Academia pequena e pouco funcional.

Everything! Honestly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, both in terms of the quality of the location/facilities and food, and value for money. You can tell it was designed by an architect as every room we stayed in had spectacular views. On arrival we were welcomed with a glass of wine, and when we checked into our room we were given a free bottle of wine, hats, a reusable water bottle, soft drinks and traditional argentine snacks. Almost all the activities (which included horse riding, archery, wine tour and tasting, tennis and bike riding) were included in the price of the room, and there was free coffee and water on tap all day. Even the facilities you did have to pay for were amazing were amazing quality and value (for example the massage and facial treatments). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (we had more than a few annoying requests and the assisted with every single one with a smile!). Finally the food and wine were delicious, and came fresh from the garden/vineyard- the in house sommelier was particularly knowledgeable and on top of everything.
Not much. We only had two very minor complaints: number one, the pool and loungers were a bit dirty and the water level was quite low, making it difficult to use. And number two, before arriving we were quoted $300 for the transfer from the airport, which turned out to be more than treble what a taxi cost. Luckily we took a risk and got a taxi rather than booking the transfer, but we were a bit disappointed that we almost ended up paying so over the odds for the journey.

Amazing Staff

Beautiful property, facilities, rooms. Food was outstanding; the absolute best cuisine we had in all of Argentina. Service was excellent - dStaff very friendly and helpful. Loved our spectacular and spacious villa surrounded by vineyards.
"Blue rate" using VISA and US $ made this far more affordable than anticipated.
Free bicycles were not well maintained. Everything else was awesome.

It was quiet. The food was incredible!!
absolutely nothing

All service employees were exceptional!
The price for a US citizen in dollars. Way too much money compared to US prices for same experience and mountain views. Argentina is interested in dollars because of exchange rate for those living in Argentina. Therefore, in my opinion, many hotels are price gauging US citizens.

Location was amazing, really beautiful place. Breakfast top notch.

The property is absolutely stunning, inside and out. The staff was supremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great, as were the other meals we had at the hotel restaurant.
There were a couple times when we could not find a bartender for the upstairs bar. Also, the hotel was without water for a few hours one morning.

The environment was amazing, the nature, the location. the building was beautiful with a very nice design.
The room was very cold, inexperienced staff with inconsistent service in all areas, we didn’t had a chance to taste or to know more about their wines (even though we paid a fortune for our suite!). At the check out not even a good bye (imagine a “how was your staying with us?”). They really need to improve their service level ASAP.

Beautiful setting, views and relaxing feel to the property. Ideal size, not too big. Lovely seating areas and pool. Concierge extremely helpful when booking trips and lunches. Food was great.
Definitely too expensive for what you get. The staff were hit and miss. Emilce at front desk and a gentleman from the restaurant who served lunch on the last day were fab. Otherwise service wasn’t great - slow. We arrived at 4.15pm and were told our rooms weren’t ready yet (check in was at 3pm) but then were chased on our last day at 11.55am to checkout. Finally, they didn’t have most of the wines we wanted at dinner. The server ended up bringing out what whites they did have (just 4). Bit odd for a vineyard.
Also a minor thing… but felt like things were a bit dated in some ways. Our toilet seat was hanging off on one side. Chairs felt unstable and doors didn’t close properly.

The hotel is stunning - beautiful construction in the middle of vineyards, amazing pool and restaurant, lots of quiet corners to relax. Service is world class - they will go out of their way to make sure every need of the guest is taken care of.

views and pool. great escape from the stresses of wine tasting.
the pool and decking area could be bigger as it is part of the centre price of the property.
4.6
Unique location in Uco Valley, very confortable and modern rooms, great wines.
Food menu is not varied (same for lunch and dinner)
Pool and jacuzzi were full of insects :(

Excellent environment, service, food and infrastructure.

Loved the place and the horse riding. Nicolas from the front desk was super lovely. The breakfast was excellent and the food at night was very good.
It felt that the staff treated differently people who came regularly than tourist. We werent treated as the rest of the guests and for example at dinner we requested things that never came or in breakfast which was catered we were never attended after the first request and we ended up leaving bf since it was late. It felt very cold for the money you are expending there tbh. It contrasts with cheaper hotels and lodges we went were we had first class treatment and enjoyment

A great ratio of price/quality. The hotel is cozy and the food was very good. We enjoyed the tennis court and the grounds, and the staff were very friendly.
