Very clean, modern and European styled townhome nestled in a quiet community yet only less than 1 mile from I-20 and Washington Road exit. Property is very close to a myriad of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, downtown medical district and EVERYTHING! Professionally decorated these three bedrooms all feature queen size beds. Perfect location for attending the Masters. Great set up with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Close to restaurants. Easy process to get to and from Masters tournament.

The location of this home is great, super clean and quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants on Washington road and shopping. The only issue was the TV, could not get good local news and the system is on WIFI so when you are watching something it stops and buffers - very annoying.

We came for the Augusta Triathlon and our somewhat last minute VRBO rental did not disappoint. The unit was easy to find, in a good location, clean, and perfect for what we needed. Would stay there again. Only suggestion - a king in the master would have been nice but not a deal breaker. Thanks for having laundry and dishwasher detergent for use as this helps with such a short trip.

This location was wonderful and the team was just outstanding! Everything was nice and the location was close to many different restaurants with quick access to the freeway. Loved our stay in this Augusta townhouse which was very comfortable for us 2 couples. Well appointed with everything we needed and in a great location, close to shops, restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and property for our 2 night stay to go to the Masters. Each couple had a very nice room and bathroom. The open wall in the upstairs bedroom was a little different and not as private, but it was okay as we were staying with family. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Christian was extremely accommodating and fast to answer communications/questions.

There was a deep freeze in the area this particular weekend and the thermostat was sat at only about 60 degrees. It was a setup for hypothermia!!!

We had a blast celebrating my birthday weekend at such a warm and inviting home. Our host and owner made this stay felt like we were home. It was a lovely property that lived up to its description. I will definitely return for future visits. Highly recommended!!!

My golfing friends and I rented the townhouse and were very pleased with everything. Great communication from Christian and the townhouse was convenient to interstate 20 and restaurants. The townhouse was very clean and was well appointed. Would recommend and would book a stay there again.

Property was clean quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable: has everything we needed. I met Lorie the host she told us about things to do and placed to go. No problem I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in that area.

Was not satisfied. Found dirty socks and trash in the couch. Gatorade under the couch. The dishwashing liquid and hand soap was filled with water. I had to go buy tissue for the bathrooms the same evening I arrived. No tissue to be found

A little hectic

The stay overall was great, the place was clean minus trash under the beds and the oven. Felt like we were home however the property owner was very rude! We left some belongings by accident and she made a huge deal out of it because we were trying to set up an arrangement to get them. She made comments like “this is ridiculous I’ve never had to do this in all my 3 years of doing this” and “I hate North Carolina” Christian was great!

needed a quick gateway and this listing showed up and I'm so glad it did. the stay and layout was awesome and it gave us what we needed for the quick gateway. location isn't far from downtown Augusta to visit the James Brown statue and it's also 20 mins away from South Carolina. will definitely reserve this house again

This place was awesome! Two friends and I spent 3 nights in Augusta to race the Ironman 70.3 race (this condo is less than 10 min from downtown Augusta and a few miles from the golf course). We each had our own rooms and own bathrooms (with shampoos, soap, towel, etc). Beds were big and comfy. Kitchen was fully stocked with, utensils, plates, coffee, sugar. Laundry area with detergent. Living room was good side with Smart TV. Free internet. Very happy with this place. The host and listing agent were great and very friendly.

Stayed in this property for Masters visit to Augusta. Overall the home is very clean, has a great layout, and Christian was fabulous to deal with. Only cons were that the stocking of household items is minimalist - no bathroom hair dryers and kitchen has very few pots/pans if you want to do any cooking. If you’re ordering in or eating out, no problem and a great place to stay!
