About this apartment rental

Only 400 m from Burriana Beach. 4-6 beds, Parking, Pool, Terrace.
Located in a exceptional place, close to shops, cafés and restaurants.

Moreover, it is one of the best residential areas in Nerja, where you will be able to fully relax.

Maid service/cleaning is included upon departure.

If you stay more than a week, you will aslo be provided with new sheets (self service) and towels (not beach towels).

The space:
It's very nice a calm area since it's not in the city centre, but at the same time close enough to walk.

About 10 m from the pool and a roof terrace with a stunning view over Nerja and the Mediterranean sea!

Guest access:
The whole apartment, fully equipped.
Some beach equipment and two sun beds on the private terrace.

Lovely apartment, just right for 4 adults. nice pool area and salt water pool. Flat had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. The Wi-Fi modem was not working on arrival but great communication with the owner and agent and it was sorted out very quickly.

We stayed at the apartment for a week and it is a great place. We travelled as 2 adults and 2 kids (age 6 & 3) Nice walk into Burianna Beach (the kids even managed the hill/steps back up). Driving into the centre, caves is really easy. We even drove up to Frigliana. Apartment is the perfect size for a small family and well equipped. Being on the same level as the pool is a big highlight. Overall, for the price, this is a great apartment.

We stayed here for 5 weeks in winter, the check in process was easy, and the apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. Any issues were sorted out quickly. There is a very sunny sheltered terrace which is great in the winter but might get too hot in the summer. The bus stop is just a few metres from the apartment which is convenient for Nerja centre but also for returning from Burriana Beach which has steep hills behind it.

Very easy communication with owner. On arrival the apartment was way to find and spotlessly clean. It had everything you could wish for and more. Wonderful local location and good amenities very close by. Definitely will be booking again

Heerlijke week in Nerja met zon, zee en strand. Wij kennen dit complex al een aantal jaar en het is altijd heerlijk rustig, schoon en heeft een goede ligging ten opzichte van het strand, de stad en attracties zoals de grotten. Verblijf was schoon en netjes ingericht, communicatie met Ted is heel goed!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement est bien équipé pour faire de la cuisine. Nous avons été sensibles à la place disponible dans tous les placards pour mettre nos affaires personnelles. Pour l'arrivée, le GPS ne connaît pas les sens uniques du quartier ce qui peut poser un petit problème.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and very convenient. It is in an ideal location, near to everything. Nerja is such a habit forming place to visit, this was our second visit (last year was the first) and we will be back. Ted and the property management people were very responsive and easy to deal with.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment was clean and owner replied fast to any inquiries. Sun shines to the terrace almost all day so it was a perfect place to enjoy. Late in October pool was not heated so water was too cold for swimming. Walls were not very thick so you could hear sounds from neighbours.

Great holiday

This apartment is great, has everything you need and in a good location. Ted answered all of our questions promptly and the check in was very smooth. Local bus to the main town just one minute away, and runs every hour. The beach is a ten minute walk and has many restaurants and tourist shops. The hill back up to the apartment from the beach is steep but our 7 year old found it a fun challenge!

Lägenheten är fin och modern. Finns allt man behöver särskilt om man vill ha självhushåll. Wi-Fi, TV mm. Poolen är alldeles utanför och är säkert underbar från vår till höst. Vi var nu jul- och nyår och då var inte temperaturen så skön i den :) Överhuvudtaget så vill vi varmt rekommendera denna bostad.

Vi tillbringade två veckor i denna lägenhet i november 2018. Trevlig, fräsch, rymlig och bra utrustad lägenhet. Pga av säsong har vi ingen åsikt om sol och bad men när solen sken var det en skön uteplats i söderläge. För lågsäsongsresäneren rekommenderas lite varma kläder för kropp och fot, det bli lätt svalt och dragit inomhus i spanska lägenheter. En fördel är att ha bil eller friska ben eftersom det är en bit till affärerna och Nerja är kuperat. Nerja i november var trevligt. Restauranger och butiker var öppna och det var gott om liv och rörelse men utan trängsel. Vi besökte en del andra orter som tedde sig betydligt ödsligare. Johan & Lena Falun

Very nice apartment

Sixth time in Nerja . We always choose other accommodation but this apartment we will definitely book again . Very nice and clean apartment . access directly to pool is super . Location for us ok but I think you best need a car and the walk to the beach is very steep. About the apartment not one negative point , all you need is available . Before I forget Ted thanks for the bottle of wine . En off kitchenware, glasses , towels available . I can recommend this apartment to everyone

The apartment was as represented on the VRBO site. We were very happy with the rental and would recommend it. The only draw back is the walk to and from the beach is a very steep hill! We got our exercise. The location is good, near shops and restaurants. Nerja is a great place to stay and we look forward to returning.

Trevlig lägenhet ,ljus ,och trivsam .Kändes bra att bo där.Tiden gick fort. Nära till kvällsdopp i poolen.Kort promenad ned till Burrriana stranden. Lägenheten ren ,trivsam och perfekt för oss två. Hade nära till golfbana och bra promenadstråk. Bra info från ägaren och därför lätt att hitta dit. Kommer gärna tillbaka. Mysig och bra belägen lägenhet!

Vi bodde i Chimenea apt. i en vecka och är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. En promenad ner för backen till stranden och poolen precis vid terassen. Bra fullt utrustat kök och nära till en stor Mercadona med bra och stort utbud av allt. Det ligger även en liten minimarket precis runt hörnet där man kan köpa det mest nödvändiga såsom vattendunkar. Själva staden Nerja är jättemysig och det finns gott om mysiga restauranger och barer inne i stan. Lägenheten är väldigt fräsch och fin. Bästa läget med terassen ut mot poolen. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka!
