Lovely hotel. Bus stop outside takes you to the town in 2 stops.. Good value for money .

Beautiful room on 7th floor with balcony and sea and castle views. Amazing breakfast such a huge choice. Very helpful friendly staff. I would like to mention Noelie who could not do enough for us. Last day we had early flight so missed breakfast she arranged for snack boxes for us.

Fantastic location and brilliant hotel

Brilliant location - approx a 10 minute walk to the beach and situated close by to Santa Barbara Castle, meaning it wasn't too far to get to the top at all. 15 minute stroll to the old town. Lovely balcony area with a scenic view. Beds incredibly comfy and hotel very clean. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choice and variation. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool use and sunbathing area also good to have (though we didn't use this). Approx €25 in a taxi to the airport.

Our room backed onto the lifts which were quite creaky/made a noise which felt a bit disruptive at times, but we were probably just unlucky getting that room. No kettle in the room was a small let down, and not many toiletry options compared to other hotels.

I would definitely return!

Firstly it was SPOTLESS. Every part of the hotel and the rooms, were cleaned to the highest of standards everyday. Proximity to beach and town was perfect. Staff at reception and pool bar were very friendly. It was so silent at night, you could hear a pin drop! The air conditioning was great with a selection of settings. The shower was great, and again, spotless. Fridge and safety deposit box supplied in rooms. A good quality hair dryer, and an iron can be requested to your room and got instantly.

No tea or coffee making facilities in room and also none in hotel lobby or lounge unless it's between certain hours during the night, presumably for late/early check ins or outs. No bar in hotel only the outdoor one by the pool which was on another floor. The breakfast was a basic buffet, which I expected, but not a great selection and the tea and coffee machines were very outdated/and what came out of them tasted awful. Myself and my Mom wrapped up a croissant each in a napkin to bring to our hotel room and was stopped by a waiter and told that this was forbidden. I explained that it was only two pasties to take to our room but he still refused us taking them. I understand that people may take advantage of this and take lots away but surely they could allow a pastry for each guest.

Nos dieron muchas facilidades para el check in y el check out. En el desayuno había mucha variedad. La habitación era grande, espaciosa y camas muy cómodas.

Für kurzen Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet

-Das Hotel ist sauber. -Die Nähe zum Strand, zur Haltestelle und in die Altstadt ist top! -Frühstück ist ausreichend. -Die Betten sind bequem.

-Das Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und es gab keine Klobürste. -Auf dem Balkon gab es keine Möglichkeit Wäsche zu trocknen. -Das Abendprogramm war nicht gut. -Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

It was clean and the food was good from the pool bar

The room has been done up but it’s still tatty. No coffee making facilities. Bathroom very small. And it cost €400 for two night. Way too expensive for the type of hotel.

Ligt op loopafstand van het Playa Postiguet. Leuker strand dan in het centrum.

De vriendelijkheid van al het personeel.Problemen werden snel opgelost.

Het ontbijt was goed. Het avondeten was niet wat wij lekker vinden. Het leek wel opgewarmd eten van de lunch. Frieten en aardappels koud. Vis te hard, groenten geen enkele variatie of doorgekookt. Heel spijtig voor ons.

Hotel ideal para ir solo o con niños!

La ubicación para mí es perfecta muy cerca de la playa, restaurantes justo a la vuelta del hotel como también un centro comercial y el Castillo de Santa Bárbara. Una parada de taxis justo al lado. Los recepcionistas nos ayudaron en todo! El desayuno bueno y variado. Nuestra habitación tenía vistas al mar y era muy espaciosa. Hay entretenimiento para los niños: mini- golf, billar, piscina... etc. Y sin olvidarme del camarero mayor con gafas que nos atendió qué además de simpático fue muy atento . Allí me sentí como en casa : segura y tranquila! Sin duda, si tenemos otra ocasión de volver a Alicante repetiremos!

For a 3star classed property this was very good value and perfectly comfortable .

Position was excellent, 5 mins walk from the beach with bus stops virtually outside and the Castile tram stop 2 mins walk. Nice pool area with sun beds. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.

Prima hotel voor schappelijke prijs

De ligging van het hotel is perfect. Paar minuutjes lopen naar het strand en in 15 minuten in het centrum van de stad. Heerlijk terras rondom het zwembad. In deze tijd van het jaar (april) wel pas later op de dag zon daar. Parkeergarage à 12€ per dag. Ontbijt een dikke tien.

De douche gel rook niet aangenaam dus neem die zelf van huis mee. Parkeerkaarten werkten niet één keer. We moesten telkens de receptie vragen de slagbomen te openen voor ons.

Einmal und nie wieder.

Bauarbeiten in Hotel waren sehr laut und bis 20.00h abends. Personal könnte freundlicher sein. Freundlich war nur das Putzpersonal. Die Eier am Frühstücks Buffett waren immer kalt. Garagenstellplatz für 40,00 € am Tag ist eine Unverschämtheit.

Great value for money

The hotel is close to the castle — you can see the mountain from the window which is a dream view! Breakfast was perfect and full of different options. The room is fully equipped and comfortable.

The gym is pretty small and the sports gear is a bit old. You can't open a window or a balcony in the room (9th floor)

Vriendelijkheid personeel. Prachtig en lekker ontbijtbuffet. mooi ruime kamers. Afgesloten en overdekte parking gelegen aan het hotel, tegen betaling.

De ligging van het hotel ligt een beetje uit het centrum, een 10 minuten wandelen tot centrum. Wel gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de auto.

Bardzo dobrze oceniam pobyt w tym hotelu i jeśli będę kiedyś jeszcze w Alicante,to na pewno tu wrócę

Śniadania były dobre, tylko dla mnie jako wegetarianina wybór nie był zbyt duży. Niemniej wielkim plusem jest duża ilość świeżych i bardzo smacznych owoców.

Mogłaby być większa różnorodność posiłków na śniadaniu (chodzi mi o to, że codziennie było to samo - nic się nie zmieniało przez cały tydzień), ale nie chcę narzekać, bo było nieźle.

Ideale se non si hanno troppe pretese

Struttura a due passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia, servizio di portineria H24, colazione ben fornita e distanziamento fra i tavoli adeguato. Bellissimo panorama dalla camera 907, con vista sul mare e sul castello, molto suggestivo.

Struttura datata, avrebbe bisogno di una bella svecchiata. Stanza da bagno anni 80, sanitari da cambiare, da ammodernare. Mi è stato chiesto il prepagamento totale in fase di arrivo, nonostante avessi fornito a Booking.com la mia carta a garanzia e nonostante avessi ben specificato di essere una collega (atteggiamento inappropriato, soprattutto perché erano le 2 di notte) La prima camera assegnata era di fianco al vano ascensore (fortuna che avevo richiesto una camera silenziosa…); richiesto e ottenuto un cambio camera alle 03:30 della notte con un upgrade gratuito (apprezzato)

Pequeno-almoço com bastante variedade, desde frutas, ovos mexidos, ibéricos , pão, leite, bolos... O quarto e a casa de banho bastante grandes. Banheira e chuveiro com bastante pressão, água sempre quente. Funcionários bastante simpáticos e atenciosos, conseguimos deixar as nossas malas antes da viagem para o aeroporto.

Podiam ter opções sem lactose no pequeno-almoço. Apenas um pouco de claridade nos quartos e ouve-se algum ruido na rua para o quarto. A acústica entre os quartos também não é a melhor.
