The place is big, conditions are very good.
The place is in a part of Napoli where the street didn't look very safe. Not recomande to walk in the night. Sometimes on the streets are very ugly. But the apartment is very ok.

Amazing time at San Vicenzzo home in Napoli!!! The hosts were very nice and always willing to help. The apartment is huge and you have everything you need. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and terrace to relax. The neighborhood is very nice with many restaurants and cafes - real Italian atmosphere. We had breakfast (included in price) in a 100 year old cafe and it was great. All the people in the neighborhood were so friendly. From San Vicenzzo you can visit Yorits Maradona murals, Pompeii and beaches...everything is nearby. It takes about 25 minutes from the train station to the city center and 45 minutes to the airport. We really enjoyed it and had a great time. Amazing time in Napoli bella Italia. Grazie Alessandro, Valentina and all the crew :*

There is decent potential with this B&B. It has a nice set up with a shared kitchen with all the items necessary. The offered breakfast is a simple pastry and coffee at the local cafe down the street. This was actually a really nice way to start the morning. Self check in was easy and painless.
It smelled horrible in our room. It was suffocating. We had to open the window and leave it open all night which then led to us being bitten by mosquitos that entered the room. There was also a pretty disgusting stain on the the bed comforter. It could have been bad luck with the room we got but I would never chose to stay in that room again...

Slightly a bit out of the centre, but ok

The place was big, well decorated, and equipped with a kitchenette. The neighborhood was calm. We had no problem joining the center of Naples by tram, the location is well connected! The person that we met who was the cleaner was very nice.
the shower wasn't functionating well, we couldn't regulate the temperature which was only cold neither the strength of the water jet

Location at a metropolitana station.
I would expect larger breakfast, not only a croissant and a cup of coffee.

Perfect for a short trip. The hosts are super helpful, the breakfast at the nearby bar is good, the ammenities provided were good.
We booked the two bedrooms apartment. One of the beds wasn’t as comfortable, but it was ok. The location is a bit further from the city center, but several train stations are nearby.

The room has an air-conditioning and small fridge, sheets on bed were clean. You can use common kitchen if you want.
Location of the hotel is far away from city centre. Bathroom was very dirty.

It was clean and comfortable, the host is nice and answers quickly. Breakfast is tasty.
It is far away from the center, bus and train stations are close, but they are not very frequent and dont drive after 10 pm or so. A taxi from the center is at least 20 euros if you plan on staying in the city longer than 10pm. Toilet is out of the room so you can bump into people from other apartments when you walk towards you room. The host that came for our taxes didnt speak english at all, so it was hard to talk to him. Stairs are also steep.

The location was really good when you travel by bus , train or metro. It was near metro station. The staff was kind, although you needed the translator to communicate since the host himself was not present and the local lady did not speak English. The airconditioner worked very well. The balcony was small but for 2 barely ok. There was an oldschool elevator in the building.
The roomwas very small. Shower stream medium. No fridge in the room or in the hallway so no way of keeping drinks cooled.

Room throughly exceeded the cost, much better than we expected. We had a lovely room, kitchen and bathroom.
The area around the hotel doesn’t represent how nice the room is, but don’t judge a book by it’s cover.

Room was very tidy and cozy.
Roller blinds on the window were great and room was totally dark at night.
Room doors were made with wood which was not soundproof, every step outside was very loud, people started to talk outside at 7AM which woke up all of us in a moment.

There is an awesom personal in the hostel, especially Katia.
