It was a nice and enjoyable stay for my family. We make it fun for us.

All went well.

The internet I think cos it was really bad. If yiu have a work to do just connect to your phone data instead. That's the worst internet I have ever seen.

I still enjoyed myself despite the odds

Breakfast isn't as rich in content as it use to be some yes back.

Utility in the rooms not properly maintained. No shampoo and cream in the bathroom, no water for tea in the room, show was leaking etc

Value for money and good convenience

The location, the buffet and the responsiveness of the staff

The facilities were quite worn out and needed to be changed. Maintenance culture has not been the best . The WiFi was not stable

It's convenient to the airport, easy to get to. Fair prices.

Stairs were very filthy and two people staying in a room were given one towel to share. Choice of food in the menu wasn't available for order.

Avoid like a plague!

Proximity to Airport. But there are veter hotels around the area. Not worth staying here for this.

When the receptionist asked if I wanted to see the room first before paying, I should have taken that as a warning. After viewing the low rating on booking.com, I still wasn't deterred, after all, I was staying for just one night after late arrival. But this place is not even worth spending a night in. This was hands down the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed at! And for the price? Absolutely not worth it at all! The hallway leading to the room was damp and smelly, the rugs riddled with stains. The room I stayed in was old and worn out with rusty equipment, stained sheets and pillowcases, stained furniture... dirty bins, no towels (not that I would have used them anyway!), etc. For the price paid, not even a complementary bottle of water! There are no positives to this place and it should absolutely be a last resort stay (as it was mine). Very disappointing that Ibis has their name on this place. It is a disgusting hotel!
