Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Unterkunft ist im Zentrum und sehr gut erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das Personal ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit im Hotel. Die Kellner im Restaurant reagieren sehr spät und sind nicht wirklich schnell.

Der Duschkopf sollte entkalkt werden. Der Geruch aus den Badezimmer dringt ins Zimmer und auch in die Flure. Zimmer 1 (Lautstärke der Rezeption), 8 und 9 (Geruch und Innenhof, direkt an der Klimaanlage) kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Nothing, it was the most dirty and smelly place I ever stayed.

Pictures on the booking.com do not correspond to reality when you enter the apartment. The furniture and room were very dirty, there was shity smell from the bathroom. It was not possible to sleep not having opened all windows and having working vantilator in bathroom. Bathroom was extremely dirty with mold on the walls. Looks like they are never washing the bathroom.

The location is great in the downtown. The breakfast nice at the restaurant. There is no dedicated parking for facility. Need to find out private parking near the hotel. The receptionist Maria was very helpful person willing to help. Her back to back opposite and moody.

The rooms should be tide up daily.

Location and linen were excellent. Breakfast in their cafe was very good but fixed menus.

12 steps to climb with luggage etc before reaching lift. Poor maintenance and lighting in reception area. Very old building houses these rooms that have some up down steps within too.

Disappointing

Central location

The room smells very very bad. You have to close the bathroom door. Otherwise it is not possible to sleep. Also to stay in the toilet/shower is like a nightmare. They have to fix that. No slippers in the room.

Not worth it, avoid at all costs

The location is unbeatable, staff is super nice

The room smelled of mold and was super stuffy, the bathroom was not clean at all. I took a shower in the evening and the mushrooms grew out in the morning - see the picture. Overall, I would consider staying here as a health hazard, there are better places that are actually clean and have a good value for money.

NEVER EVER AGAIN here.

Only positive thing about this place is location.

On booking it’s stated that they have kettle in the room. I couldn’t find it and then girl from reception told me that they don’t have enough of them so they are rotating the number that they have. Later she gave me their, from reception. Sewerage stinks! It stinks so bad that you cannot be in the room if window is not open (it was winter when I was there). A/C is so loud that if you leave it during the night you cannot sleep. The room and bathroom are really filthy. For all of that I complained to reception girl and she couldn’t do anything. Her answer was it is like it is. I asked to talk with manager but he/she didn’t contact me.

After arriving later in the afternoon, we received the room with dirty pillow covers and sheets, and we were told that we have to wait till the cleaning lady comes tomorrow

Very good

The location is fantastic — in the very center of Belgrade, with a lit of shops, cafes and attractions around

The room was really small, literally just a bit bigger than the bed. The bed itself wad quite comfortable, and even in this tiny space you have all necessary facilities. Anyway this is the place for one, maximum two, nights. This mini hotel is on the upper floor of an old office building, so be ready that the entrance and the elevator will be shabby…

it is central and well designed. the personal is Nice.

unfortunatelly not very Clean. The personal is very nice, smoke at the reception what is not perfect but ok, but the bathroom is bad. I had last time another room and thaught maybe just this room, but no all are bad cleaned. See attached Pictures. And from the drain is also sometimes a bad smell. The carpet when you enter the building is ugly and yes its not part of the Hotel but the Picture caunt. The shower was hard because the showerhead was not working well so it was near Impossible, and thats a no go. I was in Room 3 and 5 last time.

Good

a pretty room in a nice location!

Upon checkout, the hotel said they had not received payment from Booking.com and required me to pay directly in addition to my payment already made to Booking.com. They told me to handle the situation with Booking.com but that I couldn’t leave without paying again. Then, when I brought my payment paperwork to the attention of Booking.com to request a refund, immediately after my stay, they say that they are still awaiting confirmation from the hotel to verify that I paid. This has been 1 month after my stay.

Superb

the location is absolutely perfect and the staff did everything they could to find me a room where the AC worked.

Belgrade gets insanely hot in the summer and this property has structural problems so the AC simply doesn’t work. And it doesn’t seem like there is a solution for the problem so I’d avoid this place during the summer months.

Bad smell will be your neighbour here...

Very good breakfast in the same name cafe in the street. Very good location for tourists. And... That's it...

Very bad smell in the bathroom, very small room (about 17sq.m, not a 26 as indicated on booking), very old furniture and bathroom stuff. Very small windows without a view, because it's an attic. Dark reception and oldschool analog key (it was really difficult to open the door). It will be a good idea to find another place for living.

A great surprise. Interesting city. Friendly and helpful people

My wallet was stolen in Budapest si had no means of paying for anything. The lovely ladies on reception ensured I didn't starve by giving me breakfast cards and allowing me to stay until I could arrange alternative way to pay for the accommodation. They were my saviours.
