Comfortable location perfect for winter trips.

Location couldn’t be better. Right In the middle of Alicante old town. A minute from the beach and five minutes from the shops. There’s a mini market around the corner and cash point opposite the main entrance. Restaurants abound. Apartment itself was a classy French shabby chic. Which is not surprising, given that the owner is French.

I stayed in January were the temperature was perfect. There is no air conditioning and there were plenty of fans about the apartment. But with Alicante’s mid 30s summer temps, I think I might go elsewhere during times of higher temperatures.

A clean, comfortable apartment in a great location. We would recommend it to family and friends.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, metres from the beach, marina, promenade and bars and restaurants. Everything was spotlessly clean especially the bathrooms. Kitchen was very well equipped.

The balcony is a little tired but adequate for our needs.

Spacious apartment in great location

Great location, the apartment was very spacious , the kitchen was fully equip although we didn't need to use it, there were lots of extras like sun umbrellas or rain umbrella available for our use, I really liked staying here and would book again, great view of castle from livingroom

Its a little dated but I did not mind that

Superb

Apartment was spacious and everything was nearby, beach, restaurants, grocery store and stairs to the castle. We used beach parking that was across the street - max time was 5 hours during daytime, but that was not a problem because it was cheap and very close.

The apartment is bright and has plenty of space. It is in a perfect location and only across the road from the beach and has a shop next door. Very clean and plenty of towels supplied. It was pery for our stay. Our host was there to meet us as arranged. I would highly recommend Alicante central and beach side apartment

Perfect! Would love to come back!

Location, good price, and the apartment had everything we needed. Very clean, comfy beds. Store downstairs, beach just across the street. Perfect!

Liked everything! But in the summer I probably would miss aircondition.

Superb

It was a very last minute trip. I booked our flights and accommodation the night before and on arrival in Alicante I’d seen that the apartment we’d initially booked had been cancelled. So I booked this place and received a conformation that we could enter the apartment as soon as! The owner also called moments later to confirm how soon we were getting to the apartment and said he’d be sending somebody. When I arrived, they were there waiting with the key. I also really liked how conveniently close everything was. From the beach to the groceries right downstairs, to the coffee shops and restaurant strip a short walk away. Very convenient. The apartment also had everything I needed.

Location location location

The location is amazing!!! Flat is very spacious and host couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. Will definitely be staying again when we come back to Alicante Thankyou!

Great value for money for a short stay.

Location of this apartment couldn't be better for restaurants and the beach/marina and short walk to the tram for excellent transport links.

If this place had a balcony and beach side view it would be perfect.
