The staff is really amazing and friendly I strongly recommend this site for vacation.
Swimming pool, breakfast and location

Unten hört man einfach alles....

We went in may 2023 and there were very few guests at that moment. A lot of privacy. Breakfast was nice and the staff is very friendly!
3.5
Room, grounds, location (for hiking holiday base) all excellent. Should be a 10/10 review but the restaurant, bar and reception were closed without warning all week. Groundsman was super nice and helpful, but communication was an issue. would’ve been better to have not had to drive for a meal every night.
Can’t review the restaurant, or bar, or reception as they were all unexpectedly shut. All week.

Breakfast was OK, although not fantastic. We used the restaurant on the day we arrived. We were not impressed, so we ate out on the other evenings.
The pool facilities were getting a little dated. Difficult to recommend the property if you did not have a car.

breakfast and restaurant very good and flexible

Very friendly staff. Good location for exploring the island. Rental car needed.
4.5
Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast with plenty of choice of cold meats, cheeses, fruit, cereals, bread & pastries. Also cooked eggs & veg/beans. A nice tranquil location.
Needing a key card to pass through every door & gate on site was a minor irritation, otherwise a nice relaxing stay.

This is a very nice place to stay for people that are looking forward to see more from the rural side of Gran Canaria. We enjoyed the stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the daily room service was very good! The hotel staff, if we had the chance to meet them, was very friendly and nice. The pool area is very nice and clean. The breakfast was indeed very good, also having some warm egg-variation, veggies and e.g. bacon. Sitting outside during breakfast and enjoing the first rays of the sun, was a perfect day-starter. We had a rental car and do recommend to have one, e.g. to get out for dinner or to your holiday spots around the island. There is also a restaurant directly attachted to the hotel, which offers decent food for good prices, however we were suprised how empty it was on the two evenings we went there.
Actually we have never seen someone being in the reception and the check-in was done by a friendly staff member, that however seemed to just stop by coincidence. So the introduction in the hotel facilities was rather short, however still functional and the guy was very friendly. For check-out we dropped the key at breakfast area, since reception again was emtpy. Altough the pool area is very clean and nice, the water in the pool is toooo cold, a display showed 21 degress water temp. We just had a quick swim :)

Loved the character of the old vineyard. The rooms were spread out and quite. I wouldn’t have changed a thing except stayed longer

Nothing - ended up leaving a day early as there was no access for food for our baby due to the restaurant being closed.
We arrived at this hotel early evening with our baby after being at the airport for 12 hours waiting for our flight home, this flight was cancelled due to storms in Gran Canaria therefore we had to book emergency accommodation. We chose this hotel as it looked nice and was local to the airport. We needed to stay there for 2 days and it had good reviews. We needed something easy for our baby in terms of space and a restaurant on site etc. When we arrived at the hotel after a horrendous day waiting at the airport for our flight home that we couldn't get... we were welcomed by the receptionist who barely spoke any english - we asked him what time is the restaurant open for dinner (as it was 6pm) and he shook his head saying 'restaurant closed 3 days'. We were so upset as we were all so hungry, so was our 1 year old! he didn't tell us why and couldn't explain to us where the most local restaurant was or how we could get there. Another guest informed us about using just eat to order a takeaway which we did but due to the hotel being up hill, the drivers did not want to come out to us in the rain. This was the same with taxi's and we couldn't walk to the local shop as the footpath was flooded! As you can imagine, we were SO upset and disappointed. If we knew the restaurant was closed we would of never booked this hotel!! Travelling with a baby the access to food and shops is the first thing I look at. THIS HOTEL SHOULD OF MENTIONED THAT THE RESTAURANT IS CLOSED FOR 3 DAYS (just like some hotels do if they close the pool!) As we booked this hotel as emergency accommodation whilst we waited 2 days for our rescue flight, we didn't intend on leaving the hotel to find local restaurants or supermarkets, we purely wanted to be able to access the restaurant at any times for meals as families with young children know this is super important!!!

It looked like separate houses, with your own terras, ..., and a very nice swimming pool. The hotel is in a rural environment, so you're far from busy (holiday) world.
The breakfast starts at 8:00. Maybe things could be arranged earlier (we didn't try), but especially for business travel, this was a bit late. Maybe our "problem", but it's difficult to communicate if you don't know Spanish.

We were really happy with everything.

