The hospitality and breakfast was extraordinary good. The location was super nice and quite. It was possible to use available bikes for free.

The location can feel quite remote from the centre of Helsinki, which I welccomed - you can do wonderful short walks around the peninsula. It took me about 45-50 minutes to get to Helsinki central station.
It has a good breakfast, the room worked well and was clean.
The wifi in my room was not very strong.
Otherwise everything was great!

clean and fairly close to where I needed to be - they were flexible for my late arrival
I was told there was no breakfast option but I could have a coffee in morning. however, when I tried to get to reception at 10 am there were absolutely no staff in the building at all. in fact all doors were locked from my room to reception and had to go outside with access key. when I went outside I could t get back into building and was locked out. I tried to buzz for assistance but no answer. I had left my phone in room and couldn’t access it to fall so found some locals nearby who tried to call hotel. no answer. somehow they knew the access code to get into main door and so I managed to get back in. this is appalling and should not happen - poor service . Hotel guests should not be treated like this no matter what - I’m sure I was only person in building

Staff friendly and welcoming, clean, in a quiet beautiful area.
No food options apart from breakfast

The hotel stuff is very friendly and caring. We felt very welcomed. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Was greeted on arrival with a welcoming smile. Facilities explained by reception staff, who then offered to take my bags to my room as there was no lift, but only 2 floors the absence of a lift was not a problem.
Room was clean and airy, continental breakfast was served on the lower ground floor.
The owners were exceptional, they made me feel very welcome and very obliging, that I felt safe staying at their hotel having travelled alone.
The hotel is situated in a quiet but lovely residential area, so when returning back from city centre, I was lost as to what to do, but that was short-lived, by the company of the owners and other guests.
The taxi fare to city centre was approx €42, but for approx €4 euros, you can take the bus which stops outside hotel, and take the metro into centre within 30 minutes

its really a beautiful hotel. The host was extremely friendly and helpful! we had a lovely breakfast as he went out all the way!
We were traveling far and we understand with Covid that some facilities wouldn’t be available so we were disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open. to order food with Wolt helped but its very expensive and inconvenience especially if you have to eign up first.
4.5
The room was nice.
The staff did not tell me that the lobby would be closed on Sunday's morning and when I checked out, I spent some time to find other guests and ask.
4.5
The staff was very welcoming. The location is great. Tasty breakfast and the hour of breakfast could be freely chosen. Private use of the hotel sauna was included in the price. In the near vicinity of the hotel plenty possibilities for walking.
It was a bit surprising that the hotel has no free parking as it is located in a semi urban, residential area. However, the parking fee was moderate.
4.5
The staff are really nice and go extra mile to make one feel at home. The hotel has a lot of charm and the location is very nice if it is peace you are after. Still, public transport has a stop close by. The price-quality ratio is excellent.
Would be nice to have individual room cooling. But despite of the late heat waves the room temperatures remained reasonable.
3.1
Good seeing from window, good sauna
No fridge in room, tiny room and bathroom, no kettle and cups in room, no drinking water in room, bad coffee at reception, bad internet connection: LTE was better than Wi-Fi
