Not far from city centre

They gave me early check in. The place is strategic.

First, the electricity did not work in the bathroom so I changed the room. The WIFI connection was not really good.

good price - you get what you pay for and location is very good

it is well located, just 10 minutes away from downtown + staff it’s very nice + clean

even if it is clean, i really had a bad time with the smell. it smells like the kind of soap they’d use in public toilets. not the rooms thank god, neither the reception, but every other part of the hotel had that smell.

Well situated, walking distance from centre and cathedral

Access by car was not clear. There should be more information about where the entrance is and that there is a barrier and how to get in (ie speaker phone or something)

it was really good and for a good price

i liked the fact that you could be out and come back super late and there would always be someone to open the door.

the only thing that i didn’t really like is that my room was too hot during the day AND at night. the heater was off. but when i would come out of my room the hallways would be so fresh.

Good location, price was good despite the small room. Bed and shower, so all we needed to be fair.

Room was as small as could possibly be. Incredibly hot, road noise not ideal for keeping the window open. No signs to show you're at the hotel, park on the pavement, walk all the way to what we hoped was reception, get a code for the unwelcome looking gate. Only about 10 parking spaces (!) and a coach had taken up 5 so I parked on the grass.

Ever reliable cheap overnight stay

I have stayed at Ethic with wife or friends several times. It is what it is - basic hostel like accommodation useful for overnight stays en route to other destinations. It is cheap, clean, convenient & adequately comfortable Just 5 or so minutes walk from the historic Cathedral and old city, no other comparable hotel has free on-street car parking. You can chose to have en-suite shoqwer room with or without wc depending on what price you wish to pay For a winter budget traveller - you arrive in the dark and leave in the dark! - this place is fine Great value - does what it says on the tin

If you want luxury, or are spending a few days in Reims, this place is not for you

Fabulous

Helpful friendly staff. I arrived late as a lorry hit my car but the man on the desk was very helpful and let me have a late checkout
