We spent an amazing time there ! The owner was so helpful and nice to us 🙏🏼 thank you so much!

Hotel staff is very competent and friendly. You can feel that people care for their business as it is family-owned business. Do not miss Claudio's 'museum' of old Vespa and cars (in hotel's garage).
Do not take taxi from Sorrento to the hotel. It will cost you Euro 60. The bus is 40 times cheaper, fast, and comfortable.

The staff were very accommodating and made you feel special, rooms and overall hotel was impeccably clean.
It’s the small touches - complimentary welcome drinks, daily refreshed hand soap & shampoo if running out, good quality bath sheets given (not small thin towels like most European hotels), separate pool towels, generally the staff being very accommodating and helping out whenever asked.
Beds were very comfortable, rooms very dark with shutters so doesn’t wake up in morning. Effective air con to make it nice and cool. the shower was powerful and great after a long day. We had a great large balcony which overlooked the mountains. Was fabulous! Pool was also welcomed on Sunny days.
Overall a great stay!
St Agata as a location is a small village about 8km from Sorrento, and had cute restaurants including a few pizzeria’s, mixed food restaurants (pasta, pizza, seafood & meat) cafe’s and gelato shops. Restaurant Emilia did fantastic food - they have won a lot of awards. They have one main mini Supermarket which is less than a minutes walk away.
Getting to Sorrento by bus is the best route, €1.40 each way and takes about 25-40 minutes; depending on traffic, and what route it is. Once you have your bearings it’s fine, but at start can be a bit difficult as the drivers don’t always stick to times; we found a lot leave 10 mins early, & others leave up to 15 mins late. That being said, the stop is only a 5 min walk from hotel, and very easy once you’ve done it once or twice. The bus from Sorrento runs once every 45 mins up until 11pm.
To get to Postiano / Almafi, we waited for the bus in St Agata (as closer than Postiano), however there was no room. The best option is to go to Sorrento and then a bus back the same way (it takes a while, but there is no chance having a spot on bus otherwise).
TIP: Go to the tobacco shop and buy tickets upfront. You cannot buy on the bus and a lot of Italy is still using cash not card!
Water being charged from room. Bottles were left each day in the fridge however no price list was there so we assumed free.
That being said, they did take this off for us at the end because we had no idea… again, staff being accommodating is a big perk.
No other dislikes!

bright and clean rooms and communal areas. pool very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. santagata is a nice town with good restaurants.
it was a bit of a way from Sorrento and there was no shuttle bus we had to get the local bus or taxis which could be expensive.

We loved this place, such a welcoming vibe since we arrived from all the staff especially Gian Luigi who made us feel like family. He provided us with the local guide to the whole area especially with the food and places to go. The hotel is super clean, and in such a great location that you can navigate to every place since it’s in the center.

our room was facing the road which was quite noisy at night with passing traffic

Very nice hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Swimming pool is well maintained and the sun beths are very comfortable. More than enough sun beths are available for all hotel guests. There are also enough sunbrellas for all sun beths.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Sant Agata is a nice village and a perfect place to discover the Amalfi Coast.
Step out of the crazy busy and touristic Amalfi place to relax in this comfortable and quit hotel.

Fabulous staff. My partner had a health issue which was dealt with by the the duty person on reception. He called a doctor for us. The doctor came to the hotel and sorted the problem so quickly. Unbelievable help and dealt with like it wasn’t any kind of problem. Made us feel really important and looked after. Thank you.
The air conditioning in the room wasn’t very efficient but still great value

Amazing! Staff at the hotel made our stay fantastic! They went above and beyond. So helpful with transport, bus timetables etc, advise on where is best to visit.
So friendly and very polite, made us feel very welcome. Big rooms with aircon and very comfortable beds.
Hotel and rooms were very clean. Lovely relaxing around the pool area.
Very good breakfast, made us omelettes everyday.
Will definitely be staying here again in future, would highly recommend. We had an amazing stay.
Nothing, everything was amazing :)

hospitability, clean rooms, good breakfast

The Pool was very nice, and the reception staff were extremely accomodating and helpful, providing excellent service.
The room was small, the bed very uncomfortable, the chairs on the balcony were so uncomfortable one could barely sit on them, the bathroom insufficiently clean when we arrived. The hotel is also very poorly designed and decorated, so it feels somewhat like a hospital.
Worst thing was that breakfast is served in a closed dinning room which didn't seem very covid-safe, despite there being a vast balcony with tables and chairs outside directly adjacent to the dining room - though they do offer having it in your room at no additional cost.

The position was great, near gas station, rental scooter, cars, market, everything you need. You have acces with car or scooter at both coast, with beatiful places to discover! You also have bus near hotel(5 minutes walk) to Sorrento, about 30 minutes ride, you will find the depart hours to the hotel! Kind Staff, very nice people, enjoy!

I would like to thank all the staff for making us feel extremely welcome and important at this amazing hotel. We have been the only English guests here this summer but they went out of their way to offer us a breakfast and amenities they know that English guest like. I wish them all the best in these extremely difficult time’s and hope they are able to continue the work and service they provide for guests. I would definitely stay here again