Hotel environment, very friendly staffs and super nice breakfast.
nothing at all.
2.5
The breakfast was great, the outdoor spaces were well taken care of and the buildings have a beautiful Charme, which is also responsible for the negative feedback.
The apartments on ground level are extremely noisy. If the guests in the upstairs portion walk, you will definitely wake up during the night. While the old renovated buildings look beautiful, the sound barrier was not taken care of during renovation.
After asking for a room change the receptionist wasn’t seen again.
4.5
Fantastic breakfast! Nice restaurant with perfect staff and good food.
One more chair for comfort sitting in the room.
4.0
Beautiful setting, nice hotel, very nice restaurant staff
Breakfast was okay, but I expected more ... Selection of bread and quality of cheese, ham and jam was mediocre only. Given that it's a rural hotel, I was hoping for fresher and more homemade food.
4.5
Location was set in nice country side, just outside Las Palmas, quiet yet central. All staff on site were extremely nice and helpful. Great breakfast as well.

We liked the area and coziness of the room. Also, we really enjoyed the food of the restaurant near it! The service was always very kind and exceptional.
Unfortunately because of the room we were given, we could hear a lot the noise and vibrations from people walking upstairs. I know it is difficult and normal in such a rural hotel, but id'd be also good to isolate rooms better from outside, because we saw one cockroach inside the room!

the bed was very comfortable
there was only one chair in the room; there was nowhere to just relax except a couple of chairs outside our room in a dark area and by the pool, which whilst we were there was not a real opportunity as the weather was not good; the onsite restaurant was not to our tastes and not really part of the hotel; breakfast was average.

The location of the hotel is very nice, we enjoyed walking around, hiking and exploring. The room was good, the pool too (cold though). Staff was helpful.
Personally, we think that the hotel was quite overpriced- even though the room was nice, it felt that there is nothing special about this place- no nice common areas to relax or read a book (there were some places to do that, but emphasis on nice), the breakfast was way too simple. What we were most disappointed about was the terrace next to our room- there was plenty of space to make something good of it, but there was only one sad, uncomfortable sofa that didn’t give the feeling- your on holiday, come and relax! Some comfy sun chairs or plants would have been a nice addition and would have made this our own little paradise.

very quiet place in a vinyard, perfect for visiting Las Palmers and the North of the island, fine breakfast served in the "bodega" Very nice bathroom and enough parking space for cars.
the beds are not good for your back! should be changed! Pool was too cold.
3.5
Good place to stay to explore the north of the island.
The lack of any contact with the staff at the hotel, except for the very nice lady who organised the breakfast.
Restaurant that we were so looking forward to was a huge disappointment

We loved everything.

Very nice cosy rooms
Lower quality breakfast

Hotel is isolated from restaurants and the hotel restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday
WiFi did not work properly and could not be fixed

Good size room ,very clean and comfortable. Nice location - not too far from motorway.
Breakfast was disappointing. We had a very limited selection each day. Seemed they tried to save money by using very basic food. Service very slow. Very uncomfortable wooden chairs. Tried hotel restaurant one evening and food was OK- not so cheap. English only spoken at reception which was closed most of the time! Wi-fi was very slow. On our last evening (from our window) we saw a rat running from the direction of the restaurant (was well-lit outside the building) !

The location is awesome and accommodation was amazing! What I do appreciate the most is the super willing and always nice staff - everyone was super-nice!!!
I wouldn’t say I disliked some stuff. The only thing is that I would not say that the hotel is for families with little kids - we were there with out 2y old and there is not much to do there with kids. On the other hand we planned to do some hikes around and for that, the location is great - the hotel even have a private road to the near caldera!
4.5
Pool, breakfast, staff
Maybe provide milk to add to the coffee & tea in the room, maybe add an honesty bar for snacks, drinks
4.5
I don't know if it was because we were alone in the hotel, or in general, but the guy who made us breakfast was so kind and nice, and breakfast was super nice and generous. even though it wasn't special in its ingredient, we loved it. we also loved the atmosphere and the view, and the relaxed atmosphere in the place.
the reception wasn't really available. when we wanted to do check-out, we could find anybody and also I called the phone number on the door, but nobody answered, for quite a few minutes.
we also were not sure if the Bodegon was available to us or not. was there a wine bar we could have enjoyed? I'm not sure.
5.0
Nice pool, beautiful region and great restaurant.
All good.
