Me senti em casa.

A melhor estadia que eu poderia ter no RJ, pertinho de Copacabana e vários pontos turísticos da cidade. O hostel oferece uma ótima estrutura, quartos bem confortáveis e limpinhos, café da manhã e almoço bem caprichados e com ótimo custo benefício. O atendimento é maravilhoso, Pedro, Gabi, David, Fernanda, Brenda e Vanessa me recepcionaram muito bem e deram muitas dicas do que fazer na cidade, além de terem os próprios tours e passeios para outras cidades. Deixo meu carinho registrado a toda equipe. Madá e Lane dão um show na cozinha e fazem uma comidinha caseira de aquecer o coração. A limpeza impecável é feita pelo Fábio, Junior e Beatriz, me senti super em casa. O bar do Bamboo conta com o melhor atendimento das maravilhosas Maria e Chinaider, que além de capricharem nos drinks pra aquele esquenta, elas dão dicas de festas e rolês no RJ. O Bamboo Rio será minha será minha primeira opção de hospedagem no Rio. Super recomendo.

Amazing expirience, monkeys came to visit us in the balcony!

The place is simply amazing! The room was super clean and the staff are sooo nice and kind! We were in the room with the balcony, it was so amazing! It is litterally on the forestty hill and seems like you are in the jungle, monkeys came to visit us and ate from our hands - the best experiance I had in Brazil. Can't even explain the excitement of that moment. Highly recommended!

A localização é excelente e está perto do metrô e da praia. O bar também é incrível e o que mais gostei foi tratamento e recepção dos funcionários.

A cama beliche é alta demais e poderia ter um pouco mais de privacidade, como alguma cortina ou algo do tipo.

maravilhosa, e amigável, pois nunca saiu sem fazer amizades..

sempre que necessário eu me hospedo no hostel, oque mais gostei dessa vez foi do Franklin, que recebe todos muito bem e com muita alegria, todos os recepcionistas são maravilhosos e também o bar, estou ansiosa para uma próxima volta..

En general estuvo normal, por el precio quizás no podía pedir mucho. Los baños si estaban limpios, habían cajones en los camarotes para guardar las cosas y lockers afuera para guardar mas cosas.

El cuarto compartido era muy reducido, estuve en uno para 6 chicas y con las justas se podía estar si es que estábamos las 6 en el cuarto. Para mi buena suerte se fueron 4 y quedamos 2, lo cual hizo muy comoda la estadía en el cuarto. Los enchufes eran pocos para haber 6 personas, si te tocaba en el camarote arriba, el enchufe estaba abajo y si estaba ocupado no había donde cargar, la secadora no la prestaban, la alquilaban a 10 reales.

Maravilhoso Hostel

Adorei o atendimento da recepção e as meninas que faz a limpeza do quarto eu adorei!! Fizeram de tudo pra manter o quarto limpo e arrumado. O que eu mais gostei é a cama que elas arrumam com muito carinho❤️ Eu ja ja to de volta!! Vou fazer outra reserva agorinha

Eu acho que deveria ter ar-condicionado na sala e deixar a sala aberta 24 horas. Com o fechamento da cozinha as 11 super concordo!! Uma critica construtiva❤️

Melhor hostel que ja fiquei.

Eu fui com um grupo de amigos que conheci no hostel um ano atrás e todos nós encontramos novamente no mesmo lugar e no mesmo quarto foram 14 pessoas maravilhosas. O recepcionista Franklin nosso amigo estava de despedida, mas foi maravilhoso todo momento eu amei voltar no hostel e desfutar dessa experiência novamente.

Poderia ter mais luzes na parte de baixo da piscina, e seria otimo varal no hostel.

El mejor lugar para pasar tus vacaciones en Copacabana! Volveria siempre, increible la vibe de los chicos de la recepcion, el desayuno super completo, pileta maravillosa, la gente mas divertida que ya encontre en un hostel. Super cerca de la playa, siempre tienen actividades para proponer y un bar del que no te dan ganas de irte! Maravillosa expriencia

Foi tudo uma delícia, nunca comi tantoooo em toda minha vida. Tudo que eu comi, tinha um sabor inexplicável de tão gostoso que era.

Relaxing and comforting

I really like the good vibe of the people that worked there, also, it is near to the beaches and many facilities around.

There were mosquitoes in my room and it made a little difficult to sleep good.

party all day = carnival.

breakfast was simple but good and the coffee was decent. room initially was high up and difficult to get to with heavy luggage. Less strong people should ask to be on the ground floor so they dont have to carry up the stairs. Dahlia the manager was very welcoming and helpful and always smiling. Dominic was very helpful and provided great service at reception, in several languages. Nicky (Jam) the Colombian was really friendly and made me feel at home. Serina kept the party vibe going allday! The barman helped me with my Portuguese - muito obrigado a tudos! These guys will tell you where the party is :) ;) going on! I'll be back!

fun vibe hostel

Fun vibe, good hang out area to meet people. felt safe. Cleaner daily in the private room was great! lovely staff good with information

pretty basic, no soap in the private room bathrooms, tiny sink with a timer-tap which is annoying. sliding windows in the private room could be opened from the communal bar area outside, we solved this by wedging something so they couldn’t be but really should be changed by the hostel. Ants in the room. Location is good for metro but a 10 minute walk to the beach

Fine facilities but brilliant staff

Social and friendly hostel that made it easy to make friends. Activities were organised every day for people and the staff really enjoyed getting involved too. The staff were all amazing and nice!

My bed was broken and very uncomfortable. The beds are also 3 high.The place was dirty alot of the time, particularly the pool and kitchen. AC is only on 10am-10pm

Make friends for life while discovering the beuaty of Rio!

The stay in bamboo was really amazing! A great place for solo travelers, thanks to Will and others, who organize a lot of different events to see the surroundings, which is a great way how to bond with others 🫶🏻😍 I really had a blast, I have no words for the fun approach and kindness of the staff, missing you already Bobby! 😝😅

The beds are really not that comfy, and I would appreciate a better “lounge” to just chill 🙃

Staff was really nice, helpful and friendly. Near the beach and most important places to visit. Offers different kind of great activities for everyone.

The breakfast cost 15 reais (3 dolars) just for coffee and sandwich. It was tasty but it could be better. Some facilities could be renovated.

Friendly, clean, safe environment albeit a bit cramped in the rooms. An excellent introduction to Rio and to Brazil!

The location was great for getting around the city. I loved the staff – everyone was so helpful and genuinely keen to help. Will in particular went above and beyond to help me; he ordered food for me when the kitchen had closed, he booked my bus to Paraty, and he helped direct me to the Praia dos Amores and checked I got there safe too. Thanks Will!

The middle bunk of the beds in the 12-bed dorm was far too cramped; I couldn’t sit up (and I’m quite small) so I had to dress lying down. I also didn’t get a reply before my arrival about the airport transfer service, which was a big part of the reason I chose this hostel. I managed to get an Uber so not a major problem.
