The owners are delightful, welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very good indeed with everything one would need. Beds were comfortable and we all enjoyed a good night's sleep. There is ample parking close by. All in all, the hotel did the job we required: a good place to stop over for a night at a reasonable price.
The hotel is some distance from the town centre so driving into Aosta is the only realistic option. Facilities were basic and the place could probably benefit from upgrading.

The people & uniqueness of the building!
Rooms are a little tired but we slept well!

Our car breaking down here could have made this a disaster but the helpfulness and friendship of Claudio and his team made this stay so much less stressful than it could have been. Lovely neighbourhood restaurant Bionaz just up the road. Lovely view from balcony. The property is a little run down in truth but they are such lovely people we would go back again and again.

Location, staff friendly, balcony with view of mountains, lovely breakfast.
No internet, no kettle in room.

Breakfast was fine, location fine for us. On first appearance the hotel looked shabby and in desperate need of refurbishment, an impression reinforced by the long term closure of the restaurant. The shower cubicle we had was very rickety. The room itself, however, was cosy and comfortable, the host and staff very friendly and helpful. No evening meal but recommended restaurant a short walk away was excellent!
Rickety shower cabinet - looked and felt like it was going to collapse. General decor was shabby - damage to walls, spaces where decorative panels seem to have been removed from walls in the dining room

The owners and the dog. Very polite and helpful.
Hotel is getting a bit old

Last minute rescue after muck up of arrangements...stayed later to let us check in, directions to food ( by hand drawn map) very comfortable and fab dog
Shower head not fixed and peeled wallpaper but was still clean and great stay

breakfast was ok
pictures do not reflect the poor state of the buildings, the rooms, the corridors. walls are paper thin so you can here noise on both sides of the room. you are right next to a main road, there is no sound insulation on the windows…probably a 1star at best, but photos and write up is close to fraudulent

Everything. It's a family managed property that's overlooking a breathtaking views near to wonderful hikes and scenery. That's why the owners treat you as family. With sweet welcomes and smiles; delicious breakfast and free water, comfortable clean rooms, and a heartwarming attention to all your needs. I have not seen such kindness and pure love in my life. I actually left in tears. You will always be in my heart.

Host was charming and did everything to ensure we enjoyed our stay.
Building needs some maintenance. Little atmosphere as I think we were the only guests staying.

Friendly owners and their beautiful dog, Ivy. The hotel has a lot of history and parking facilities, not to mention the views from the rooms. It is located in the village of St Christoff and there's a Brewery nearby (Albirrificio) where we tasted great beer and food

It’s 10/10 and I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay a night or two on the way from or to home. Our room was clean and simple. The bed was good, the shower worked and the breakfast was excellent. What else can you ask for? On top of all, the hosts were really nice and accommodating. Really good value.
Just to be clear: Don’t expect a posh place even with my 10/10 rating. Posh places aren’t available at such a price point!

very friendly and helpful staff!
limited facilities but at a very reasonable price

Beautiful views and very friendly welcome with a lovely sleeping dog sprawled in the reception. Nice room, although a bedside light for reading would have helped, and the noise of Vespas went on very late. Restaurant was not open for dinner, but I was given an excellent recommendation for AlBirrificio, a craft beer bar and eaterie.
Reading light by bed would be good and south side is quieter than the north which has the Vespas accelerating loudly up the hill!.

it’s 30 min walk from the bus station, and during the Christmas the public transportation didn’t work in regular schedule so we needed to walk every time
