Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Great location next to the station. Inexpensive.
I couldn’t seem to get the shower hot.

4.1
Brilliantly friendly and helpful staff, made both us and our dog really feel at home. Excellent breakfast and though it wasn't a huge room it was perfectly adequate with everything we needed. Good value considering it included breakfast too.
It wasn't the quietest area and even with the windows closed we could hear noise from the train station and seagulls, so unfortunately the room got quite warm at night as we couldn't leave the window open.

It would have been nice to have food available in the evening

Lovely comfy bed . Nice breakfast but the lovely staff were the highlight . As a lone traveller I was made to feel very welcome.
Bathroom could have been better . Tiny sink with a trickle of water from cold tap. Mould in shower. But shower was good and nice fluffy towels

Convenient location near the train station
The hotel information said that breakfast was served from 6:30. However on arrival, I was told they only started serving breakfast at 7:00. As I has to catch a train just after 7:00, this meant I had to miss breakfast

breakfast and supper were good

the hotel is very noisy, music from the bar could be heard in bedroom, no evening meals being served

Clean
Booked a 2 double bed ensuite studio and got a very cramped triple room with a shared bathroom! Hotel not responding to emails £190 for a room for one night with a shared bathroom is not acceptable

It all went well, great breakfast, room and location
I have no complaints

Lovely, spacious, clean room with a very comfortable bed! Train station is just across the street, so perfect for a one night stay. There was no cost bag storage available if you arrive a bit early before check-in.
All advertisements on booking sites list a 2pm check-in time (confirmed by on duty staff at 12p) but different staff on duty at 2p stated a 4p check-in time.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and the rooms had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing.
Rooms 10 and 11, which were single rooms, had no windows that could be opened. A fan was provided though.

Friendly staff. Comfortable, compact room with good facilities. Excellent breakfast. Central location near station and top of the town.
No issues it was an ideal overnight stop for my walking trip

Location, room, amenities
Staff was not friendly. It has a local vibe, which we loved. Sadly, they were being nice to only fellow locals.

A good solid comfortable bed and spacious bath room and shower, large TV and amazing breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Bar closed when we came in at 10.50pm. Outraged.

Decent location and price. clean and comfortable. the staff (Gemma) were excellent and took me into town to try and find some food
didn’t serve food on a Monday or Tuesday which was disappointing as I arrived late and was hungry

Friendly staff, nice clean (newly refurb) room, in great location close to Berwick train station where I could park securely overnight. Breakfast was very tasty and set me up for the day. Would stay again.

Well located close to the train station.
Good breakfast.
Friendly helpful staff.
The dining room was a bit spartan while clean and compeletly functional.
The room was a bit cold
4.1
The location easy to get to Train station.
Nice shower in bathroom. Pleasant bar area
Bar closed 10pm no staff on premises at night. Lots of coming and goings late at night.hotel house's contractors people sat at bar smoking vapes staff turned blind eye to it.
Breakfast ok waitress rushing you in and out very regimental had to sit where you were told to.
Bed in room hard as rocks disturbed sleep due to doors banging throughout the night probably taking dogs out for a walk.
Would not stay again this is not a hotel more like a b and b
