The location was great! Staff was amazing-Jerry, Lukas, Greg, Cpt. Larry, Malcolm they were all so helpful and kind.
I think that there should be an option for food between 10-12, breakfast ends and lunch isnt available.

Villa Margarita at Jaguar Reef totally exceeded our expectations. Everything was beautiful and the beach was just lovely, the water warm, the staff friendly, the food delicious! We had a wonderful five days! Chantal at the front desk was awesome.
She recognized that my friends and I were together and gave us adjoining rooms without us even asking. Also, Captain Larry was very friendly and helpful.
The sand flies, no see-ums that came out when the wind wasn't blowing. Took a while to figure out that deet would keep them away. People should be warned. Everything else was awesome!!

La chambre était très spacieuse. Le cadre avec la piscine et la mer.
Le lit est assez mou.

Beautiful place in the perfect location for us. The staff were all friendly and attentive. We will stay here again!
Housekeeping was not up to par. We had to ask for clean towels
towels several times and sometimes more than once

Beautiful and very private
Nothing

Good but too greasy - too much coconut oil on everything in general
The safe was broken and had to call maintenance twice.
Maintenance was understaffed.
Sliding glass door was very difficult to use.
No remote control for the air conditioning. Took 2-3 hours to get one. The room was so cold we almost had to check out. And we had no remote to turn off the air conditioning. Just horrible.

Everything was great, thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. The room was super comfy, the service excellent and the breakfast delicious. We were also lucky since no sargassum on the beautiful beach.
We had some hiccups at the beginning, then the friendly staff resolved all issues . Big thanks!

The guest services were very good. Richard at the Paddle House bar was most helpful. Told us about local restaurants and about the area near by.
Clifford at the Deck bar was most helpful as well.
At the time of our booking, booking.com quoted us a 1300 sq ft room. Our room was 1/2 that size (650 sq ft). We stayed in room 202. Once we were there a couple days we realized that room 201 was the 1300 sq ft room. This room had 4 different couples during our 5 day stay,
You had to walk through the balcony of room 201 to get to our room. Somewhat inconvenient walking through someone else's private space every time we came and went from our room. One couple smoked a lot and when they were on their balcony smoking we had to leave our balcony because of the smoke.
On both sides of the hotel (right next door maybe 10 feet apart) there was construction most days. Cutting tile with a grinder, saws cutting wood, hammering to remove tile.
There was no way to get hot water for tea, The water cooler had a hot water tap but it didn't work. (no microwave) We told the front desk and they said "just use the coffee maker to make hot water for tea" . I told them that using a coffee maker only makes tea taste like coffee mixed with tea. They said they would look at the hot water tap in the cooler, but nothing happened.

nice and clean, location was great!

Room was good and the view was great.
The coffee machine did not have tea bags no sugar, only sweetners, no stirring spoon or such

Super clean accommodations. You get all of the benefits of the entire Jaguar Reef amenities since they are owned by the same company. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Food was excellent, service was also!
hope to come back soon
The room seem to be needing a bit of updating (phone didn't work - didn't matter for us),
WiFi was in and out.
4.3
The room was beautiful and conveniently located. The view was wonderful.
The room's entrance was oddly difficult to find as it was not numbered and the entrance was from the deck rather than the lobby. Apparently it can be used as an additional/ adjoining bedroom if renting the entire 3rd floor. The light in the adjoining suite was on all night and illuminated our room which made it difficult for me to sleep.
4.3
location and very nice
with Covid, no cleaning service is provided, which I am fine with, but you are given no extra towels or even trash bags.
4.3
Comfortable rooms, beach view, and everything. The ROKU TV is excellent specially when you are with kids and it is raining outside.
The hot tube was not hot. Ceiling/floor sound insulation not great, so you can hear steps and party in the upper floor.
4.3
The room was spacious and as pictured, though a bit worn. View from the room was nice. Atmosphere was relaxing. Staff were courteous and friendly.
The room did not have a microwave or phone to call the front desk. Nothing in the room that described anything such as where to find ice, restaurant menus etc. The road to the resort is a dirt road and very dusty. Though it is not far to walk to town, you get covered in dust from cars passing you. No exercise room that we saw. It basically is a nice place to stay and just relax on the beach. It is not advisable to walk to/from town or on the beach after dark which was 6 PM while we were there. Also, there is no sidewalk or boardwalk from the main lodging to the Villa Margarita (only part way) therefore if you are heading to dinner it is impossible to keep your feet clean. Taxi to town 1-way (about 1.5 miles) is about 10.00 (for 2 people, 5.00 for 1) each way. Other than eating out or doing a tour there was not much to do other than relax at the beach.

Beautiful sea-front property. Luxurious accommodation. Excellent staff.
Far from airport. Menu slightly overpriced.

The rooms are fantastic. Our first room had an incredible balcony and view. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The big dock is a great spot for beverages, swimming, manatee spotting and lounging. It was a great stay here! Staff are all extremely friendly and accommodating. Thank you for everything.
4.3
Facilities were great. Property well maintained.
Dining experience at paddle board restaurant was mixed. Dinner was great but lunch was an awful experience. The seafood basket contained more hard cassava chips than seafood. The worst part was the stale slimy chocolate served to me.
