Beatifully crafted hotel in the center of Dubrovnik.

The location in the historic center of Dubrovnik was exceptional with a three-minute walk to the main pedestrian area. The decoration was also so nice, it is obvious a lot of time was spent making the room work for the guest. The breakfast option also worked well. The staff was so attentive and was easy to reach in person or via the phone.

Not totally related to the hotel but, the city of Dubrovnik has a lot of stairs.

Exceptional

Perfect place to stay in central location (we stayed in the annexe which is a 2 minute walk from the main building), very quiet at night. Extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, owners wonderfully friendly and helpful. Room was attractive, spacious and well organised with everything needed for an overnight stop (maybe take some English tea bags as tea provided is fruit and roibus) Breakfast is an optional extra at a very nearby cafe, perfect to sit in the sun watching the world go by eating breakfast. I'm sure we will return and have no hesitation in recommending Hotel Andio for a great place to stay in the Old Town

excellent location and the stairs were a welcome workout I needed , staff was very friendly and attentive

we didn’t buy breakfast vouchers the day before so we weren’t able to participate in that

Fabulous property location and a great room (number 6 in the main building).

The room and location were great. Loads of excellent bar and restaurant options nearby

The availability of cereal bowls, coffee and milk (without having to ask each day or highlight to the staff that these things had run out). Our room (number 6) in the main building was great but needs to have the shower head fixed to the wall in a position where the user can shower without having to stand and hold the shower head above themselves in order to shower).

Great Stay within Dubrovnik's City Walls!

The location of this B&B was amazing! It was directly off the main walking area (Stradun) within Dubrovnik's city walls. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with many options, pancakes, oatmeal, and omelets made to order. We had to leave early one morning for an excursion, and they kindly made us a 'to go' breakfast. This is a small hotel with a couple of rooms on each of it's 3 or 4 floors, which we prefer. Our room was set up with the bed upon walking in, and a loft-style sitting area above. We stayed in the main building, which is where breakfast is served, and there's also an annex. There are so many restaurants, shops, and sites to see in Dubrovnik, it was great to stay in the Old Town.

As with all the old character buildings, there is no elevator, which was fine for us, but might be an issue for some. Due to this being a B&B type stay, there isn't always staff there, and we had a self check-in which was somewhat confusing.

Breakfast was good, you could order different things (eggs, sandwiches) and they were freshly cooked for you. Good location in the old town even though there were many steps to the annex part of the hotel from the main street. There was an air conditioning/heater in the room.

Well located in old town, near the main gate. Facility and room nicely appointed and decorated with good lighting

Stayed at the Annex. There were quite a lot of stairs to climb to get to the facility and within the facility to the rooms(spiraling staircase, no hand rail.) Pack light.

Very nice B&B in a perfect location (right by the main street in the old town and next to a bar that has very good cocktails). We had a very large, split level room. Breakfast every morning was perfect, I especially appreciated the little things they did to make every breakfast special, like the happy face on the omelette.

Amazing location, the staff are absolutely fabulous helping us out on numerous times when needed and the breakfast was great!

Just to warn there is a lot of steps getting to the property, air con was slightly temperamental & noisy fan outside the balcony room which can’t be helped. Other than that, fab!
