just 2 people can be there only.

Absolutely recommended

Balkony, perfect location, close to the fresh food market, well equipped kitchen. Ekaterina is friendly and helpful.

The rock bar across the street is loudly on the weekends.
