Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Unterkunft konnte auch unserem Wunsch einen Privaten Onsen zu reservieren nachkommen. Der TeeTassen Onsen ist wärmstens zu empfehlen
Nichts, alles bestens

Location: Near to a public footbath. There is also a park nearby.
Breakfast and dinner were good.
Felt dusty on the room floor. Not sure if the tatami mats were worn out.

We had a wonderful stay at his ryokan - the experience was new for us and we were impressed by the friendliness of staff and the meals (breakfast/dinner) that we had. It was a value-for-money ryokan and we would recommend lovely Ureshino in general as well!
The onsen facilities were relatively well kept but perhaps a little dated in the actual hot bath area.

Everything, esp the friendly English speaking lady at FRONT
no complaints

all good

Stayed for one night to use the teacup onsen. The staff were very friendly, the dinner was a full kaiseki with many excellent flavors. We had to leave very early in the morning. When our car wouldn't start in the morning the staff went out of their way to give us a jump and made sure we were able to safely get on our way.
Tatmi room with futons was perfect for us and our toddler, but can be uncomfortable if you are not used to it

Big room. Friendly staff
Dinner quality needed to improve.

Dinner and breakfast are good, especially beef.

The private onsen.
The room was very dusty and the AC/heater was so dirty that makes us hard to breath. The tatami mattresses were old enough to leave pieces of grasses on the blankets and clothes, and the extra pillow in the closet was dirty and stained. The hot water in the room took forever (at least 10mins) to start running.
No signs or instructions/descriptions were in English, only in Japanese and Chinese.
overall, the hospitality service and the performance was not up too the standard for the price I paid for.

The emplacement was good and the food was tasty.
As a foreigner I felt really not welcome at all by the employee (and nearly mocked).
The room wasn't clean and I saw some small insects on the futon and the tatami.
The famous Instagram picture of this place with the cup of tea onsen was quite a scam as it's not part of the normal booking but it's an expensive outside onsen for just 1h.
Everything was quite old too.

the tea cup onsen was a fun unique experience and the futon beds were really comfortable compared to other hotel stays

Wonderful breakfast and extremely nice staff. Thank you!
The room's wall has stains and window's paper is peeling from the frame. Tatami mats also have marks/ mold (?).

Room was nice. Love the location.
The onsen is so so. Baths are small.

The experience was amazing from beginning to end. The host was very nice and considerate. We got to choose our own yukata which was a cute touch. The onsen was very clean, and we also did the pottery bath which was so much fun! The area is central to the town, so we were able to easily stroll around. The futon and bedding was very comfortable. All four of us had a very relaxing sleep. Lastly, the breakfast was very complete and delicious. Will definitely come back.
No complaints!!

The public onsen has both indoor and outdoor. But the indoor one not really got as hot water as outdoor one.
The private onsen (cost 2,600 yen for 2 people per 50 minutes) was nice, with the private garden view and we can see the moon while bathing.
The toilet and bathroom was separated and quite cold in our room.
They should have English guide as we saw other foreign group beside us as well.
The private onsen has a nice gimmick of tea cup but nothing more.
