About this villa rental
A spacious, contemporary villa with 4 large bedrooms, 2 en-suite and 1 family bathroom. All bedrooms have king-size double beds. The two master (en-suite) bedrooms are on the upper floor with patio doors accessing a large roof top terrace with sea views. The remaining 2 bedrooms are on the lower floor with patio doors leading to their own terrace. The living areas are large with modern furniture and fittings throughout. There is a large dining table and L-shaped leather sofa in the main living room along with a dining table and chairs on the outside terrace. The whole interior and exterior patio area flooring is locally sourced marble and there is a 9m x 4.5m private pool with extensive sunbathing terraces. The villa is a short walk from the main square of Coveta where you will find a selection of bars and restaurants as well as a small supermarket. The tram stop is even closer by. The sea is at the bottom of the road and a small beach is within walking distance.

It is one of the few cities in Europe to be on the beach! It has a fabulous marina with bars overlooking the fabulous boats moored there. There are lots of interesting shops including El Cortes Ingles which is Spain's principle department store. There are some fabulous restaurants that cater for all tastes and wallets. A visit to the area is not complete with a trip to the Castle of Santa Barbara which is located in the city center and has stunning far reaching views of the area. Also you absolutely must try and get lost in the winding alleys of the Barrios, preferably in the evening when there are literally dozens of bars and restaurants with people spilling out onto the street - great for people watching.

The villa was beautiful, and we had a great holiday! The location of the villa was great, and the view was beautiful to wake up to everyday! The owners were very good at communication and happy to help with anything. The only small thing was the towels were smelly, and the oven could do with a deep clean as it was smoking when we turned it on. Overall, it is a beautiful place and would definitely visit again!

The property exceeded our expectations it was very large and had all amenities required. The pool was excellent and eating area. The location was good and very quiet and a short walk to the Tram. Overall a very good stay and nice base to explore

Lovely stay for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We had two cars which was useful but We also used the tram a lot. 50% discount card 30 trips / 15eur. Teenagers were able to take trips to Alicante by themselves. Kitchen, grill and all facilties very well equipped. Aircondition in each bedroom, which We only needed for the nights or nap. Rest of the villa can be cooled by opening the doors - no need to use other aircondition. Daniel replied super quickly from the booking until the end. All of us really enjoyed the stay.,

Superb Villa, excellent pool and outside area. Much larger than the images suggest. Very well equipped. Smart TV with pretty much all the streaming platforms. Quiet residential area but great views. Only 2 other villas on the road didn’t feel overlooked. 15 mins walk from Cala Fuma, few bars and restaurants. 5 mins walk from tram station. Every 30 mins to Benidorm or Alicante. We went to EL Campello, 9 mins. Cala Picentes is a quiet area but really suited us. Beds very comfortable and air con in bedroom at night helped for great nights sleep. We loved it.

Absolutely great location - 5/10 minute walk to tram stop or very well connected by road.
Villa itself is great - rooms are a good size, enough bathrooms and kitchen has decent equipment. The BBQ and pool are great too :)

From the moment we arrived Daniel was great. The villa.is everything it says and more, location is lovely with a tram stop just minutes from the villa to enable you to see some beautiful places along this wonderful coastline. We will definitely return but not with toddlers, not really toddler friendly but with all the sun loungers we managed.to barracade them in lol. I would.highly.recommend this villa.

As a family we have stayed at a few villas around the El Campello area, this is the only one we have used more than once.
A beautiful villa that has an elegant yet homely feel. The furnishings throughout reflect the quality and care taken with making this villa so welcoming and comfortable.
The pool is perfect and provided hours of fun for the children.

Had a great time at the villa.Taxi from the village, who Daniel recommended worked really well both ways to and from the airport. The villa was lovely and clean, very spacious and very well equipped albeit the sun beds could do with being replaced as they have been repaired and were not brilliant, although usable. The pool was fantastic for us all but that was showing signs of wear and tear with some tiles missing and not all of the lights worked. Kathryn, a lovely lady, was always on call and gave us a lift to the supermarket on our arrival. The walk to the bars and restaurants is hilly and we felt not really worth the effort although you could get on the tram to them but we felt you’d be better off to go into El campello or Alicante which was lovely and not expensive to get to.
The villa is set in a quiet area and a car or using the tram would be advisable as there is nothing to do in the immediate area, perfect though if you want to get away from it all.

The layout of the Villa is great with really good amenities but unfortunately there is much that needs attention, the sun beds are barely fit for purpose and need replacing not repairing! Some of the pool surrounding paving is coming loose and are a potential hazard. On arrival we needed to do a bit of a clean as we had very young children with us. The most disappointing element was how very isolated the location is, there are spectacular views but nothing accessible near by, not an area for the infirm, the tram close by was not an easy walk but was our saviour, even though getting on a tram was quite a challenge with two buggies as they were always rammed. We made the best of it and did have some quality family time. This was our first Villa experience so maybe my expectations were a little to high.

A great week was spent in the Spanish hills. Casa Limon has everything you need for a great stay. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and the warmest of pools. The tram was an extra bonus and we used it to get into Alicante for dinner at Thai Corner for a fantastic meal.

Lovely spacious villa for a family of 7 adults. The villa was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed.
Stunning views from the balcony, a quiet setting although quite hilly!
Daniel was a great host, very helpful and responded to our enquiries very quickly.
The tram is very convenient, reliable and easy to use and is just a short walk away. If you plan on using the tram then it is worth buying the travel card from one of the stations for €2 as this makes each journey in the same zone just 40c.
There are nice restaurants in Coveta Fuma but a larger selection in El Campello just a short tram ride away.
Overall a fabulous place to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Limon!

