Clean, comfortable and well located.
Extremely slow check in. Bar staff were rude and unhelpful - so unlike the rest I’ve come across in Spain which is why their attitude stands out so much …

Really great room. Everything you need.
An electric fan would help. If you go to bed early, there is noise till 11:30 from the restaurant/bar below.

Room was clean and comfy and was right on the camino route

Nice clean room.

Nice people/staff, good location
The condition of the room was in a very bad condition, build in wrong materials, fresh untreated wood in bathroom, leads to mold several places. bad ventilated, so mold sleeping room and floor in sleeping room damaged by water.

very central for walking the Camino
it did not offer a Menu Peregrinos and the restaurant service was indifferent

Good location right on the Camino. Great coffee in the restaurant in the morning. Helpfull and nice staff.
The Room and bath need a upgrade. broken toilet and missing wood on the wall. The matress is also without a «hotel cover» under the sheets, so it dosent feel cleen. I like the place so I hope they will upgrade. The Room and bath is also on the small end of the scale.

great location, spacious room with nice bathroom
second visit, was looking forward to beer on terrace and dinner in restaurant. these were though closed . would have been nice if they had messaged so we could have eaten elsewhere before arrival

Nothing in particular. Location was ok.
Tiny tiny room with no fresh air. Window opened into an enclosed light well with no ventilation. Bathroom was 4ft x 4.9”. Beds were tolerable but very soft. Shower wasn’t super clean.

Great location in the centre of Palas de rei
Nice restaurant with good food and value for money
Highly recommend this accommodation after a long day walking the Camino

the restaurant staff was insanely loud while
closing down the restaurant for the evening.
Woke me up multiple times. There were also
several bar patrons down the street making
noise until 2 in the morning. I got no sleep
whatsoever. Total disaster.

They have their own restaurant. No need to walk further for dinner. A variety of choices to pick if ala carte. Menu del dia also has a lot of choices to select at a reasonable price. Lift is available. Room is neat & clean, so is the bathroom. Hairdryer, shampoo, bath gel & soap is provided. Walking distances to restaurants, bars & Mercatos & shops. Awfully convenient. Good location for Camino route. You just walk out from this Pension & you are on your Camino route to Ribadiso.
The shower head is fixed. I prefer handheld shower head. Only serve croissant & cakes for breakfast. Hopefully they have at least some hard boiled eggs or Galician tuna/sardines/veggies/meat pies for dine in or takeaway.

The bathroom was very nice! Large and comfortable
This is a pretty bare bones accommodation, right on the main town square. No AC or fan so the room is very warm. Expect loud noise through the night and in the early AM from outside

Pension Restaurante Casa Camino is right on the Camino de Santiago, so it was easy to find.
My twin room on the third floor was spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of outlets to plug my devices. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. The bathroom was nice and clean. It was my most expensive private room of the Camino. Then again, everything is more expensive in Palas de Rei for some reason. But I'm satisfied with the room and the service I received.
A good option for anyone walking the Camino de Santiago.

good location, room is clean, good on-site restaurants
the receptionist was confusing and gave me the smaller room than I reserved, I tried to explain to him, but he seemed not to get it, but insisted he gave me the right room for what I paid. i tried to show him my reservation on booking.com, he just said it didn’t matter and changed the bigger room for me. he made me feel like he did me a favor, but that bigger room is execrations what I reserved and paid on booking.com. i gave him 70 Euro and he should give 5 Euro change back, but he gave me 5 Euro and then took it back and said to me to wait , then he went into the restaurant to exchange 20 Euro I gave to him to some changes. when he came back, I asked him for 5 euro change, he said he already gave to me, so I had to explain to him. He seemed preoccupied at that moment.
