Lovely hotel right on the beach.

Fabulous position right on the beach. Comfortable large room with air conditioning.

Restaurant fully booked for lunch and dinner. Book ahead. We missed out.

Sited adjacent to a beautiful beach it is perfect for a first or final stop on the way to or from the Santander ferry. Good food and great value for money.

Lovely small hotel in an incredible location on a stunning beach with a great restaurant. Fabulous sea views and relaxing communal lounge and terraces.

It’s a shame that the sea view rooms don’t have balconies.

Booked last minute and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel is.

The beach is spectacular. Lots to explore at low tide and the surf is small in this protected cove. So picturesque.

Really enjoyed the location but the experience was marred by poor customer experience.

staff seemed unhappy and unenthusiastic. Pillows were not comfortable, it felt a bit unloved. breakfast was shambolic due to electricity constantly fusing equipment. So toast and coffee were unavailable, breakfast items weren’t replenished so there was very little to choose from and no staff to ask.

Superb

Excellent location right on the beach, very pretty building and peaceful lovely gardens. Plenty of parking. Super value Menu, that we partook of each evening, plenty of choice and adequate portions. Will definitely visit again.

I wonder if in the high season the peaceful atmosphere would still prevail. Rather a large camping site right next door therefore there would probably be a lot of traffic, comings and goings. However early or late season it is perfect.

Wonderful hotel and location with poorly trained staff.

This hotel is is a stunning location, right on a beautiful beach. The sea rooms are certainly worth the little extra as they look along the beach. Breakfast buffet wonderful and healthy. Rooms are modern and clean. The artichokes for dinner highly recommended.

The hotel is a little stuck in the past. We had 3 vegetarians in our group and after checking that there is a fixed menu at the hotel we arrived to find the only dish in 3 courses available to them was the soup! There was no flexibility to put a vegetarian main course, which in this day and age and for 3/8 people in the group was very short sighted. We also had a lot of dishes arriving out of time, so mains were coming when starters had just been delivered. It seems the dining room staff are trained to bring out the fixed menu and when there is a combination of fixed menu and a la carte, they were flummoxed .

So glad we booked here! Great exploring the beach and caves during lower tides! Great breakfast and dinner! Met some people on the beach that drive 4 hours from Madrid and say this beach they like the best!

Right on a fabulous beach with nice clean water...

The hotel is right on the beach! It has very nice and comfortable lounges and the set menu for dinner was very good value and had good varied choices.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location right next to a superb beach. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The attitude of the staff particularly in the restaurant was poor. We tried to communicate and understand that some did not speak English but even when tried to speak a few words in Spanish they were not really willing to help. We felt as it was also recommended by several tour companies that come from the UK. more help would of been more forthcoming. Perhaps more customer service training is required for their staff. The reception and bar staff were though, helpful and friendly.

a lovely ‘inn’ on a beatifil setting. breakfasts excellent but dinner was very poor.

location on superb cove. sitting areas to read etc.

bed was not comfortable, mattress was foam , not sprung. could not sleep well therefore.

Wonderful hotel right on the beach.

What a lovely find. Right on the beach. Definitely worth getting a room with sea views. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. We spent a lovely couple of nights here. The food was lovely and very good value. We felt relaxed and well looked after throughout. A hotel to recommend and revisit.

A great stay but cheer up on reception

Location stunning

A particularly unfriendly welcome from an older lady on reception . Some people should not deal with front of house. However other members of staff were very hospitable. Room although clean on the inside had wine bottle and full cigarette ashtray on balcony which hadn’t been touched.