Had a great week! Villa was perfect for us (4 adult couples) and had everything we needed. Peaceful area with easy access to Alicante & El Campello on the tram which was frequent & cheap. Some great golf courses within 30 mins drive. Would definitely recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The villa was lovely, although it does need a bit maintenance done on it I.e lights on the pool and a few tiles missing getting into the pool.
The location, there are a few big hills going to the village, so if you haven't got a car expect to get those steps in. There is also not that much happening in the village and most of the bars look closed, so a bit disappointing after such a long walk.
The tram was very convenient and very cheap, my partner and I went to Benidorm a few times and loved it!

Lovely property, beautifully decorated and everywhere was spotless. Host was extremely helpful to us, especially as one of our party had an unfortunate accident during our holiday.
Location is great - taxis easy (although some find the villa tricky to locate - dropping a pin seemed to work) and 20 min walk to a few eateries. It was quiet, but we were off-peak season.

Beautiful, spacious and well equipped. We were a party of six adults aged from 57 to 75 and we had a lovely time. The villa is about 5 minutes walk from the tram stop and 15 minute walk from a shop and few bars, restaurants. It is quite hilly terrain but manageable. The tram is brilliant and gives easy access to a variety of resorts along the coast.
The owner, Daniel, was very responsive and helpful. We all enjoyed using the pool, there are plenty of sunbeds and chairs. Inside the furniture is comfortable with everything you need for a home away from home.

Well looked after property that has helpful hints in where to go . The listing was really accurate and Daniel helpful . We had struggled to find a place that would accommodate teenagers ie need to have space, separate rooms , separate bathrooms ,great WiFi and a pool. this house was well stocked and the lemon tree was in full bloom with beautiful lemons dropping each day . Coveta Fuma is a quiet village and is very hilly and suited us well . The tram stop was about 7-10 minute walk away and really regular . We would come back again as this a well maintained property in a lovely area with a good host. Would recommend.

Such a comfortable, modern and large villa - this is the nicest villa we’ve ever stayed at. Well equipped with everything you could need and very well decorated and furnished. Great outdoor space and we loved the pool. The location is very handy for the tram (we travelled with a 3 and 1 year old) and it was an easy walk. The villa is fantastic. It is spacious and all the rooms are well proportioned. There is a well equipped kitchen and large dining tables both inside and outside for group meals. The pool was most welcome and much used. The tram stop is about 5 minutes walk and the trams run up and down the beautiful coastline. It is a really good base for exploring the local beach resorts including San Juan, Villajoyosa and El Campello as well as days out in the city of Alicante. Casa Limon is a real gem of a place.

The villa had everything we wanted, four large bedrooms, a kitchen will all the facilities and a very comfortable lounge. The pool was fabulous and we spent many hours swimming. Had a fantastic holiday at Casa Limon. We were a party of 7 adults. The pool was absolutely fabulous and the villa is very spacious and in a lovely location. Tram stop was very handy, being only a 5-10 minute walk away. We didn’t hire a car although it would have been useful for the shopping but we managed on the tram between the 7 of us. Just one thing to be aware of though, check the times for the last tram (which we didn’t do) as it is quite difficult to get hold of taxis at short notice! Luckily, one member of our party was able to speak a little Spanish which helped. We went into El Campello and La Vila Joiosa a couple of times both in the day and at night. Eat at some lovely restaurants, El Travieso in the square at Coveta Fuma was excellent. Would definitely recommend a visit to Vila Joiosa, with its narrow streets of brightly painted houses and lovely beach. Communication with Daniel was excellent. He was very quick to answer any questions we had before our visit and was always on hand if we had any problems whilst away although we didn’t need to contact him as everything was just perfect. Because we were on a late flight home, he went out of his way to arrange for our suitcases to be collected from the villa so we could enjoy our last day and arranged for transport to the airport. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would definitely go back. Thank you Daniel for sharing your lovely villa with us.

Searched for a long time to find somewhere with 4 double bedrooms and no bunk beds! This meant everybody was happy with their spacious accommodation! The property is really nicely finished and is well equipped. The pool is glorious and it was so nice to have a sea view both from the pool and the massive upstairs balcony. We made great use of the tram stop's proximity to the villa and can recommend the beach at Villajoyosa and eating out of an evening at El Campello. Alicante itself is also well worth a visit! All in all, a great base for a very enjoyable family trip!

Perfect For a Family Get-Together
Absolutely wonderful family Christmas was had at this beautiful villa. The real advantage is the way that this large property is arranged. Two bedrooms and one bathroom on the ground floor (used by our son and his wife and 2 year old son). Two en-suite bedrooms upstairs, used by my husband and I and our adult son. This gave everyone space and privacy when required. The huge lounge/dining room are great communal areas and the kitchen is large and very well-equipped. That’s just the inside-outside is stunning, with a fabulous pool (not used in December, but looks great). The grounds are lovely with plenty of space to play and relax. Very quiet at night for sleeping and a great location. Cannot fault it in any way and would highly recommend.

Wonderful house and location
We had a great week at Casa Limon. The house and pool were perfect for our 8 and 11year old grandchildren and the short walk to the tram made it u necessary to rent a car for groceries or to get to the beach (though the hill is quite steep.) Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay for all ages
The accommodation was wonderful, spacious, really clean and lovely decor, plus well equipped. The pool is a great size and really made the holiday for our children. We couldn’t fault it.
Any queries/issues were responded to/dealt with immediately and both Daniel and Eve could not have been more helpful.
