This Hotel was excellent from beginning to end. We were walking the Camino Ingles. They sent a cab to pick us up because it was not on the route. The Hotel was beautiful, as were the grounds. An amazing place to relax and rejuvenate. We had dinner in their dining room. Excellent food and staff. Then the next morning, they returned us back to the Camino. Perfect!

A light bulb was out in the bathroom. I forgot to tell them when I left so I hope they read their reviews.

This place was sooo charming! A converted rectory. 1000 years old but restored beautifully! With lots of interesting modern art. They had a restaurant that was very good and reasonable. The staff was very friendly and the included breakfast was just what we like - an assortment of fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, meat, bread, cheese and coffee.
The location was good for us - on the way to Playa de Catedral and near A Coruna.

charming and very helpful staff, stunning building and artworks, superb food at dinner and breakfast. Faultless service. wonderfully comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. Free transfer to Presedo to recommence the Camino Ingles in the morning.
Nothing other than the Booking.com rate was much higher than the rate they were charging at the time we stayed 😟

Beautiful artwork and antiques. Just outstanding.
It would be a good idea to have labels with the artwork titles and artists.

Amazing staff. Maria is so friendly and helpful the whole time. The location is out a bit from the camino track but they offer a free shuttle from Presedo to the hotel and back each day. Amazing dinner and breakfast provided too!

EVERYTHING! This 12th century building is so well kept while including modern touches.
It is a beautiful sanctuary. No detail is left to chance.
Luis was so welcoming even carried our bags to our rooms. We had a superb dinner in the
beautifully appointed dining room.
Maria was extremely helpful in the morning getting us back to the Camino.
We felt as though were were leaving friends when we departed. Maria even offered for us to call her if we ran into any troubles along the way.
That we couldn't stay longer!

Our stay here was exceptional and well beyond expectations. A short diversion from the Camino trail but we were treated to a stunning, large room attached to the 1000 year old monastery. We ate like royalty in the restaurant. highly, highly recommend a stay here. thank you Maria for your hospitality.
there’s nothing not to like. it’s fabulous.

Be ready to be pampered during the Camino and still be within your budget!
Cannot recommend the place enough for the kind hostess, the facilities and the fresh food.
And yes, the responses through WhatsApp are fast and there is a free pick up from the Camino route.

Absolutely beautifully renovated 11th century’s monastery. Friendly staff. We were walking the Camino and were picked up from Presedo and returned the following morning to continue the Camino. The grounds are exquisite and the restaurant is high end. No Pilgrims Menu here. A lunch and dinner for two can cost as much as a one night stay, but we’ll worth it. Special thanks to Luis to was so accommodating and friendly! Thank you
This is not a negative just a comment. Tje hotel is remotely located. If you are walking the Camino, make sure Tom stock up on provisions because other then the Meson- Museo restaurant in Presedo, there
Is no place to stop for a café or buy snacks until you reach Bruma. This of course is no reflection on the hotel.

The team and the place are simply beautiful.
After a day of walking in the rain Jessica picked me up from Presedo and brought me to this dream accommodation. All rooms are well designed,
dinner in the restaurant was delicious and
breakfast was the best way to start the next walking day. I wish I could have stayed longer.
Thank you María, Jessica & Luis!
