Welcoming place to stay with plenty of space and not far from shops and town centre

Location was handy for us. Plenty of space and necessities provided. Quiet area. Bikes, body boards and kayaks provided as well as board games.

Car garage was very tight but is described in the ad. Only air con was in the dining/kitchen so was a bit warm in other areas.

Great setting near the beautiful river.

Great location - very convenient.

It would have been good to know that the kayaks were only for children (ie, they had a weight limit of 55 kg). Otherwise, the property was great and the host was warm, clear in her communication, and hospitable.

Our new home away from home?

What a great pet-friendly property for a family - beyond our expectations - excellent location across from the river and within walking distance to central Maroochydore shops, eateries and cafe's, very clean and comfortable internal spaces and furnishings, generous outdoor area, and many other extras and thoughtful personal touches. Communication with our hosts was easy and clear. We'll definitely be back (as we have already booked again!).

Maroochydore on the river.

The accommodation was as described in the booking. It was clean and comfortable. We had good views of the river from the upstairs windows and balcony. All beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets, pillows and cushions. WiFi was excellent. We found Bradman Avenue quite noisy with traffic but closing the windows sorted that and we sometimes used the great air con There is very little in the way of take-aways or restaurants along Bradman Ave - it is not Gympie Terace at Noosaville however if you like walking there are some small eateries back towards Maroochydore central and you can even walk to Sunshine Plaza and Cotton Tree if you're up for it. We booked this property towards the dying end of the so called pandemic and were happy to get a property at a fair price while many other properties were trying to catch up on lost revenue on just one booking. Top marks to the owners for being fair and honest. All up we were very happy with our stay.

A couple of maintenance items but nothing drastic. The garage is small but we were still able to get a full size Commodore in.

A gem beside the river

The apartment was spacious and in a great position. We walked to many restaurants and shops and the bus stop was handy. It was very well equipped with many extras that are usually not included.

It needs a bit of maintenance but this wouldn't stop us booking again.

Great location close to everything

Loved that I was able to take my dog with me. Opposite the Maroochy River with is a great place to walk your dogs It was our home away from home while we were there

A comfortable home away from home.

It was well appointed, clean , bright and comfortable. The location to the Maroochydore River was so close. Having the kayaks at the house was great fun.

The road directly outside was noisy . The stairs were hard going particularly the steepness and the metal edging .
