About this villa rental
Award winning designers house. Perfect for families getaway. Tons to do in a very safe location in the Dominican Republic.
The architectural design is inspired in Dominican popular music, supported by traditional typologies filtered through a contemporary language and governed by the architectural norms and codes of the initial proposal of architect Bill Cox for Casa de Campo at the end of the 1960's.
The villa is composed essentially of three pavilions. The first one houses the social areas, including the kitchen; the second pavilion, with two levels plus and attic, houses the bedrooms; and a third houses the service area, which includes a small garden. The organization of the pavilions and the linking of all these spaces is achieved through galleries or porches and a patio or yard which, in a kind of 'town plaza' pulls together all the social and private installation with the garden and the golf course. The spatial scheme is completed with a large gazebo, a wooden structure roofed with cana palm leaves, evoking the traditional and bucolic 'palm leaf sheds.' According to the design concept, this element is used as a reference point to organise and 'urbanise' the yard. The interior is characterised by broad, transparent areas with abundant natural lighting and great spatial fluidity towards the outside.
The main elevation is very simple and has few openings or bays; the roofs have prominent exterior presence and at the same time contribute to the amplitude of the spaces. A white wall stands further forward than the others, indicating the entrance. The warmth provided by the intensive use of wood throughout is noticeable. The use of horizontal wood grating on the balconies filters the light and the views of the interior.

We have a group of about 8 ladies go on a yearly trip and this was our first time in the CDC! What a special trip….the Villa and staff are amazing and took care of all of us so well. We wanted for nothing, we are coming back for spring break and I only wish the Villa was available then. Thank you for a memorable experience.

We visited CDC December 2022, with a family of 4, two adults and twins 13.
The house was beautiful. Nicely furnished, the staff was wonderful, the beds were good, linens, furnishings and such all of good quality. The house is located on a quiet street, close to the hotel, golf and tennis. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Stay at Rancho Arriba
Spent a week at Rancho Arriba with my wife and another couple. The house is beautiful and the location is great. The staff was also fantastic. Roseanna made a very nice breakfast each day and did a great job keeping the place clean. Paulo was always there to help in any way needed. We would definitely go back.

Amazing property!
Our family and some friends stayed at the property for 6 days during Semana Santa. This was our third trip to Casa de Campo and all of us rated the property as the best one yet. The house is truly an architectural wonder. Although we were 12 guests, the house is so well designed that we felt we had plenty of room. Our kids found separate areas to take online courses without being bothered. The Wi-Fi worked well. The rooms well spacious and clean and the beds very comfy. A major plus was the air conditioned in all interior areas of the house. The staff was friendly and service oriented. The best part of the house is the terrace and pool area, were we hung out all day long. The dinner table for twelve besides the pool was magical. Laura was very pleasing and easy to deal with. Definitely a two thumbs up!

It doesn't get any better than this place!
We had two families stay at this house over spring break. 4 adults and 3 children. We could have had at least two more families with the space in this home. The interior is gorgeously done and spacious. All bedrooms have en suite baths and again, are spacious. The outdoor space was where we spent most of the time. It's an absolute paradise and VERY spacious. The pool and spa were wonderful. Every detail was considered in building and furnishing this home, down to the Bose docking station outside. They have board games for the kids and adults. The guys loved the golf course (Teeth of the Dog). Paul, who lives there and manages the home, is very friendly and accomodated all requests (and sometimes even anticipated them). The house keeper prepared breakfast and lunch for us. It's best to rent a golf cart so you can get around Casa de Campo. We felt very safe at this home and in the resort. We didn't have to leave the resort as there is a grocery store, liquor, restaurants, spa and a marina (where we chartered a boat). Dealing with the owners daughter was very pleasant and efficient. This place is heaven and we will be back! Thank you for a beautiful and memorable experience!

Perfect DR house
My family of 5 and another family of 4 shared this villa for a week. This is a premium house, new and comfortable. 4 very large bedrooms with high quality en suite baths allowed privacy. Beautiful, architecture, art and amenities. The outdoor room with thatched roof and comforatble seating is a great place to read or socialize. Pool and heated spa with waterfall is gorgeous. The property backs up to a golf course but perfectly set back. Paul looked after the house and us. RoseAnna cooked our morning breakfasts and did housekeeping. We loved this house and will consider renting again.
