Classy retreat in the center of the Medina!

The location is perfect, 5 mn walk from Jeema el Fna (ie taxis) & the souks - easy access to the whole city The facilities: beautiful riad, quiet, extremely clean Communication before and during the stay, to organize airport transfers or excursion was quick and efficient. And the best of all: the staff! You feel very welcomed, helped, in a subdued and discreet way; Classy! Big kudos to Abdel who turns your desire into reality and to Suleima for her smile and wonderful breakfasts. ジャマエルフナ広場から５分なのに静かでロケーション抜群。部屋に古さは全くなく、しかもとても清潔です。リヤドの仏人オーナーNellyはとても気さく、Abdelをはじめとするスタッフもみなウェルカムフレンドリーで、たくさんお世話になりました。スタッフ手作りのモロッコ風クレープやパンケーキ付きの朝食もおいしい。ハマムもとても気持ちよかったです（これは現金払いなので要注意）。

That we stayed only 4 nights :-) That we used to Hammam only once... That we didn't try dinner at the Riad as they can arrange.

Beautiful Stay & Amazing People

An absolutely wonderful stay. The staff were certainly the best part, Nelly the owner was a delight, Abdul & Houssein were so lovely, and catered to absolutely anything we needed and more. It was my partners Birthday and they arranged a beautiful cake, and sang happy birthday. I also booked the hammam for us both which we had never had before, it was such a great experience we really loved it. The rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and overall so peaceful. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Looking for real Morocco here it is

Very friendly staff and authentic Morocco experience. Two minute walk to the central Square that was the heart of the city.

No elevator but I guess that wouldn’t be a real Riad. Center area did not have a garden and was not open to the sky.

Nelly, Abdul and Husain were wonderful hosts. They made us feel very welcome and were very knowledgable about what to do/see in Marrakesh. The room was very clean and bed was nice and comfortable - the room was cleaned daily and towels replaced. The rooftop is a nice space to relax and grab a drink, or relax in the hot tub. Breakfast was also very yummy, lots of Moroccan pastries to try. Location was perfect, 5 minute walk to Jemna El Fnaa square and the souls. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough!

Nice confortable stay in Morocco with the Riad experience.

The facility had on-premise hamam service. Best hamam ever. The Tagine one night at dinner was fantastic. Loved the complimentary Moroccan tea that the host provided

The room did not have adequate soundproofing. The shower tub did not have a door, and the water spilled every time we took shower.

Location is great , it was very clean. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. I liked the atmosphere.

Maybe it need stronger lights in rooms and better heater even do the provide small heater.

Superb

Absolutely magical stunning hotel with gorgeous decorations and details. The owner was on hand to help us all day, every day - he was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive, and he went out of his way to make our stay perfect.

The rooms were not as beautiful as the main part of the hotel but still lovely. The beds were a little hard for our taste.

Central location. Lovely staff. Amazing Vanilla smell everywhere.

The riad is gorgeous, Nelly was very kind showing us what to do, where to eat, and most important - what not to do. My partner had a bday and they got a lovely cake for us. The room was lovely, spacious and a very comfortable bed.

The only problem is the Wi-Fi, which isn’t the best and kept disconnecting. However that really didn’t have any impact on us as everything else was fabulous.

Lovely Riad in a great location to see all the essential sights of Marakesh

Superb Riad in the heart of the Medina. Nelly and Abdul are extremely welcoming and helpful. Abdul's mint tea was a welcome treat on arrival and he was very informative on where to go, what to see and where to eat in this bustling city. Breakfast was lovely and provided the perfect start to the day. Room was lovely and bed was very comfortable. Take their advice and let them arrange a transfer to the Riad as it can be difficult to locate.

Wonderful experience

We loved the calmness of the location compared to the hustle and bustle just outside the door. Smelled like a spa and was very clean and relaxed.

Both the room and the Riad have been beautifully restored and decorated - great value for money, surprisingly quiet in the building at night given it’s located right in the centre of the Medina. The Riad staff are all brilliant, and we loved meeting the owner, Nelly - we really enjoyed all of our chats each evening - great stories (as echoed in the other reviews). She also gave some really great tips about what to do during our stay on a map which we really appreciated.

What a gem this Riad is - perfect!

We had a really lovely stay in this Riad. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room - and especially the bed - was comfortable, the food was excellent and the location is just perfect! We enjoyed a lovely relaxing Hamman experience at the end of our stay. I was given a lovely cake for my birthday and made to feel very special! We had to stay an additional night due to our Ryanair flight being cancelled (due to Coronovirus) and we were treated like family, and made to feel so welcome. Thank you, Nellie and all your staff for an unforgettable few days.

Hopefully will be able to re-book.

I had a reservation for March 14 and 15. The reservation was not cancelable after Feb 28, 2020. As travel restrictions were put in place on March 12th by the President of the US, I requested a refund or ability to use the payment for a future date. I subsequently received an email from Nelly that I booked "with conditions and that they should be respected and that he was human, educated with a heart and respect his guests and try my best to help." He offered to extend the agreement to Oct 1, 2020 and charged the card. I doubt it will be possible to travel at that time and hoped he would extend it longer as the whole world is being affected indefinitely.

Discreet and Cosy place. Good for relaxing and having a good time with friends and family.

Manager of Hotel is superb, friendly, the entire staff was amazing. They made us tea and a lovely couscous. Called us by name. Breakfast was yummy too. I will come back for sure.

I am thankful for all assistance people from the Riad gave me.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. Everything is very clean. They don't have a restaurant inside the property but if advised they always can offer you something for lunch or dinner. Breakfast is perfect. You feel like you're home there.

The Medina at Marrakesh is a very different experience for a person who are not used to this ambiance. Maybe because I am a woman in a Muslim country I didn't feel well going out for dinner.
